Detailed Description
First, the configuration of the article supply device 100 used in the article supply system (no reference numeral) shown in fig. 1 and the settlement system (no reference numeral) shown in fig. 2 will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 5.
< description of the structure of article supply apparatus 100 >)
In the present description, for convenience, the front side of fig. 3 (a) is referred to as front, the back side is referred to as rear, the left side is referred to as right, the right side is referred to as left, the upper side is referred to as upper, and the lower side is referred to as lower, and the directions are also referred to in fig. 3 (B), fig. 3 (C), fig. 4 (a), and fig. 4 (B).
As shown in fig. 3a, 3B, and 3C, the article supply device 100 includes a device main body 101, a storage portion 102, an operation portion 103, a take-out port 104, a light emitting portion 105, an information carrying portion 106, a supply portion 107, a supply passage portion 108, a supply detection sensor 109, a supply blocking portion 110, a sold-out detection sensor 111, a suppression portion 112, and a suppression release portion 113.
The device main body 101 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape in appearance, and the device main body 101 has an entrance 101a for a housing portion 102 formed by opening the front surface, the left side surface, and the right side surface at the upper portion (see fig. 3a and 3B). That is, the housing portion 102 is disposed in the doorway 101a so as to be able to be pulled out with the front portions and the front wall portions of the left and right side wall portions exposed, and the housing portion 102 can be pulled out forward through the doorway 101a by releasing the lock by the lock portion (not shown) (see fig. 3C).
The housing portion 102 is formed of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box having an open upper surface, and at least front portions and front wall portions of the left and right side wall portions are transparent or translucent (see fig. 3a to 3C). That is, the printed matter (printed matter on which a photograph, explanation, or the like of the article AR stored in the storage portion 102 is placed) not shown disposed inside the front wall portion of the storage portion 102 can be visually recognized from the outside. In addition, even in a state where the article AR is stored in the storage portion 102, the stored article AR can be visually recognized from the outside through the front portions of the left and right side wall portions of the storage portion 102.
The upper surface of the lower wall portion 102a of the storage portion 102 is flat, and an inclined portion 102b for guiding the article AR rearward is provided at a front portion of the upper surface of the lower wall portion 102a (see fig. 3C). A recess 102a1 that is circular in plan view is provided in a rear portion of the upper surface of the lower wall portion 102a, and a supply port 102a2 that is circular in plan view is provided in the bottom surface of the recess 102a1 (see fig. 3C, 4 a, and 4B).
Incidentally, the article AR is not particularly limited as long as it is an article having a spherical or sphere-like appearance, that is, an article capable of rolling. Specific examples thereof include an article (see fig. 3D) in which a toy is housed inside two detachable small container components, and an article (see fig. 3E) in which the surface of a toy in a circular form is covered with a film or the like. The maximum storage number of the storage unit 102 for the articles AR is approximately 40 to 120, depending on the size of the articles AR.
The operation unit 103 is formed in a disk-like shape in front view and has a handle, and is rotatably disposed on the front surface of the front wall of the apparatus main body 101 (see fig. 3a and 3B). The operation unit 103 is coupled to a front end of a shaft 103a disposed on a rear side thereof, and a rear end of the shaft 103a is rotatably supported on a front surface of a rear wall of the apparatus main body 101 (see fig. 3C). The operation unit 103 is a portion to which a providing operation is applied, for example, the operation unit 103 is rotated by 360 degrees or the like in front view. Further, a gear mechanism 103b including a plurality of gears is provided at the rear of and above the shaft 103a of the operation unit 103, and the rotation of the shaft 103a (operation unit 103) can be transmitted to the supply unit 107 (see fig. 3C).
The light emitting section 105 has a transparent or translucent hemispherical light transmitting section 105a, and the light transmitting section 105a is disposed in the vicinity of the operation section 103 on the front surface of the front wall of the apparatus main body 101 (see fig. 3a and 3B). The light emitting unit 105 includes therein a multicolor light emitting element (not shown), for example, a multicolor light emitting diode, and the light emitting color of the multicolor light emitting element can be visually recognized from the outside through the light transmitting portion 105a in a state where the multicolor light emitting element emits light (is lit or blinks). Although the hemispherical light-transmitting portion 105a is illustrated in the drawings as protruding forward from the front surface of the front wall of the apparatus main body 101, the light emission may be visually recognized from the outside, and the light-transmitting portion 105a does not necessarily have to be hemispherical, and may be, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped shape or the like protruding forward from the front surface of the front wall of the apparatus main body 101, or may be circular, rectangular or the like not protruding forward from the front surface of the front wall of the apparatus main body 101.
