As described above, as the target keys provided on the remote controller in fig. 2, the information of the air conditioner corresponding to each key is different, for example: the information of the air conditioner corresponding to the key for acquiring the two-dimensional code is set information, and is mainly information for identifying the identity of the set, such as an MAC address/a bar code, and the like, so that the type of the information of the air conditioner corresponding to the key for acquiring the two-dimensional code is mainly address information and the like, and therefore when the information contained in the feedback data frame received by the remote controller is an address character string, the attribute contained in the feedback data frame can be judged to be consistent with the type of the information corresponding to the key for acquiring the two-dimensional code, and the feedback data frame can be received and processed.
On the contrary, if the information contained in the received feedback data frame is information such as parameters, which is different from the type of information corresponding to the "obtaining two-dimensional code", the remote controller may determine that the type of the information corresponding to the key is different from the type of the information corresponding to the "obtaining two-dimensional code" (in the case that the feedback data frame is interfered, the information in the feedback data frame may be replaced), may refuse to receive the feedback data frame, and send a retransmission data frame to the target air conditioner, and request the target air conditioner to retransmit the feedback data frame.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a remote controller provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the remote controller includes several keys for "acquiring a two-dimensional code", engineering parameters, debugging, and querying a fault, and the several keys are target keys in the present application. As shown in the remote controller in fig. 2, the "acquiring two-dimensional code" is any key that can be used by a user using an air conditioner, and is used for correspondingly acquiring unit information of the air conditioner, mainly including information for identifying the identity of a unit, such as an MAC address/barcode.
Correspondingly, the information correspondingly taken by the 'engineering parameter' key is the engineering parameter information of the air conditioner unit, such as the temperature information of each temperature sensing bulb, the related information of the compressor, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and the like.
Correspondingly, the information that the 'debugging' key corresponds to and is called is the unit information that needs to be used when the air conditioner is debugged, such as the inner unit engineering number, the inner unit capacity and the like.
Correspondingly, the information called by the 'inquiry fault' key is mainly the current fault information of the unit, and the information can provide corresponding guidance for air conditioner maintenance personnel.
According to the method for acquiring the information of the electric appliance, when the target remote controller is detected to receive the target key instruction, a request data frame is generated based on the target key instruction; sending the request data frame to the target electrical appliance; identifying the request data frame, and calling the information of the target electrical appliance according to the identified result; the target graphic code is generated according to the information of the target electrical appliance, the problem that the information of the air conditioner cannot be acquired at any time due to the fact that the paper two-dimensional code is easy to be stained and damaged and difficult to store because the service life of the air conditioner is long when the information of the air conditioner is stored in the paper two-dimensional code in the related technology is solved, and the technical effect of monitoring the state and the information of the air conditioner at any time is achieved.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a device for acquiring information of an electrical appliance, and it should be noted that the device for acquiring information of an electrical appliance according to the embodiment of the present application may be used to execute the method for acquiring information of an electrical appliance according to the embodiment of the present application. The following describes a device for acquiring information of an electrical appliance according to an embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus for acquiring information of an electrical appliance according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes: a first generating unit 301, configured to generate a request data frame based on a target key instruction when it is detected that the target remote controller receives the target key instruction; a sending unit 302, configured to send the request data frame to the target electrical appliance; a calling unit 303, configured to identify the request data frame, and call information of the target electrical appliance according to the identified result; and a second generating unit 304, configured to generate a target graphic code according to the information of the target electrical appliance.
The device for acquiring information of an electrical appliance provided by the embodiment of the application is characterized in that the first generating unit 301 is used for generating a request data frame based on a target key instruction when detecting that the target remote controller receives the target key instruction; a sending unit 302, configured to send the request data frame to the target electrical appliance; a calling unit 303, configured to identify the request data frame, and call information of the target electrical appliance according to the identified result; the second generating unit 304 is configured to generate a target graphic code according to information of a target electrical appliance, so that the problem that information of the air conditioner cannot be acquired at any time due to the fact that the paper two-dimensional code is easy to be stained, damaged and difficult to store because the service life of the air conditioner is long in the related art when the information of the air conditioner is stored in the paper two-dimensional code is solved, and the technical effect of monitoring the state and the information of the air conditioner at any time is achieved.
