Abstract

Background
With the increasing year by year of electric power engineering projects, the safety problem of the electric power construction industry is also more prominent. The reasons for this are not irresistible, such as natural factors, but are more caused by human factors (such as thin safety awareness, misoperation, illegal operation, etc.). Clear regulations are also made on the aspects of operation of workers, safety fences, signboard hanging and the like in safety regulations, and the purpose is to effectively protect equipment and personnel safety. However, in a construction site, many workers have low safety awareness and often do not see safety warnings and do illegal operations by moving or crossing a safety fence without permission. For effective personnel safety protection, on one hand, the safety production consciousness of power personnel is enhanced, and the operation flow and the regulation in safety regulations are kept in mind; on the other hand, the performance of the electric power safety tool should be improved so as to effectively warn and protect workers. The electric power safety fence is one of safety tools which must be used in field work such as transformer substation construction, overhaul and the like, and the electric operation personnel and the live equipment can be ensured to keep enough safety distance by correctly using the safety fence, so that accidents caused by the fact that the operation personnel walk at wrong intervals are prevented.

The manual supervision can be completely competent in an open simple operation area, but in some closed complex operation areas, the manual supervision is unconscious, and the manual supervision is always incapable of being monitored in all directions to bury hidden troubles for safe operation. In addition, although the current power distribution room is provided with a safety monitoring camera, the safety camera can only be used for field evidence collection after a safety accident occurs, and the early warning of illegal operation behaviors cannot be realized. The embodiment of the invention discloses an electronic fence system, which aims to solve the problems that the conventional physical fence needs manual supervision, cannot be comprehensively supervised, wastes manpower and the like.

In a specific embodiment, the electronic fence system provided by the present invention includes at least two laser radar light curtain devices 4, preferably at least two laser radar light curtain devices 4, which are arranged at predetermined positions and scanned to form a security area, the two laser radar light curtain devices 4 and the ground or the wall form the security area, the security area formed by the laser radar light curtain devices 4 may be a polygonal area with different side lengths, and at least one laser radar light curtain device 4 is placed on each side to prevent operators or objects from intruding. In other embodiments, only one laser radar light curtain device 4 can be set to perform security protection on a single scanning surface, and the number of the laser radar light curtain devices is 4 according to needs. When detecting that an intruder invades illegally, the laser radar light curtain device 4 sends point cloud data of the invasion position of the intruder to the video monitoring and processing device 2; the laser radar light curtain device 4 is connected with the video monitoring and processing device 2 through a 4G/5G wireless network and an Ethernet interface for communication so as to monitor the working state of the fence of the laser radar light curtain device 4 in real time. The laser radar light curtain device 4 is specifically a light curtain sensor, specifically an LD-MRS series sensor, an LMS511 series sensor, and the specific structure thereof may refer to the prior art and is not described herein again. The main improvement point of the invention is the connection relation between the laser radar light curtain device 4 and the video monitoring and processing device 2 and the background server 1. In other embodiments, the lidar light curtain apparatus 4 may also be configured as a sensor capable of point cloud data monitoring, which is only one preferred embodiment.
The video monitoring and processing device 2 is connected with the laser radar light curtain device 4, records the intrusion position according to the point cloud data of the intrusion position of the intruder and sends alarm information to the background server 1; and the background server 1 is respectively connected with the laser radar light curtain device 4 and the video monitoring and processing device 2.
The video monitoring and processing device 2 records a video of the intrusion position and sends alarm information to the background server 1 after receiving point cloud data of the intrusion position of the intruder sent by the laser radar light curtain device 4, wherein the video monitoring and processing device 2 is in communication connection with the background server 1 in a 4G/5G and Ethernet interface mode, is in remote two-way communication with the background server 1, and receives a control and configuration command of the background server 1.
After receiving the alarm information sent by the video monitoring and processing device 2, the background server 1 can analyze data of the security area and also can issue remote tasks and support remote technologies.
By applying the electronic fence system provided by the invention, the laser radar light curtain device 4 is scanned at a preset position to form a security area, when the laser radar light curtain device 4 detects that people or objects are illegally invaded, the video monitoring and processing device 2 is triggered to record a video of an invasion point and send alarm information to the background server 1, the device changes manual passive monitoring into active monitoring, a protection area with any shape can be flexibly set as required, meanwhile, a laser radar scanning mode is adopted, the false alarm rate is low, the video recording and the alarm are linked, the background can be guaranteed to know the field situation in time, and the background server 1 can perform real-time data analysis on the field working area.
Specifically, the video monitoring and processing device 2 comprises a camera arranged in a security area and an NVR21 connected with the camera, the NVR21 triggers an alarm device arranged in the security area to alarm according to the invasion information of the laser radar light curtain device 4, the alarm device is specifically a buzzer and/or a flash lamp, and therefore the alarm device is arranged to drive away animals entering the security area, in one embodiment, the laser radar light curtain device 4 can be directly connected with the alarm device to alarm, and the protection range of the invention is within the protection range.

7. The electronic fence system of claim 6, wherein the concentrator is connected with the background server via a 5G/4G/Ethernet network, and the concentrator is connected with the lidar light curtain device via a LORA wireless module.

The electronic fence system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the number of the lidar light curtain devices is five, four of the lidar light curtain devices are arranged along the vertical edges, and one of the lidar light curtain devices is arranged along the horizontal direction to form a closed cuboid security area.