The information carrying section 106 is configured by, for example, a two-dimensional code or the like that can be optically read, has information (product number, price, and the like of the article AR) corresponding to the article AR stored in the storage section 102, and is disposed in the vicinity of the operation section 103 on the front surface of the front wall of the apparatus main body 101 by a method such as attaching or inserting a print sheet (see fig. 3 a). When the information carrying unit 106 is formed of a two-dimensional code, a known two-dimensional code such as DataMatrix, QR code (registered trademark), VeriCode, or the like can be used as appropriate as the two-dimensional code. Of course, instead of the two-dimensional CODE, a one-dimensional CODE may be used, and in this case, known one-dimensional CODEs such as JAN, ITF, NW-7, CODE39, and CODE128 may be used as appropriate.
The supply portion 107 has a disk shape in plan view, and has a plurality of (5 in the drawing) holding holes 107a (see fig. 4 a and 4B) at equal angular intervals in plan view. The holding holes 107a are circular in plan view, which is slightly larger than the outer shape of the article AR, and a part of the inner circumferential surface of each holding hole 107a is open toward the outside. The supply portion 107 is rotatably disposed in the recess 102a1 of the housing portion 102 such that the upper portion of each holding hole 107a protrudes upward from the upper surface of the lower wall portion 102a of the housing portion 102 (see fig. 3C).
A stirring portion 107b is provided at the center of the upper surface of the supply portion 107, and the stirring portion 107b is configured by a central protrusion and a plurality of flexible members (e.g., members such as tension coil springs) arranged around the central protrusion (see fig. 3C, and not shown in fig. 4).
Although not shown, a flat gear-shaped tooth is provided around the lower surface of the supply portion 107, and a part of the tooth is positioned in a hole provided in the bottom surface of the recess 102a1 of the receiving portion 102 and meshes with the uppermost gear of the gear mechanism 103b of the operating portion 103. That is, by applying the supply operation to the operation unit 103, the supply unit 107 can be rotated by a predetermined angle.
The supply passage 108 is formed in a cylindrical shape that is bent or curved as a whole, and has a supply passage 108a that extends from the lower end of the supply port 102a2 located on the bottom surface of the recess 102a1 of the receiving portion 102 to the rear end of the ejection port 104 provided on the front wall of the device main body 101 (see fig. 3C). Although the cylindrical supply passage portion 108 is illustrated in the drawing, the article AR supplied from the supply portion 107 through the supply port 102a2 may be guided to the take-out port 104, and may not necessarily be cylindrical, and may be replaced with a curved or bent groove or the like provided in the apparatus main body 101.
The supply detection sensor 109 is provided for detecting passage of the article AR through the supply passage 108a, and is constituted by, for example, a reflection-type infrared sensor or the like attached to a position where a light passage hole of the supply passage section 108 is formed. In the case where the supply detection sensor 109 is constituted by a reflection-type infrared sensor, whether or not the article AR is normally supplied can be detected from a change in the amount of incident light when the article AR passes through the supply passage 108 a.
The stopper portion 110 is formed to have a curved engagement portion 110a at the front end and a light blocking portion 110B at the rear end, and is disposed at the front portion of the upper surface of the lower wall portion 102a of the article accommodating portion 102 so that the substantially center of the stopper portion 110 is rotatable, and the stopper portion 110 is biased clockwise in plan view by a spring member such as a torsion coil spring or a compression coil spring (not shown) (see fig. 4 a and 4B). The engaging portion 110a of the supply blocking portion 110 is a portion that can enter the holding hole 107a of the supply portion 107, and the light blocking portion 110b is a portion that can open and close the light passing hole 102a3 provided at the front portion of the upper surface of the lower wall portion 102a of the housing portion 102.