Optionally, the first generating unit 301 includes: the first judging subunit is used for judging the attribute of the target key instruction, wherein the attribute is divided into a first attribute and a second attribute; the first generation subunit is used for generating a request data frame containing key information under the condition that the attribute of the target key instruction is the first attribute; and the second generation subunit is used for generating the request data frame which contains the key information and the verification information under the condition that the attribute of the target key instruction is the second attribute.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the first display unit is used for displaying the graphic code on the target remote controller after the target graphic code is generated according to the information of the target electric appliance; and/or, a second display unit for displaying the graphic code on the target appliance.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the verification unit is used for verifying the request data frame after the request data frame is sent to the target electric appliance, wherein the verification comprises the verification of the integrity and the correctness of the request data frame; the first control unit is used for controlling the target electric appliance to send a retransmission request to the target remote controller when the requested data frame does not pass the verification, wherein the retransmission request is a retransmission data frame, and the frame header of the retransmission data frame is used for representing the attribute of the retransmission data frame; and the first detection unit is used for controlling the target electric appliance to stop sending the retransmission request after detecting that the target electric appliance receives the first byte of the request data frame within the first preset time after the control target electric appliance sends the retransmission request. Alternatively,
optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the second control unit is used for controlling the target electric appliance to return a feedback data frame according to the request data frame after the request data frame is sent to the target electric appliance, wherein the target electric appliance analyzes the request data frame after receiving the request data frame and generates a feedback data frame according to an analysis result, and the feedback data frame comprises information of the target electric appliance; and the third generating unit is used for controlling the target remote controller to receive the feedback data frame and generating the graphic code according to the feedback data frame.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: a second detection unit, configured to detect whether the target remote controller receives a retransmission request within a second predetermined time after controlling the target electrical appliance to return the feedback data frame according to the request data frame, where the retransmission request is a request sent when the request data frame fails to pass the verification of the target electrical appliance, the retransmission request is a retransmission data frame, and a header of the retransmission data frame is used to represent an attribute of the retransmission data frame; a third control unit, configured to control the target remote controller to send the request data frame to the target electrical appliance again when it is detected that the target remote controller receives the retransmission request; the fourth control unit is used for controlling the target remote controller to stop sending the request data frame to the target electric appliance when detecting that the target remote controller displays the graphic code; or, the fifth control unit is used for controlling the target remote controller to stop sending the request data frame to the target remote controller when the target electrical appliance is detected to display the data transmission failure information.
Optionally, the third generating unit comprises: the acquisition subunit is used for controlling the target remote controller to analyze the feedback data frame and acquiring the information of the target electrical appliance contained in the feedback data frame; the second judging subunit is used for judging whether the type of the first information is consistent with that of the second information, wherein the first information is information of the target electrical appliance analyzed by the feedback data frame, and the second information is information of the target electrical appliance corresponding to the target key; and the conversion subunit is used for converting the information of the target electrical appliance contained in the data frame into the graphic code under the condition that the type of the first information is consistent with that of the second information.
The first generation unit 301, the sending unit 302, the calling unit 303, the second generation unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and the problem that the information of the air conditioner in the related art is stored in the paper two-dimensional code due to the fact that the service life of the air conditioner is long, the paper two-dimensional code is easy to stain and damage and difficult to store, and the information of the air conditioner cannot be acquired at any time is solved by adjusting the kernel parameters.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium having a program stored thereon, the program implementing a method of acquiring information of an electric appliance when being executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the program runs to execute a method for acquiring information of an electric appliance.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, which comprises a processor, a memory and a program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program and realizes the following steps: when the target remote controller is detected to receive a target key instruction, generating a request data frame based on the target key instruction; sending the request data frame to the target electrical appliance; identifying the request data frame, and calling the information of the target electrical appliance according to the identified result; and generating a target graphic code according to the information of the target electrical appliance.
Further, when it is detected that the target remote controller receives the target key instruction, generating the request data frame based on the target key instruction includes: judging the attribute of the target key instruction, wherein the attribute is divided into a first attribute and a second attribute; if the attribute of the target key instruction is the first attribute, the generated request data frame contains key information; and if the attribute of the target key instruction is the second attribute, the generated request data frame comprises key information and verification information.
Further, after generating the target graphic code according to the information of the target electrical appliance, the method further comprises: displaying the graphic code on the target remote controller; and/or displaying the graphic code on the target appliance.
