Description

Biomass aromatic finishing agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of after-finishing agents, and particularly relates to a biomass aromatic finishing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The fragrance has the advantages of improving the environmental smell and making people feel comfortable, and also has various psychological and physiological medical health care functions of sterilization, refreshing and the like, so the fragrance is popular with people from ancient times to present. Particularly, in the current society with rapid development of economy, people have realized that clothes and food are full of warmness, and the fashion is started to become in pursuit of beauty and health. The fragrant finished fabric can enable the user to feel relaxed and happy like bathing in spring, and is a textile with high added value.
Most of the fragrance of the aromatic functional finishing agent is artificially synthesized essence, which is contacted for a long time, and part of physically sensitive consumers cannot obtain the pleasant physical and mental gain effect but can generate some side effects to influence the body health. In addition, the aromatic functional finishing agent generally realizes slow release through microcapsules with single-layer capsule walls, but is easily influenced by temperature, illumination and the like, the speed of aroma release is accelerated under high temperature and strong light, and the aromatic function is easily and quickly lost. Therefore, the development of a biomass aromatic finishing agent which is not irritant to human beings, is not influenced by temperature and illumination and can slowly release aroma for a long time is urgent in the market.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the biomass aromatic finishing agent provided by the invention completely adopts biomass raw materials, the raw materials are easy to obtain, no stimulation is caused to a human body, and the biomass aromatic finishing agent is widely suitable for surfaces of various fabrics and other materials.
2. The biomass aromatic finishing agent has a remarkable aromatic effect, can be used in various ways such as spraying, brushing and dipping, does not need high-temperature treatment, and can be dried at room temperature, and the residual materials can be biodegradable after the finishing agent is used.
3. The biomass aromatic finishing agent comprises a single-layer wall microcapsule formed by coating biomass aromatic oil with a dextrin biomass film-forming agent, so that active ingredients can be slowly released, and aromatic aging is prolonged. On the basis, a layer of biological wax biomass film-forming agent is further coated, so that the double-wall microcapsule is innovatively formed, and the aromatic ingredients are released more stably and longer in acting. Through experiments, the aromatic finishing agent containing the double-wall microcapsule structure is also unexpectedly found to have a slower release speed compared with that of single-wall microcapsules (the thickness of the single-wall microcapsule wall and the double-wall microcapsule wall is the same) and not be influenced by temperature and illumination, namely, the aromatic finishing agent is controlled at the temperature of-5 ℃ to 50 ℃ and 10 to 10 DEG C5The release rate of the fragrance ingredient is substantially unchanged at Lux. This also indicates that a synergistic effect is produced between the two capsule walls, which leads to a longer release of the active principle of the microcapsules.
4. The biomass aromatic finishing agent has certain aromatic, bactericidal and mildewproof effects due to the Chinese herbal medicine extract in the main solvent, and is matched with the biomass adhesive to endow the finishing agent with stronger fixation. Through experiments, the fact that the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution in the solvent can endow the double-wall microcapsule particles with strong adhesion at a certain ratio is surprisingly found when the ratio of the solvent is adjusted, so that the microcapsule particles can be ensured to be spread over and adhered to the surface and in gaps of an applied material, and the aromatic aging of the microcapsule particles is further prolonged.
5. The surface physical properties of the fabric and other materials after finishing by the biomass aromatic finishing agent are hardly influenced, the whiteness is unchanged, stiffness and heaviness cannot occur, and the surface smoothness is not influenced.