That is, as shown in fig. 4 (a), when the article AR is present in the storage section 102 and the holding hole 107a at the upper left of the drawing of the providing section 107 holds the article AR, the engaging section 110a of the providing blocking section 110 does not enter the holding hole 107a, and therefore the providing section 107 is rotatable, and the light blocking section 110b of the providing blocking section 110 does not block the light passing hole 102a 3. On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4 (B), when the article AR is not present in the storage section 102 and the holding hole 107a at the upper left of the providing section 107 does not hold the article AR, the engaging section 110a of the providing preventing section 110 enters the holding hole 107a, and therefore the rotation of the providing section 107 is prevented and the light blocking section 110B of the providing preventing section 110 blocks the light passing hole 102a 3.
The sold-out detection sensor 111 is configured by, for example, a reflection-type infrared sensor or the like disposed below the light passage hole 102a3 provided in the front portion of the lower wall portion 102a of the accommodating portion 102, and detects whether or not the supply preventing portion 110 has been displaced to the position shown in fig. 4 (B) through the light passage hole 102a 3. When the sold-out detection sensor 111 is a reflection-type infrared sensor, it can be detected that the article AR is not present in the storage unit 102 based on a change in the amount of incident light when the supply blocking unit 110 is displaced to the position shown in fig. 4 (B) and the light blocking unit 110B blocks the light passing hole 102a 3.
The suppression portion 112 is formed of a rotation suppression member provided on the shaft portion 103a of the operation portion 103, and is capable of suppressing rotation of the shaft portion 103a (operation portion 103) by cooperation with the suppression releasing portion 113. Incidentally, the form of the restraining portion 112 is not particularly limited, as long as the shaft portion 103a (the operation portion 103) can be restrained from rotating in cooperation with the restraint releasing portion 113.
The suppression canceling unit 113 is configured by, for example, a solenoid having a plunger biased by a spring, and controls the operation of the suppression unit 112, that is, suppresses the operation of the operation unit 103 and cancels the suppression. In the case where the suppression canceling unit 113 is formed of a solenoid, the plunger engages with the suppression unit 112 until a "suppression canceling signal" described later is input, and therefore the operation unit 103 cannot be rotated (the supply operation cannot be applied). On the other hand, when a "suppression cancellation signal" described later is input, the plunger and the suppression portion 112 are disengaged, and therefore the operation portion 103 can be rotated (the supply operation can be applied).
As shown in fig. 5, the control system of the article supply device 100 includes a main control unit 151 having a microcomputer structure, a status reporting unit 152, an operation suppressing unit 153, a supply probe unit 154, a sold-out probe unit 155, an independent communication unit 156, and a transmitting/receiving unit 157.
The status reporting unit 152 includes the light emitting unit 105 and an actuator for causing the light emitting unit 105 to emit light in a color corresponding to each status described later. The operation suppression unit 153 includes the above-described suppression cancellation unit 113 and a driver for canceling suppression of the operation unit 103 by the suppression cancellation unit 113 based on an input of a "suppression cancellation signal" described later.
The supply detection section 154 has the supply detection sensor 109 described above and a driver for transmitting a "signal related to supply of the article AR (normal supply signal or supply failure signal)" based on detection by the supply detection sensor 109. The sold-out probe 155 includes the sold-out probe sensor 111 and a driver for transmitting a "signal (a non-sold-out signal or a sold-out signal) concerning the presence or absence of the article AR in the accommodating portion 102" based on the probe of the sold-out probe sensor 111.
The independent communication unit 156 is a wireless connection device conforming to a wireless communication standard for LAN, preferably Wi-Fi (registered trademark), and the transmission/reception unit 157 is an antenna capable of transmitting and receiving a wireless signal. The independent communication unit 156 can communicate with the unified communication device 200, which will be described later, under the control of the main control unit 151.
That is, when the wireless communication standard for the LAN is Wi-Fi (registered trademark), the independent communication unit 156 can transmit the above-mentioned "signal related to supply of the article AR (normal supply signal or supply failure signal)" and the above-mentioned "signal related to presence or absence of the article AR (non-sold-out signal or sold-out signal)" to the below-mentioned unified communication apparatus 200 by Wi-Fi in addition to the above-mentioned "suppression release signal" received from the below-mentioned unified communication apparatus 200 by Wi-Fi.
