Abstract

detecting whether third data exists in the historical data, wherein the third data comprises third auditing data used for representing auditing results of a first auditing item of a second sub-scheme of the first embodiment, and the third auditing data comprises first identification information;
if so, determining that the first trial project belongs to the preset project set.
The second sub-scheme is a scheme different from the first sub-scheme in the first implementation, the second sub-scheme also includes the first audit item, and the third audit data used for representing the audit result of the first audit item in the second sub-scheme includes the first identification information, so that the audit result of the first audit item in the second sub-scheme does not meet the preset standard. That is, the preset project set includes the audit projects whose audit results do not meet the preset standard in other sub-schemes in the same embodiment, and if the first audit project has a problem that their audit results do not meet the preset standard in other sub-schemes in the first embodiment, it is determined that the first audit project belongs to the preset project set.
In yet another embodiment, the method further comprises:
detecting whether a first auditing project comprises first marking information, wherein the first marking information is used for marking the first auditing project as a new product quality risk management and control (NUDD) project;
if so, determining that the first trial project belongs to the preset project set.
The new product quality risk management and control (NUDD) project is used for identifying, analyzing, coping with and managing early risks of new products, products with special functions, products with high development difficulty and products with larger differences with the previous generation products, so as to reduce the quality risks of the new products. If the first audit project belongs to a new product quality risk control project in a preset project set, the first audit project is configured in a first sub-scheme in the original first implementation scheme, and meanwhile, the first audit project can be configured in at least one second sub-scheme, so that the first audit project can be repeatedly audited in a plurality of sub-schemes, the audit result of the first audit project is ensured to meet a preset standard, and the risk is reduced.
In yet another embodiment, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the first examination project comprises second marking information, wherein the second marking information is used for marking the first examination project as a quality review project (QLL) or a design quality control project (QRD);
if so, determining that the first examination item belongs to a preset item set.
The quality review project is a review of projects completed in the past, and some key events are analyzed, so that teaching and training are drawn from past experiences, and valuable references are provided for the next work. The design quality control project is an auditing project for analyzing, processing, judging, deciding and correcting the whole technical operation process of the design with the aim of ensuring that the design result meets the requirements of human society. If the first review item belongs to a quality review item or a design quality control item in a preset item set, the first review item is configured in a first sub-scheme in the original first embodiment, and meanwhile, the first review item can also be configured in at least one second sub-scheme, so that the first review item can be reviewed repeatedly in a plurality of sub-schemes, the review result of the first review item is ensured to meet a preset standard, and the risk is reduced.
In some embodiments, the preset item set may include a plurality of preset audit items, and during the detection, it is sequentially detected whether the first audit item belongs to each preset audit item. For example, as shown in fig. 8, it may be first detected whether second data exists in the historical data, where the second data includes second audit data used for characterizing the audit result of the first audit item of the second embodiment, and the second audit data includes the first identification information; if second data is detected from the historical data, determining that the first audit project belongs to a preset project set; if no second data is detected from the historical data, detecting whether third data exists in the historical data, wherein the third data comprises third auditing data used for representing auditing results of the first auditing items of a second sub-scheme of the first embodiment, and the third auditing data comprises the first identification information; determining that the first review item belongs to the preset set of items if third data is detected from the historical data; if third data are not detected from the historical data, detecting whether the first audit project comprises first marking information, wherein the first marking information is used for marking the first audit project as a new product quality risk control project; determining that a first review item belongs to the preset item set if first tag information is detected in the first review item; if first marking information is not detected in a first examination project, detecting whether the first examination project comprises second marking information, wherein the second marking information is used for marking the first examination project as a quality copy project or a design quality control project; if second mark information is detected in the first audit project, determining that the first audit project belongs to a preset project set; and finally determining that the first examination project does not belong to a preset project set if the second mark information is not detected in the first examination project. That is, it is required to sequentially detect whether the historical data includes the second data, whether the historical data includes the third data, whether the first audit item includes the first flag information, and whether the first audit item includes the second flag information, and it is determined that the first audit item belongs to the preset item set if one of the four detection items has a positive detection result, and it is determined that the first audit item does not belong to the preset item set only if all of the four detection items are negative.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of an information processing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 9, the information processing system according to the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes:
a first configuration module 10, configured to configure a first task for at least one first user end related to a first examination project based on the first examination project in a first sub-scheme of the first embodiment;
a first obtaining module 20, configured to obtain first data sent by the first user based on the first task, where the first data includes first audit data, and the first audit data is used to represent an audit result of auditing the first audit item;
a second obtaining module 30, configured to obtain, when the first audit data includes first identification information, reference data from historical data based on the first audit data, where the first identification information is used to identify that an audit result of the first audit item does not meet a preset standard;
a second configuration module 40, configured to configure a second task for at least one second user end based on the first audit data, and send the reference data to the second user end to instruct the second user end to update the first data based on the reference data.
