本发明公开了一种锯末压缩板，包括基层，所述基层的顶部设置有隔音层，所述隔音层远离基层的一侧设置有隔热层，所述隔热层远离隔音层的一侧设置有膨胀型防火涂料层，所述膨胀型防火涂料层远离隔热层的一侧设置有雕刻层，所述雕刻层远离膨胀型防火涂料层的一侧设置有弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层，所述基层的底部设置有双组分防霉涂料层。本发明使锯末压缩板能够在人们使用的过程中有较好的隔音效果，也能使得锯末压缩板有较好的防火和防水性能，能够便于人们的任何需求，解决了现有的锯末压缩板不具备任何的隔音效果，只是处在比较低级的木板阶段，也不具有防火，防水的优势，不能满足人们需求的问题。

本发明涉及锯末技术领域，具体为一种锯末压缩板。
背景技术
锯末，是指在进行木材加工时因为切割而从树木上散落下来的树木本身的沫状木屑，锯末压缩板，以木材为原料，主要用机械或化学方法进行的加工，其产品仍保持木材的基本特性，在森林工业中，木材加工业和林产化学加工同为森林采伐运输的后续工业，是木材资源综合利用的重要部门，随着科技的进步，人们对树木制作的工艺品和需求越来越大，从而需求越大树木的破坏性也越大，有些树木在把需要的部分切割之后，那些不要的锯末也就随着不要了，是浪费资源的可再生性，也减少了木材的使用率，人们将锯末压缩在一起制成锯末压缩板，现有的锯末压缩板不具备任何的隔音效果，只是处在比较低级的木板阶段，也不具有防火，防水的优势，不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锯末压缩板，具备提高了隔音效果，增加了防水、防火的优点，解决了现有的锯末压缩板不具备任何的隔音效果，只是处在比较低级的木板阶段，也不具有防火，防水的优势，不能满足人们需求的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种锯末压缩板，包括基层，所述基层的顶部设置有隔音层，所述隔音层远离基层的一侧设置有隔热层，所述隔热层远离隔音层的一侧设置有膨胀型防火涂料层，所述膨胀型防火涂料层远离隔热层的一侧设置有雕刻层，所述雕刻层远离膨胀型防火涂料层的一侧设置有弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层，所述基层的底部设置有双组分防霉涂料层。
优选的，所述隔音层的内部均设置有吸音横管，所述吸音横管的正面和背面且均连通有吸音纵管，所述吸音横管的顶部和底部均连通有吸音短管。
优选的，所述双组分防霉涂料层远离基层的一侧设置有水泥基防水涂料。
优选的，所述隔热层和隔音层之间设置有隔音棉，所述隔音棉的顶部与隔热层的底部接触，所述隔音棉的底部与隔音层的顶部接触。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
1、本发明通过基层、隔音层、隔热层、膨胀型防火涂料层、雕刻层、弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层和双组分防霉涂料层的配合，使锯末压缩板能够在人们使用的过程中有较好的隔音效果，也能使得锯末压缩板有较好的防火和防水性能，能够便于人们的任何需求，解决了现有的锯末压缩板不具备任何的隔音效果，只是处在比较低级的木板阶段，也不具有防火，防水的优势，不能满足人们需求的问题。
2、本发明通过设置隔音棉，能够对外部传来的噪音进行阻隔，通过设置吸音短管，能够对外部传来的噪音进行吸收，从而将噪音吸收至吸音横管的内腔，通过设置吸音横管和吸音纵管连通，能够使噪音在吸音横管和吸音纵管的内腔传播，噪音在传播的过程中不断的削弱，最后直至消失，提高了锯末压缩板的隔音效果，能够满足人们的需求，便于人们的使用，通过设置水泥基防水涂料，使锯末压缩板防水效果好，延长了锯末压缩板的使用寿命。