Next, the configuration of the article supply system (reference numeral omitted) shown in fig. 1 will be described.
< structural description of article supply System >)
In the present description, for convenience, the front side of fig. 1 is expressed as front, the back side is expressed as rear, the left side is expressed as right, the right side is expressed as left, the upper side is expressed as upper, and the lower side is expressed as lower.
As shown in fig. 1, the article providing system includes a unified communication device 200 and a plurality of (10 in the drawing) article providing devices 100. In a front view, 10 article supply devices 100 are connected in a left-right direction by an arrangement of 5 × 2 upper and lower levels, and are preferably disposed on a floor (see a two-dot chain line in the drawing) in a room via casters 100a of the article supply devices 100 disposed on the lower level. The unified communication device 200 is disposed on the upper surface of the rightmost article providing device 100 of the upper layer so as to be stationary.
Incidentally, the information (product number, price, etc. of the article AR) held by the information carrying portion 106 provided in each article supply device 100 corresponds to the article AR held in each storage portion 102. That is, when the storage sections 102 of the article supply devices 100 store articles AR having different product numbers, the information of the information carrying sections 106 differs.
Although not shown, an AC/DC power supply unit is provided in at least one of the plurality of article supply devices 100, for example, the two upper and lower article supply devices 100 on the rightmost side, a DC power supply output terminal is provided on the rear side, and a DC power supply input terminal and a DC power supply output terminal are provided on the rear side of the remaining 8 article supply devices 100.
That is, if the DC power output terminals of the two upper and lower article providing devices 100 on the rightmost side having the AC/DC power supply unit and the DC power input terminals of the two upper and lower article providing devices 100 adjacent to the left side thereof are connected by the power supply cable, the DC power output terminals of the article providing devices 100 and the DC power input terminals of the two upper and lower article providing devices 100 adjacent to the left side thereof are connected by the power supply cable, and the DC power output terminals of the article providing devices 100 and the DC power input terminals of the two upper and lower article providing devices 100 adjacent to the left side thereof are connected by the power supply cable, DC power can be supplied from the two upper and lower article providing devices 100 on the rightmost side having the AC/DC power supply unit to the remaining 8 article providing devices 100A source.
Of course, even if an AC/DC power supply unit is provided in only one article providing device 100 of the plurality of article providing devices 100, for example, in the rightmost article providing device 100 on the upper floor, DC power can be supplied from the article providing device 100 to the remaining 9 article providing devices 100.
Although 10 article supply devices 100 are connected in an array of 5 in the left-right direction × 2 in the up-down direction in the drawing, the number of article supply devices 100 may be 9 or less or 11 or more, and the number of layers may be one or three. Further, the casters 100a may be removed from the article supply devices 100 on the lower floor side, and the article supply devices 100 in a predetermined array may be installed on a floor or the like via a common base with casters or a common base without casters. Of course, each article providing device 100 on the lower layer side may be directly provided on the floor or the like regardless of the arrangement of the article providing devices 100.
Although the unified communication device 200 is shown as being disposed on the upper surface of the rightmost article providing device 100 on the upper layer in the drawing, the unified communication device 200 may be disposed behind the rightmost article providing device 100 on the upper layer, behind other article providing devices 100, inside any article providing device 100, or the like.
As shown in fig. 6, the control system of the unified communication device 200 includes a main control unit 201 having a microcomputer structure, a unified communication unit 202, and a transmission/reception unit 203.
The unified communication unit 202 is a wireless router device that conforms to two wireless communication standards for LAN and WAN, preferably Wi-Fi (registered trademark) and 4G/LTE, and the transmission/reception unit 203 is an antenna that can transmit and receive wireless signals. The unified communication unit 202 is capable of performing information communication with the individual communication units 156 of the article supply devices 100 under the control of the main control unit 201, and is capable of connecting to an information communication network 300 (see fig. 2) such as an internet communication network and performing information communication via the information communication network 300.
