Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of animal specimens, and particularly relates to a method for manufacturing an artificial ear of an animal specimen.
Background
In the existing preparation process of the veterinary animal specimen, the quality and the integral perfection of each detail are required, but part of the existing traditional preparation method is very difficult to meet the existing quality and aesthetic requirements of the specimen, the quality and aesthetic requirements cannot be met, and the defective rate and the cost are increased.
The method for carrying out the animal specimen by the artificial ear filler used in the traditional manufacturing method has a plurality of defects, after the animal ear is stripped, the filler is not attached to the fur of the animal ear, the problems of bulging, edge warping and the like can occur, and meanwhile, the ear manufactured by the original method is difficult to shape and sew, and great troubles are caused to the post-processing work.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing an artificial ear of a veterinary specimen, which has good bonding property and bending resistance and is particularly suitable for manufacturing the artificial ear of the veterinary specimen.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a method for manufacturing an artificial ear of a specimen of a veterinary animal comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing an animal skin to be made, and stripping the animal skin corresponding to the ear bone of the animal.
(2) Materials: hot melt glue gun, glue stick, copper wire net, white cloth, appurtenance.
(3) An artificial ear manufacturing step:
firstly, a copper wire mesh which is larger than the animal ear bone is taken.
And secondly, taking a piece of white cloth, wherein the white cloth is 2 times larger than the copper wire mesh.
Thirdly, the cloth is tiled on the table top, and the copper wire mesh is tiled above the cloth.
And fourthly, coating the molten glue stick on the copper wire mesh by using a hot melt glue gun, wrapping the copper wire mesh by using cloth, bonding the cloth on the outer layer of the copper wire mesh, flattening and compacting the cloth by using a putty knife, extruding the redundant molten glue stick out of the copper wire mesh, and pressing the cloth and the copper wire mesh to be thinnest so as to firmly bond the cloth and the copper wire mesh.
Fifthly, comparing the bonded copper wire mesh with the animal ear bone, cutting the bonded copper wire mesh with scissors until the bonded copper wire mesh is consistent with the ear bone in size, and leaving the ear base.
Shaping the cut copper wire mesh according to the original ear bone, and shaping the muscle and the ear bone bulge on the ear prosthesis.
(4) The artificial ear is put into the ear of animal hide and the size of the artificial ear is checked.
(5) Taking out the artificial ear with proper size, coating the outer surface of the artificial ear with milk white glue, coating the inner side of the ear with animal skin, and placing the artificial ear into the ear with animal skin.
Further, the type of the copper wire mesh in the step (2) is preferably selected from a 6-mesh wire diameter of 0.6mm, a 8-mesh wire diameter of 0.5mm and a 10-mesh wire diameter of 0.35mm according to the size of an animal and the size of an ear.
And (3) bonding the copper wire mesh and the white cloth in a melting state of the glue stick, wherein the glue stick is in a completely melting state when the redundant glue stick is pressed outside the copper wire mesh, and the flatness of the artificial ear is trimmed when the temperature of the melting glue stick is above 80 ℃.
Further, the step (3) is to color after the artificial ear is shaped.
Further, when the copper wire mesh and the white cloth are bonded in the fourth step of the step (3), the temperature of the molten glue stick is higher than 120 ℃.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1. because the copper wire mesh is matched with the cloth and fixed by the hot melt adhesive, the integral operation is simple, the manufacturing cost is saved, meanwhile, the copper wire is used as the framework, is not easy to corrode, has good toughness and strength, improves the integral firmness, prevents deformation and damage, has the effect of elastic deformation after the hot melt adhesive is solidified, and ensures that the texture of the hot melt adhesive is more real.
2. Because the artificial ear is used for replacing the original ear bone, the artificial ear does not deform and shrink after being dried, and the change of the appearance caused by the deformation and the shrinkage is avoided.
3. Because the artificial ear is made of the copper wire mesh and the cloth, the problems that the artificial ear made of a hard board or a thin aluminum plate in the traditional manufacturing method is easy to bend, the fitting degree is not enough and the like are solved, the copper wire mesh has good plasticity and toughness, so that the artificial ear can be well fitted with animal fur, and the hot melt adhesive has certain elasticity and is prevented from being polygonal.

preparing a panda specimen artificial ear:
(1) taking a panda specimen skin, peeling the ears of the pandas, taking out the ear bones in the ears, ensuring the integrity of the ear bones in the taking-out process and ensuring no loss and damage.
(2) Prepare hot melt adhesive rifle and glue the stick, select the 10 mesh copper wire nets that the silk footpath is 0.35mm, the copper wire net size is 20cm x 15cm, white cloth size is 40cm x 15cm, adopt copper wire net cooperation white cloth, the cost is saved, cooperate the fixed also very easy to operate of hot melt adhesive simultaneously, the inside skeleton that has guaranteed of copper wire net supports, prevent to take place to warp, outside hot melt adhesive provides certain elasticity, certain elastic deformation has been guaranteed, avoid producing plastic deformation.
(3) Manufacturing an artificial ear:
firstly, laying prepared white cloth on a table top, then laying a copper wire mesh on the white cloth, and completely wrapping the copper wire mesh with the white cloth.
Secondly, a hot melt adhesive gun is used for smearing a molten hot melt adhesive rod with the temperature of more than 120 ℃ on the copper wire mesh, cloth is adhered on the copper wire mesh while smearing, after corners are fixed by the hot melt adhesive, the cloth is compacted and flattened by a putty knife, redundant hot melt adhesive is extruded out of the copper wire mesh, the adhesive rod is ensured to be in a completely molten state at the moment so as to ensure the best laminating effect, the bonded artificial ear is pressed to be thinnest so as to be tightly bonded, the falling and the glue opening are prevented, the external shape of the artificial ear is shaped when the molten adhesive rod is at the temperature of more than 80 ℃, and the smoothness of the external part of the artificial ear is ensured so as to facilitate later processing.
Comparing the original panda ear bone, processing the thin and thick of the artificial ear to be the same as the original ear bone, cutting the artificial ear by using scissors to make the outline consistent with the ear bone in size and shape, and leaving the ear base which is fixed on the sample prosthesis after the manufacture is finished.
Molding the artificial ear according to the original ear bone, molding the muscle and the ear bone bulge on the original ear bone on the artificial ear, coloring the muscle and the ear bone, replacing the original ear bone with the artificial ear, avoiding deformation and contraction after drying, and enabling the ear to deform in the later period of the surface specimen.
(4) The artificial ear is arranged in the ear of the panda skin, the size of the artificial ear is compared with the size of the original ear bone, the artificial ear is taken out after the size is proper, the artificial ear is coated with the milk white glue, the milk white glue is coated on the inner side of the ear of the panda skin, the artificial ear is arranged in the artificial ear again, the artificial ear is sutured to the ear position of the panda skin, the drying of the ear is waited, and the suture line is detached after the drying.
Wire net cooperation hot melt adhesive and the artificial ear of cloth, it is outstanding more than traditional cardboard or thin aluminum plate elasticity and anti bending capability, can closely laminate with the fur of animal simultaneously, and the sense of touch is also truer, compares traditional cardboard and thin aluminum plate and has better elastic deformation, better plasticity.
While one embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail, the description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention.