请参阅图1-2，一种锯末压缩板，包括基层1，基层1的顶部设置有隔音层2，隔音层2的内部均设置有吸音横管8，吸音横管8的正面和背面且均连通有吸音纵管9，吸音横管8的顶部和底部均连通有吸音短管10，通过设置吸音短管10，能够对外部传来的噪音进行吸收，从而将噪音吸收至吸音横管8的内腔，通过设置吸音横管8和吸音纵管9连通，能够使噪音在吸音横管8和吸音纵管9的内腔传播，噪音在传播的过程中不断的削弱，最后直至消失，提高了锯末压缩板的隔音效果，能够满足人们的需求，便于人们的使用，隔音层2远离基层1的一侧设置有隔热层3，隔热层3和隔音层2之间设置有隔音棉12，隔音棉12的顶部与隔热层3的底部接触，隔音棉12的底部与隔音层2的顶部接触，通过设置隔音棉12，能够对外部传来的噪音进行阻隔，隔热层3远离隔音层2的一侧设置有膨胀型防火涂料层4，膨胀型防火涂料层4远离隔热层3的一侧设置有雕刻层5，雕刻层5远离膨胀型防火涂料层4的一侧设置有弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层6，基层1的底部设置有双组分防霉涂料层7，双组分防霉涂料层7远离基层1的一侧设置有水泥基防水涂料11，通过设置水泥基防水涂料11，使锯末压缩板防水效果好，延长了锯末压缩板的使用寿命，通过基层1、隔音层2、隔热层3、膨胀型防火涂料层4、雕刻层5、弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层6和双组分防霉涂料层7的配合，使锯末压缩板能够在人们使用的过程中有较好的隔音效果，也能使得锯末压缩板有较好的防火和防水性能，能够便于人们的任何需求，解决了现有的锯末压缩板不具备任何的隔音效果，只是处在比较低级的木板阶段，也不具有防火，防水的优势，不能满足人们需求的问题。
使用时，通过设置隔音棉12，能够对外部传来的噪音进行阻隔，通过设置吸音短管10，能够对外部传来的噪音进行吸收，从而将噪音吸收至吸音横管8的内腔，通过吸音横管8和吸音纵管9连通设置，能够使噪音在吸音横管8和吸音纵管9的内腔传播，噪音在传播的过程中不断的削弱，最后直至消失，通过设置隔热层3和膨胀型防火涂料层4，使得锯末压缩板有较好的防火和隔热性能，隔热层3和膨胀型防火涂料层4均采用阻燃材料和隔热材料制成，雕刻层5使木板变的美观，通过弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层6使雕刻层5涂上美观的颜色，设置双组分防霉涂料层7使锯末不会随着时间的影响而发生质变，设置水泥基防水涂料11层是为了使锯末压缩板防水效果好，延长了锯末压缩板的使用寿命。
综上所述：该锯末压缩板，通过基层1、隔音层2、隔热层3、膨胀型防火涂料层4、雕刻层5、弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层6和双组分防霉涂料层7的配合，解决了现有的锯末压缩板不具备任何的隔音效果，只是处在比较低级的木板阶段，也不具有防火，防水的优势，不能满足人们需求的问题。

1.一种锯末压缩板，包括基层(1)，其特征在于：所述基层(1)的顶部设置有隔音层(2)，所述隔音层(2)远离基层(1)的一侧设置有隔热层(3)，所述隔热层(3)远离隔音层(2)的一侧设置有膨胀型防火涂料层(4)，所述膨胀型防火涂料层(4)远离隔热层(3)的一侧设置有雕刻层(5)，所述雕刻层(5)远离膨胀型防火涂料层(4)的一侧设置有弹性装饰防水涂抹胶层(6)，所述基层(1)的底部设置有双组分防霉涂料层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锯末压缩板，其特征在于：所述隔音层(2)的内部均设置有吸音横管(8)，所述吸音横管(8)的正面和背面且均连通有吸音纵管(9)，所述吸音横管(8)的顶部和底部均连通有吸音短管(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锯末压缩板，其特征在于：所述双组分防霉涂料层(7)远离基层(1)的一侧设置有水泥基防水涂料(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锯末压缩板，其特征在于：所述隔热层(3)和隔音层(2)之间设置有隔音棉(12)，所述隔音棉(12)的顶部与隔热层(3)的底部接触，所述隔音棉(12)的底部与隔音层(2)的顶部接触。