That is, when the wireless communication standard for LAN is Wi-Fi (registered trademark) and the wireless communication standard for WAN is 4G/LTE, the unified communication unit 202 can receive "information on settlement completion" described later from the settlement relay terminal 500 described later via the information communication network 300 by using 4G/LTE, the above-described "suppression cancellation signal" can be transmitted to the independent communication unit 156 of the corresponding article providing apparatus 100 by Wi-Fi, and in addition to this, "a signal related to provision of an article AR (a normal provision signal or a provision failure signal)" and "a signal related to presence or absence of an article AR in the storage unit 102 (a non-sold-out signal or a sold-out signal)" which are received from the independent communication unit 156 of each article providing apparatus 100 by Wi-Fi can be transmitted to the later-described manager terminal 600 via the information communication network 300 by 4G/LTE.
Next, the configuration of the settlement system (reference numeral omitted) shown in fig. 2 will be described.

A rectangular frame of a chain double-dashed line in fig. 2 is the article providing system shown in fig. 1, a reference 300 is an information communication network such as an internet communication network, a reference 400 is a communication base station supporting a wireless communication standard such as 4G/LTE, a reference 500 is a settlement relay terminal such as a personal computer held by a settlement relay, a reference 600 is a manager terminal such as a personal computer held by a manager who is entrusted to manage the article providing system by the holder of the article providing system, a reference 700 is a provider terminal such as a personal computer held by the holder of the article providing system, and a reference 800 is a requester terminal such as a smartphone supporting a wireless communication standard such as 4G/LTE held by a requester. Incidentally, in fig. 2, the illustration of connection devices such as ONUs, modems, and wireless routers for connecting the respective terminals 500, 600, and 700 to the information communication network 300 is omitted.
When the customer terminal 800 is a 4G/LTE-capable smart phone, the smart phone stores in advance settlement application software provided by the settlement relay party, and starts the software to read information of the information portable unit 106 by an existing camera, thereby transmitting "information on purchase of an item AR" to the settlement relay party terminal 500 via a 4G/LTE-capable information communication network (not shown).
The settlement relay terminal 500 confirms settlement based on the "information on purchase of the item AR" from the customer terminal 800, and can transmit the "information on completion of settlement" to the customer terminal 800 via the 4G/LTE-compliant information communication network (not shown) when the settlement is completed, and can transmit the "information on completion of settlement" to the unified communication device 200 of the item providing system via the information communication network 300. The settlement relay terminal 500 can transmit "information on charge" to the provider terminal 700 via the information communication network 300 based on the "information on settlement completion".
The settlement confirmation is, for example, a check between a remaining amount of money previously charged by the customer to the settlement relaying party side and the purchase price, and in the case of the previous charge, the settlement is completed in the case where the remaining amount of money is not less than the purchase price. Incidentally, in the case where the remaining amount < purchase price, since the settlement is not completed, only the demander terminal 800 is notified that the settlement cannot be performed. The "information on the charge" may include at least a charge date and a charge amount, and the form thereof is not particularly limited (in many cases, a charge account is previously transferred from a provider to a settlement relay).
The "information on the completion of settlement" is information corresponding to the payment of the price. That is, since the settlement system shown in fig. 2 is a system in which the settlement relay party participates in the price payment, the price payment is completed by transmitting "information on the completion of the settlement" to the unified communication device 200 of the article providing system from the settlement relay party terminal 500.
As described above, the point that the "signal related to the supply of the article AR (normal supply signal or supply failure signal)" and the "signal related to the presence or absence of the article AR (non-sold-out signal or sold-out signal)" are transmitted from the article supply system to the manager terminal 600 is the same as those described above.
Next, a process flow of the settlement system shown in fig. 2 will be described with reference to fig. 7.
< description of processing flow of Settlement System >)
In the present description, the status reporting unit 152 (see fig. 5) of each article providing device 100 constituting the article providing system (see fig. 1) can report three states, i.e., a state of light emission (illumination or blinking) of the light emitting unit 105 in different colors (e.g., yellow, green, red, etc., in order from top to bottom) to the customer,
"providable state" when it is not detected that there is no article AR in the storage section 102 (when there is an article AR) "
"operable state" when the operation unit 103 becomes operable "
The "inoperable state" is detected when the operation unit 103 is not operable (inoperable).