Further, after transmitting the request data frame to the target appliance, the method further includes: verifying the request data frame, wherein the verification comprises verifying the integrity and the correctness of the request data frame; if the requested data frame does not pass the verification, controlling the target electrical appliance to send a retransmission request to the target remote controller, wherein the retransmission request is a retransmission data frame, and the frame header of the retransmission data frame is used for representing the attribute of the retransmission data frame; and in a first preset time after the control target electric appliance sends the retransmission request, after detecting that the target electric appliance receives the first byte of the request data frame, the control target electric appliance stops sending the retransmission request.
Further, after transmitting the request data frame to the target appliance, the method further includes: controlling the target electrical appliance to return a feedback data frame according to the request data frame, wherein after the target electrical appliance receives the request data frame, the target electrical appliance analyzes the request data frame and generates a feedback data frame according to an analysis result, and the feedback data frame comprises information of the target electrical appliance; and the control target remote controller receives the feedback data frame and generates a graphic code according to the feedback data frame.
Further, after the control target appliance returns the feedback data frame according to the request data frame, the method further includes: detecting whether a target remote controller receives a retransmission request within a second preset time, wherein the retransmission request is a request sent under the condition that a request data frame does not pass the verification of a target electric appliance, the retransmission request is a retransmission data frame, and a frame header of the retransmission data frame is used for representing the attribute of the retransmission data frame; when detecting that the target remote controller receives the retransmission request, controlling the target remote controller to send the request data frame to the target electric appliance again; when detecting that the target remote controller displays the graphic code, controlling the target remote controller to stop sending the request data frame to the target electrical appliance; or when the target electric appliance is detected to display the data transmission failure information, controlling the target remote controller to stop sending the request data frame to the target remote controller.
Further, the controlling the target remote controller to receive the feedback data frame and generate the graphic code according to the feedback data frame includes: controlling the target remote controller to analyze the feedback data frame and acquiring the information of the target electrical appliance contained in the feedback data frame; judging whether the type of the first information is consistent with that of the second information, wherein the first information is information of a target electrical appliance analyzed by the feedback data frame, and the second information is information of the target electrical appliance corresponding to the target key; and if the type of the first information is consistent with that of the second information, converting the information of the target electrical appliance contained in the data frame into a graphic code. The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device: when the target remote controller is detected to receive a target key instruction, generating a request data frame based on the target key instruction; sending the request data frame to the target electrical appliance; identifying the request data frame, and calling the information of the target electrical appliance according to the identified result; and generating a target graphic code according to the information of the target electrical appliance.
Further, when it is detected that the target remote controller receives the target key instruction, generating the request data frame based on the target key instruction includes: judging the attribute of the target key instruction, wherein the attribute is divided into a first attribute and a second attribute; if the attribute of the target key instruction is the first attribute, the generated request data frame contains key information; and if the attribute of the target key instruction is the second attribute, the generated request data frame comprises key information and verification information.
Further, after generating the target graphic code according to the information of the target electrical appliance, the method further comprises: displaying the graphic code on the target remote controller; and/or displaying the graphic code on the target appliance.
Further, after transmitting the request data frame to the target appliance, the method further includes: verifying the request data frame, wherein the verification comprises verifying the integrity and the correctness of the request data frame; if the requested data frame does not pass the verification, controlling the target electrical appliance to send a retransmission request to the target remote controller, wherein the retransmission request is a retransmission data frame, and the frame header of the retransmission data frame is used for representing the attribute of the retransmission data frame; and in a first preset time after the control target electric appliance sends the retransmission request, after detecting that the target electric appliance receives the first byte of the request data frame, the control target electric appliance stops sending the retransmission request.
Further, after transmitting the request data frame to the target appliance, the method further includes: controlling the target electrical appliance to return a feedback data frame according to the request data frame, wherein after the target electrical appliance receives the request data frame, the target electrical appliance analyzes the request data frame and generates a feedback data frame according to an analysis result, and the feedback data frame comprises information of the target electrical appliance; and the control target remote controller receives the feedback data frame and generates a graphic code according to the feedback data frame.
Further, after the control target appliance returns the feedback data frame according to the request data frame, the method further includes: detecting whether a target remote controller receives a retransmission request within a second preset time, wherein the retransmission request is a request sent under the condition that a request data frame does not pass the verification of a target electric appliance, the retransmission request is a retransmission data frame, and a frame header of the retransmission data frame is used for representing the attribute of the retransmission data frame; when detecting that the target remote controller receives the retransmission request, controlling the target remote controller to send the request data frame to the target electric appliance again; when detecting that the target remote controller displays the graphic code, controlling the target remote controller to stop sending the request data frame to the target electrical appliance; or when the target electric appliance is detected to display the data transmission failure information, controlling the target remote controller to stop sending the request data frame to the target remote controller.