In some embodiments, the second obtaining module 30 includes:
a first detecting unit, configured to detect whether second data is included in the historical data, where the second data includes second audit data used to characterize an audit result of the first audit item of a second embodiment, and the second audit data includes the first identification information;
a first obtaining unit configured to obtain the second data when the history data includes the second data; and/or
A second detecting unit, configured to detect whether third data is included in the historical data, where the third data includes third audit data used to characterize an audit result of the first audit item in a second sub-scheme of the first implementation scheme, and the third audit data includes the first identification information;
a second obtaining unit configured to obtain the third data when the history data includes the third data.
In some embodiments, the second obtaining module 30 further includes:
and the sending unit is used for sending first prompt information to at least one third user end when the second data and/or the third data are not detected in the historical data so as to prompt the third user end that the auditing result of the first auditing item is not in accordance with the preset standard.
In some embodiments, the second obtaining unit includes:
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain second identification information used for identifying product equipment in the first audit data;
and the fourth acquisition unit is used for acquiring the operation and maintenance data of the product equipment from the historical data based on the second identification information.
In some embodiments, the second obtaining unit includes:
a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain third identification information used for identifying a product raw material in the first audit data;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain material information of the product raw material from the historical data based on the third identification information.
In some embodiments, the system further comprises:
a third obtaining module for obtaining the first embodiment;
a third configuration module, configured to configure the first review item in the first sub-scheme and at least one second scheme in the first embodiment when the first review item belongs to the preset set of items.
In some embodiments, the third configuration module is further to:
configuring the first review item in the first sub-scheme of the first embodiment when the first review item does not belong to the preset set of items.
In some embodiments, the third configuration module is further to:
detecting whether second data exists in the historical data, wherein the second data comprises second auditing data used for representing the auditing result of the first auditing item of a second embodiment, and the second auditing data comprises the first identification information;
if so, determining that the first examination project belongs to the preset project set;
in some embodiments, the third configuration module is further to:
detecting whether third data exists in the historical data, wherein the third data comprises third auditing data used for representing auditing results of the first auditing item of a second sub-scheme of the first implementation scheme, and the third auditing data comprises the first identification information;
if so, determining that the first trial project belongs to the preset project set.
In some embodiments, the third configuration module is further to:
detecting whether the first audit project comprises first marking information or not, wherein the first marking information is used for marking the first audit project as a new product quality risk management and control project;
if so, determining that the first trial project belongs to the preset project set.
In some embodiments, the third configuration module is further to:
detecting whether the first examination and verification project comprises second marking information, wherein the second marking information is used for marking the first examination and verification project as a quality copy project or a design quality control project;
if so, determining that the first examination item belongs to a preset item set.