Incidentally, the "inoperable state" includes a "sold-out state" when no article AR is present in the accommodating portion 102 and a "bad supply state" when bad supply occurs.
When an article AR is stored in the storage portion 102 of all the article providing apparatuses 100 constituting the article providing system, the "non-sold-out signal" is transmitted from the sold-out detecting portion 155 (see fig. 5) of each article providing apparatus 100, and therefore, based on the "non-sold-out signal", the light emitting portion 105 emits, for example, yellow light, and reports the status of the light emission, thereby clearly indicating to the requesting party that each article providing apparatus 100 is in the "available-for-use status".
When purchasing the item AR, the customer starts the settlement application of the customer terminal 800 held by hand, and reads information on the information portable unit 106 (see fig. 1) of the item providing apparatus 100 in which the desired item AR is stored.
When the reading is completed, information (product number, price, etc.) of the item AR to be purchased, a purchase confirmation button, etc. are displayed on a display unit (e.g., a color liquid crystal display, etc.) of the demander terminal 800, and "information related to the purchase of the item AR" is transmitted from the demander terminal 800 to the settlement relay terminal 500 by pressing the purchase confirmation button of the display screen.
The settlement relay terminal 500 confirms settlement based on the "information on purchase of the item AR" from the customer terminal 800. When the settlement is completed, the settlement relay terminal 500 transmits "information on the completion of the settlement (information corresponding to the payment of the price)" to the customer terminal 800 and the unified communication device 200 of the article providing system.
When the settlement relay terminal 500 transmits "information on the completion of settlement" to the customer terminal 800, the display unit of the customer terminal 800 displays the settlement details, and the customer is notified of the completion of settlement and the settlement details by the display.
When the "information on the completion of the settlement" is transmitted from the settlement relay terminal 500 to the unified communication device 200 of the article providing system, the "information on the completion of the settlement" is converted into a "suppression cancellation signal" to be transmitted to the operation suppressing unit 153 (see fig. 5) of the article providing device 100 in which the article AR is accommodated, and the suppression of the operation unit 103 is cancelled by the suppression canceling unit 113 (see (C) of fig. 3) by the "suppression cancellation signal".
Substantially simultaneously with the release of the operation restriction, the light emission color of the light emitting unit 105 of the article providing device 100 accommodating the article AR changes from yellow to green, for example, and the status report based on the change in the light emission color indicates to the customer that the operation unit 103 of the article providing device 100 accommodating the article AR has become "operable status".
That is, the customer can recognize in time that the operation unit 103 is in the "operable state" by changing the light emission color of the light emitting unit 105 of the article supply device 100 in which the article AR is accommodated from yellow to green, for example. After the identification, the customer performs a predetermined providing operation on the operation unit 103 to obtain the desired article AR.
After the settlement relay terminal 500 transmits "information on settlement completion" to the customer terminal 800 and the unified communication device 200 of the item providing system, the settlement relay terminal 500 transmits "information on collection" to the provider terminal 700.
When the settlement relay terminal 500 transmits "information on the amount of money received" to the provider terminal 700, the "information on the amount of money received", for example, the date of the money received and the amount of money received, are displayed on a display unit (for example, a color liquid crystal display) of the provider terminal 700 together with the details of the settlement, and the presence of the amount of money received and the details of the money received are notified to the provider by this display.
That is, the provider can check the collection of money on the collection date based on the "information on collection" presented.
When the customer performs a predetermined supply operation to the operation unit 103 to obtain a desired article AR, the supply detection unit 154 (see fig. 5) of the article supply device 100 in which the article AR is stored detects whether or not the article AR is normally supplied, and when the article AR is normally supplied, the "normal supply signal" from the supply detection unit 154 is used to transmit "information on the normal supply" of the article AR, for example, the product number and the number of the supplied articles AR to the administrator terminal 600.
That is, the manager can perform management of the articles AR of each article providing device 100 constituting the article providing system, for example, management of the remaining amount, management of the tendency of decrease in the amount, and the like, based on the received "information on normal provision".