Further, the controlling the target remote controller to receive the feedback data frame and generate the graphic code according to the feedback data frame includes: controlling the target remote controller to analyze the feedback data frame and acquiring the information of the target electrical appliance contained in the feedback data frame; judging whether the type of the first information is consistent with that of the second information, wherein the first information is information of a target electrical appliance analyzed by the feedback data frame, and the second information is information of the target electrical appliance corresponding to the target key; and if the type of the first information is consistent with that of the second information, converting the information of the target electrical appliance contained in the data frame into a graphic code.

Claims (10)

1. A method of obtaining information about an appliance, comprising:
when a target remote controller is detected to receive a target key instruction, generating a request data frame based on the target key instruction;
sending the request data frame to a target electrical appliance;
identifying the request data frame, and calling the information of the target electrical appliance according to the identified result;
and generating a target graphic code according to the information of the target electrical appliance.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein upon detecting that a target remote control receives a target key instruction, generating a request data frame based on the target key instruction comprises:
judging the attribute of the target key instruction, wherein the attribute is divided into a first attribute and a second attribute;
if the attribute of the target key instruction is the first attribute, the generated request data frame contains key information;
and if the attribute of the target key instruction is the second attribute, the generated request data frame comprises the key information and verification information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after generating a target graphic code according to the information of the target appliance, the method further comprises:
displaying the graphic code on a target remote controller; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and displaying the graphic code on the target electric appliance.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the request data frame to a target appliance, the method further comprises:
verifying the request data frame, wherein the verifying comprises verifying the integrity and correctness of the request data frame;
if the requested data frame does not pass the verification, controlling the target electrical appliance to send a retransmission request to the target remote controller, wherein the retransmission request is a retransmission data frame, and a frame header of the retransmission data frame is used for representing the attribute of the retransmission data frame;
and controlling the target electric appliance to stop sending the retransmission request after detecting that the target electric appliance receives the first byte of the request data frame within a first preset time after controlling the target electric appliance to send the retransmission request.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the request data frame to a target appliance, the method further comprises:
controlling the target electrical appliance to return a feedback data frame according to the request data frame, wherein after the target electrical appliance receives the request data frame, the target electrical appliance analyzes the request data frame and generates the feedback data frame according to an analysis result, and the feedback data frame comprises information of the target electrical appliance;
and controlling the target remote controller to receive the feedback data frame and generating the graphic code according to the feedback data frame.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after controlling the target appliance to return a feedback data frame in accordance with the request data frame, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the target remote controller receives a retransmission request within a second preset time, wherein the retransmission request is a request sent under the condition that the requested data frame does not pass the verification of the target electrical appliance, the retransmission request is a retransmission data frame, and a frame header of the retransmission data frame is used for representing the attribute of the retransmission data frame;
when detecting that the target remote controller receives the retransmission request, controlling the target remote controller to send the request data frame to the target electric appliance again;
when the graphic code is detected to be displayed on the target remote controller, controlling the target remote controller to stop sending the request data frame to the target electrical appliance; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and when detecting that the target electrical appliance displays data transmission failure information, controlling the target remote controller to stop sending the request data frame to the target remote controller.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein controlling the target remote controller to receive the feedback data frame and generate the graphic code according to the feedback data frame comprises:
controlling the target remote controller to analyze the feedback data frame and acquiring the information of the target electrical appliance contained in the feedback data frame;
judging whether the type of first information is consistent with that of second information, wherein the first information is information of a target electrical appliance analyzed by the feedback data frame, and the second information is information of the target electrical appliance corresponding to a target key;
and if the type of the first information is consistent with that of the second information, converting the information of the target electrical appliance contained in the data frame into the graphic code.
8. An apparatus for acquiring information of an electric appliance, comprising:
the first generation unit is used for generating a request data frame based on a target key instruction when the target remote controller is detected to receive the target key instruction;
the sending unit is used for sending the request data frame to a target electric appliance;
the calling unit is used for identifying the request data frame and calling the information of the target electrical appliance according to the identified result;
and the second generating unit is used for generating a target graphic code according to the information of the target electrical appliance.
9. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program performs a method of acquiring information of an electric appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A processor, characterized in that the processor is used for running a program, wherein the program is run for executing a method for acquiring information of an electric appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
