Abstract

本发明提供一种术中快速远程病理诊断的系统与方法,其步骤包括:基层医院发起会诊预约;专家端收到短信提醒;专家端接诊;申请端将数字切片实时图像通过Internet传输到专家端界面;客户端软件的操作。术中临床医生能够快速、及时知晓患者的病理结果;远程病理专家不用奔波出差到基层医院;远程专家只要有网络就可以随时查阅数字病理图像,及时做出病理诊断,大大提高术中病理的诊断效率。

术中快速远程病理诊断的系统与方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种数字图像的远程实时传输方法,尤其涉及一种病理远程会诊系统。
背景技术
国内基层医院病理科目前的现状:病理科医生人才短缺,诊断经验不足;病理科样本量少,疑难病例少见;而病理学诊断在医学领域被称为“金标准”诊断,为临床科室的明确诊断而服务。
有些患者需要奔波到大城市高级医院进行会诊,路途奔波,往返交费用及食宿费用增加,一定程度上增加患者的经济负担;挂号会诊,等待结果,需要时间的消耗。很多基层医院无法做到术中快速病理诊断,导致患者被迫转院进行确诊及治疗。
目前国内病理远程会诊主要包括以下几种方式:
1、传统邮寄切片方式;缺点:玻璃切片容易破碎、邮寄耗时,会诊不及时;
2、图像压缩传输方式:缺点:图像质量不佳,切片不完整,影响专家诊断;
3、图像扫描传输方式;缺点:图像太大,传输需要时间。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术方面缺陷,提出一种术中病理快速远程诊断方法,可快速、高效地完成术中远程病理诊断。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于术中快速远程病理诊断的系统,该系统包括数字病理图像采集 模块、医院申请端、Internet、病理专家客户端;上述方法的步骤包括:
1)基层医院申请端术中快速病理诊断预约;
2)专家端登录系统后接诊;
3)基层医院申请端创建病例后,将冰冻切片放入数字扫描仪中;
4) 将实时图像通过Internet传输到病理专家端界面;
5) 专家端查看实时数字图像;
6) 病理专家端进行系统操作;
用于术中快速远程病理会诊的方法,病理专家端为电脑、平板电脑、智能手机。
用于术中快速病理远程会诊的方法,步骤6) 中的软件操作为向上、向下、向左、向右、放大和缩小、微调焦距与截图。
本发明中所采用的上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术突破:
1.术中临床医生能够快速、及时的了解病人的病理诊断,及时做出正确的手术方案,不会耽误病人的病情;
2.远程病理专家免于路途奔波;
3.远程病理专家只需有网络的地方都可以浏览数字图像,及时作出病理诊断,大大提高了诊断效率。

具体实施方式
参照附图和具体操作实施过程对本发明作进一步说明。
参照附图1、图2,本发明提供一种用于术中冰冻病理切片实现远程会诊的系统,该系统包括切片图像采集模块、医院申请端、Internet、病理专家端。本发明还提供一种用于术中冰冻病理切片实现远程诊断的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
1.基层医院申请端术中快速病理诊断预约;
2.专家端登录系统后接诊;
3.基层病理科医生完成冰冻切片制作,将切片放置于数字切片扫描仪中,在基层医院申请端发起远程会诊请求;
4.数字切片扫描把切片的实时的图像,通过Internet网络实时传输到远程病理专家端界面上;
5.专家可以实时查看医院端传过来的数字图像,可以进行向上、向下、向左、向右、放大和缩小、微调焦距与截图操作,可以快速定位到某个坐标;
6.通过相关操作,病理专家浏览玻片的组织、细胞形态,并做出专业病理诊断,为正在手术中的临床医生提供诊断意见。

Claims (5)

1.术中快速远程病理诊断的系统与方法,其特征在于,该系统中包括切片数字图像采集、基层医院申请端、Internet、病理专家端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统与方法,其特征在于,病理切片图像采集模块为全自动数字切片扫描仪。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统与方法,其特征在于,专家客户端为电脑、平板电脑、智能手机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的术中快速远程病理诊断方法,其特征在于,所述系统与方法的步骤包括:
1)医院申请端发起术中快速病理预约申请;
2)专家端接收预约提醒,并接诊;
3)医院申请端创建病例后,将术中冰冻切片放置于全自动数字扫描设备中;
4)实时图像通过Internet传输到专家端界面;
5)专家客户端查看实时数字病理图像;
6)专家客户端进行软件操作,并提交诊断意见。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于术中快速远程病理诊断的系统与方法,其特征在于,步骤6)中所述的软件操作为向上、向下、向左、向右、放大和缩小、微调焦距与截图。