On the other hand, when the supply of the article AR is not performed normally, for example, when the article AR cannot be supplied due to a failure of the supply unit 107 or the like, or when the article AR stops in the middle of the supply path 108a of the supply path unit 108, or the like, "information on the supply failure," for example, the identification number of the article supply device 100 in which the supply failure has occurred, and the like are transmitted to the administrator terminal 600 based on the "supply failure signal" from the supply detection unit 154.
That is, the administrator can previously perform inspection, repair, and the like on the article providing apparatus 100 in which the provision failure has occurred among the article providing apparatuses 100 constituting the article providing system, based on the received "information on the provision failure".
Further, substantially simultaneously with the detection of the supply failure, the emission color of the light emitting unit 105 of the article supply device 100 in which the supply failure has occurred changes from yellow to red, for example, and a status report based on the change in the emission color indicates to the customer that the article supply device 100 accommodating the article AR is in the "supply failure state".
When the customer performs a predetermined supply operation on the operation unit 103 to obtain a desired article AR, a sold-out detection unit 155 (see fig. 5) of the article providing device 100 in which the article AR is stored detects whether or not the article AR is absent, and when the article AR is absent, based on a "sold-out signal" from the sold-out detection unit 155, information on sold-out, for example, an identification number of the article providing device 100 in which sold-out has occurred, is transmitted to the administrator terminal 600.
That is, the administrator can previously replenish the article AR or the like to the article providing device 100 in which the sold-out article occurred among the article providing devices 100 constituting the article providing system, based on the received "information on sold-out".
Further, substantially simultaneously with the detection of sold-out, the light emission color of the light emitting unit 105 of the article providing device 100 in which the sold-out article AR is generated changes from yellow to red, for example, and a status report based on the change in the light emission color indicates to the requesting party that the article providing device 100 accommodating the article AR is in a "sold-out status".
Next, the main operational effects obtained by the article supply device, the article supply system, and the settlement system will be described.
< description of the main actions and effects >)
Since the operation suppression of the operation unit 103 by the operation suppressing unit 153 of the article providing device 100 can be released and the light emission color of the light emitting unit 105 of the article providing device 100 in which the article AR is accommodated can be changed based on the above-described "information on the completion of the settlement (information corresponding to the payment of the price)", it is possible to indicate to the customer that the operation unit 103 has become the "operable state" in time by the status report based on the change of the light emission color, and thus the customer can smoothly perform the operation on the operation unit after the payment of the price.
Further, by changing the light emission color of the light emitting portion 105 of the article providing device 100, in addition to the "operable state" to the required party, the "available state" and the "inoperable state (provided failure state and sold out state)" can be indicated to the required party by the status report based on the change of the light emission color, and therefore, particularly by indicating the "provided failure state", it is possible to prevent the required party from erroneously attempting to obtain the article AR.
Further, since the article providing system includes the unified communication device 200 and the plurality of article providing devices 100, each article providing device 100 has the independent communication unit 156 capable of performing information communication with the unified communication device 200, and the unified communication device 200 has the unified communication unit 202 capable of connecting to the information communication network 300 and capable of performing information communication via the information communication network 300, it is possible to relax the restriction on the installation place of the article providing system, thereby enabling the article providing system to be installed in various places and enabling the article providing system to be completely unmanned.
Next, a modified example of the article supply device, the article supply system, and the settlement system will be described.
< modification >
As the article providing device and the article providing system, three states ("suppliable state", "operable state", and "inoperable state") are exemplified by causing the light emitting portion 105 of the article providing device 100 to emit light in different colors, and a "suppliable failure state" and a "sold-out state" included in the "inoperable state" may be caused to emit light in other different colors to allow the suppliable party to distinguish the two states.
Further, although the settlement system corresponding to a case where the holder of the article providing system and the manager of the article providing system have requested the management of the article providing system is exemplified as the settlement system, when the holder of the article providing system manages the article providing system by himself, the manager terminal 600 may be removed and the information transmitted to the manager terminal 600 may be transmitted to the provider terminal 700. On the other hand, when the administrator is also requested to receive payment management by the holder of the article providing system, the provider terminal 700 may be removed and information transmitted to the provider terminal 700 may be transmitted to the administrator terminal 600.
