Description

Method and device for laminating paper pulp molded product
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of paper pulp molded products, and particularly relates to a film coating method for a paper pulp molded product.
Background
The paper pulp molding takes plant fibers such as waste paper, bamboo pulp, sugarcane pulp, wood pulp and the like as raw materials, uses a mold to suck, filter and form the plant fibers in a pulp state to prepare a wet blank, and then carries out hot press shaping to prepare a finished product; the technology does not need any adhesive, can be made into paper products with complex shapes and higher requirements on dimensional accuracy, and is a technology for obtaining ideal packaging materials; the product can be completely degraded after being used and discarded, has the advantages of environmental protection, degradability, recycling and the like, and becomes a new environment-friendly packaging material.
Pulp molded products are becoming more popular in the market, and more pulp molded products are applied to food and product packages susceptible to moisture. However, with the increasing requirement of human beings on the packaging quality, the existing paper pulp molded product is easily affected by moisture and is easy to reduce the strength of the paper pulp molded product, the packaging requirement on environment is high, and the paper pulp molded product is not beneficial to popularization and use due to products which are easily scratched such as food and products which are easily affected by moisture. Therefore, there is a need to coat a surface of a pulp molded product with a film in order to solve the above-mentioned problems faced in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation, the invention provides a film coating method for a paper pulp molding product to overcome the defects of the prior art, effectively solves the problems that the existing paper pulp molding product is easily influenced by moisture and the strength of the paper pulp molding product is reduced, and simultaneously ensures good water resistance and product protection effects, thereby being widely used for packaging products which have high requirements on environmental influence and are easy to scratch.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a method for laminating a paper pulp molding product specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, selecting types and requirements of membranes: selecting a film material with high temperature resistance, strong viscosity and high ductility, such as a bright film (PP film, EVOH film) and a matte film (PP film), wherein the film thickness is between 60 and 90 um; the membrane material has environmental protection requirement; further preferably, the bonding surface of the film and the product is coated with an adhesive;
step two, manufacturing a paper pulp molding product jig: before film covering, a film covering jig is needed to fix a product, the film covering jig is designed according to the shape of the product, so that the product can be fixed on the jig, and poor film covering effect caused by product displacement in the air blowing process is prevented;
the film coating jig is provided with the air holes, so that the product is adsorbed on the surface of the jig in the film coating process, the product is further prevented from shifting in the air blowing process, and the film coating effect is better;
for different products, the manufacturing requirements of the jig are different, the female die product only needs to be provided with the female die product jig corresponding to the female die product, as shown in fig. 4, only a film needs to be arranged on the upper surface of the product, and the film is blown after being heated so as to be completely attached to the surface of the product;
for the male die product with a large cavity height, if only the film is placed on the upper surface of the product and the film is blown after heating, the air flow is difficult to reach around the lug boss of the male die product, particularly at the corner of the lug boss and the intersection of the lug boss and the bottom surface, so that gaps exist at the positions, the film cannot be completely attached to the surface of the product, and the pulp molded product is not firmly bonded with the film and is easy to separate. Researches find that the problems can be solved by arranging a baffle on a male die product jig, wherein the baffle forms a concave cavity around the edge of a product, as shown in fig. 3, and further, the baffle is 8-10mm high, so that airflow can be concentrated on the periphery of a boss of a male die product, particularly the corners of the boss and the intersection of the boss and the bottom surface, and a film can be completely attached to the surface of the product without generating a gap; too low or too high baffle is unfavorable for the air current to concentrate in boss periphery, can not produce the space completely.
Step three, a film covering process: setting the temperature of the film laminating machine between 500-600 ℃, setting the heating time of the film to be 5-10S, and in the heating process, melting and extending the film without melting and breaking; and flatly placing the film on the surface of a product, fixing the position of the film through a clamp, and blowing the film for 2-5 seconds after heating, wherein the blowing is required to be uniform, so that the film is completely attached to the surface of the product.
Furthermore, the adhesive in the film is melted by heating, so that the adhesive film and the pulp molding product have strong viscosity, and the pulp molding product is firmly adhered to the film and is not easy to separate;
step four, cutting the pulp molding product: the excess part is cut off by the cutter, and the pulp molding product is firmly bonded with the film without separation.
A film covering device for a paper pulp molding product used by the film covering method comprises a machine body, wherein a film covering mechanism is arranged on the machine body, a film covering table is arranged on one side of the machine body, a paper pulp molding fixing groove is formed in the film covering table, and a paper pulp molding product jig is placed in the paper pulp molding fixing groove.
Preferably, the lower end of the paper pulp molding product jig is fixedly connected with a jig base, and the jig base is movably connected with the paper pulp molding fixing groove.
Preferably, the pulp molding product jig is provided with air holes.
Preferably, the convex pulp molding product jig is provided with a baffle plate, the height of the baffle plate is 8-10mm, and a concave cavity is formed around the edge of the product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) and the appearance is bright: the coated paper pulp molded product is bright in appearance, the surface glossiness is increased, and the appearance effect of the paper pulp molded product is improved;
(2) the protection effect is achieved: the pulp molded product after film covering is easy to protect the product from being damaged, and particularly plays a role in protecting through the film like some products with low strength and precision;
(3) and strong water resistance: the paper pulp molding product has the problem of moisture absorption, various products are easily subjected to moisture absorption when being placed in paper-plastic packages, and moisture permeation is blocked after the paper molding product is coated, so that the product is not easily damaged by moisture.