Claims (13)
1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
configuring a first task for at least one first user end related to a first examination project based on the first examination project in a first sub-scheme of the first embodiment;
acquiring first data sent by the first user side based on the first task, wherein the first data comprises first audit data, and the first audit data is used for representing an audit result of auditing the first audit item;
when the first audit data comprises first identification information, acquiring reference data from historical data based on the first audit data, wherein the first identification information is used for identifying that the audit result of the first audit item does not accord with a preset standard;
and configuring a second task for at least one second user terminal based on the first audit data, and sending the reference data to the second user terminal to instruct the second user terminal to update the first data based on the reference data.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining reference data in history data based on the first audit data includes:
detecting whether second data is included in the historical data, wherein the second data comprises second auditing data used for representing auditing results of the first auditing item of a second embodiment, and the second auditing data comprises the first identification information;
if the second data is included in the historical data, acquiring the second data; and/or
Detecting whether third data is included in the historical data, wherein the third data includes third audit data used for representing an audit result of the first audit item in a second sub-scheme of the first implementation scheme, and the third audit data includes the first identification information;
and if the third data is included in the historical data, acquiring the third data.
3. The information processing method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining of reference data in history data based on the first audit data further comprises:
and if the second data and/or the third data are not detected in the historical data, sending first prompt information to at least one third user end to prompt the third user end that the auditing result of the first auditing item is not in accordance with the preset standard.
4. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining reference data in history data based on the first audit data includes:
acquiring second identification information used for identifying product equipment in the first audit data;
and acquiring operation and maintenance data of the product equipment from the historical data based on the second identification information.
5. The information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining reference data in history data based on the first audit data includes:
acquiring third identification information for identifying product raw materials in the first audit data;
and acquiring material information of the product raw material from the historical data based on the third identification information.
6. The information processing method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
obtaining the first embodiment;
configuring the first review item in the first sub-scenario and the at least one second sub-scenario of the first embodiment when the first review item belongs to a predetermined set of items.
7. The information processing method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:
configuring the first review item in the first sub-scenario of the first embodiment when the first review item does not belong to the preset set of items.
8. The information processing method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:
detecting whether second data exists in the historical data, wherein the second data comprises second auditing data used for representing the auditing result of the first auditing item of a second embodiment, and the second auditing data comprises the first identification information;
if so, determining that the first trial project belongs to the preset project set.
9. The information processing method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:
detecting whether third data exists in the historical data, wherein the third data comprises third auditing data used for representing auditing results of the first auditing item of a second sub-scheme of the first implementation scheme, and the third auditing data comprises the first identification information;
if so, determining that the first trial project belongs to the preset project set.
10. The information processing method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:
detecting whether the first audit project comprises first marking information or not, wherein the first marking information is used for marking the first audit project as a new product quality risk management and control project;
if so, determining that the first trial project belongs to the preset project set.
11. The information processing method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:
detecting whether the first examination and verification project comprises second marking information, wherein the second marking information is used for marking the first examination and verification project as a quality copy project or a design quality control project;
if so, determining that the first examination item belongs to a preset item set.
12. An information processing system, comprising:
the system comprises a first configuration module, a second configuration module and a third configuration module, wherein the first configuration module is used for configuring a first task for at least one first user end related to a first examination project based on the first examination project in a first sub scheme of a first embodiment;
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain first data sent by the first user based on the first task, where the first data includes first audit data, and the first audit data is used to represent an audit result of auditing the first audit item;
the second obtaining module is used for obtaining reference data from historical data based on the first audit data when the first audit data comprises first identification information, wherein the first identification information is used for identifying that the audit result of the first audit item does not accord with a preset standard;
and the second configuration module is used for configuring a second task for at least one second user end based on the first audit data and sending the reference data to the second user end so as to instruct the second user end to update the first data based on the reference data.
13. The information handling system of claim 12, wherein the system further comprises:
a third obtaining module for obtaining the first embodiment;
a third configuration module, configured to configure the first review item in the first sub-scheme and at least one second scheme in the first embodiment when the first review item belongs to the preset set of items.
