Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textiles, in particular to an environment-friendly sizing agent for polyester filaments, a preparation method and a sizing process.
Background
When processing the polyester filament fabric, if the warp yarn uses low twist yarn, untwisted yarn or interlaced yarn, the yarn must be pulped before weaving, so that the surface of the strand silk is covered with a layer of smooth, flexible and firm serous membrane, the hairiness quantity is reduced, the wear resistance and the cohesive force are improved, and the yarn can bear various friction forces and tension forces in the weaving process, thereby playing the effect of preventing or reducing the end breakage of the warp yarn in the weaving process, and leading the weaving production to be smoothly carried out under the requirements of high quality and high yield. The three major sizing agents in the textile industry at present are: PVA, modified starch and acrylic syrup. Wherein, a large amount of PVA is needed to be used in the process of sizing terylene, and the global market has 30 million tons of sizing agents each year, wherein the PVA sizing agent accounts for 30 percent. However, PVA slurries have a number of disadvantages. The biodegradation performance is poor, and only 15-25% of PVA is degraded after the anaerobic activated sludge treatment for 300 days. As people become more conscious about environmental protection, restrictions on the use of PVA have increased, such as: the national environmental protection administration points out in the notification of 'technical policy for preventing and treating wastewater pollution in printing and dyeing industry' published in 2001: it is recommended to use easily degradable pulp, and to limit or eliminate the use of difficult-to-degrade pulp such as PVA. Also in european countries, PVA slurry is prohibited and PVA sized fabrics are prohibited from export to european countries.
The formula of the current textile size comprises a main size and an auxiliary size. The current main sizing agent considers the sizing difficulty and the sizing cost, the sizing agent used for sizing the polyester yarn is mainly PVA, or other adhesives such as CMC, modified starch and the like are added into the PVA sizing agent, but the added synergistic adhesives still have a plurality of problems, the price of the first material is still high, the mixture solution of the first material and the PVA has instability, is easy to delaminate and mix, has poor affinity with fiber, and has poor sizing effect.
The temperature of a size box is required to be over 90 ℃ by adopting a common sizing method, so that the problem that the sizing quality is influenced and serious sizing defects such as sizing skin and sizing speck are generated due to viscosity increase caused by temperature reduction is avoided. However, maintaining such high temperatures requires a large amount of steam, and energy-saving production cannot be achieved.
As the size box of the sizing machine needs to continuously supply steam for heating and heat preservation, condensed water in the steam is brought into the size box, the solid content of the size is reduced, the sizing amount of sizing yarn is changed, and the sizing rate is unstable.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the environment-friendly polyester filament yarn sizing agent is easy to size and desize, low in cost and more environment-friendly to use. The invention also aims to provide a preparation method and a sizing process of the environment-friendly textile size, which can ensure that the size has good permeation and coating effects on the polyester yarns, can obviously reduce the hairiness amount and improve the wear resistance of the sized yarns.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the environment-friendly sizing agent for the polyester filaments comprises a main material and an auxiliary agent, wherein the mass percentage of each component in the environment-friendly sizing agent is as follows: 80-90% of main material and 10-20% of auxiliary agent. The main materials comprise corn starch, albumen powder, zeolite powder and water.
Preferably, the main material comprises, by mass, 20-70% of corn starch, 5-30% of albumen powder, 1-5% of zeolite powder and 10-50% of water.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent component comprises 0-70% of diethanol amine, 0-70% of ethylene glycol, 10-30% of butyl acrylate, 5-30% of monochloropropaneic acid, 5-15% of sodium hydroxide, 5-15% of sodium sulfamate and 4-10% of cationic surfactant by mass ratio.
A sizing process of a polyester filament environment-friendly sizing agent comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a main material: equally dividing starch, mixing the first part of starch with boiling water, stirring and gelatinizing at 90-100 ℃. Mixing the second part of starch, zeolite powder and cold water, merging the mixture into the first part of starch pasting liquid, maintaining the temperature at 60-70 ℃, stirring and pasting, and adding protein powder to obtain uniformly dispersed main material slurry; the first gelatinization time and the second gelatinization time are 30-120 min;
(2) the main slurry and the auxiliary agent are mixed according to the mass percentage of the main slurry and the auxiliary agent in the textile slurry respectively, the main material is 80-90%, the auxiliary agent is 10-20%, and the main material and the auxiliary agent are uniformly mixed to obtain the textile slurry.
(3) And (4) injecting the textile size into a sizing machine groove, and sizing the polyester filament yarns.
Preferably, the temperature for mixing the main material and the auxiliary agent in the step (2) is 60-80 ℃, and the mixing time is 20-60 min.
Preferably, the temperature of a pulp tank of the sizing machine is 40-60 ℃, and the sizing vehicle speed is 30-60 m/min.
The auxiliary agent used in the invention can be well and uniformly mixed with the main material, the process is simple, the slurry can be prepared, and the prepared slurry has good permeability, so that the reinforcing effect is good after the sizing of the polyester filament, and the hairiness reducing effect is obvious. The oxidized zeolite can enhance the moisture adsorption performance of the starch and is uniformly and quickly melted into a cold water system, so that the time of secondary gelatinization is accelerated, the energy consumption is reduced, and the adhesion performance of the whole sizing agent is improved. In addition, the zeolite increases a certain network structure formed by the zeolite and the soybean protein slurry film in a water system, and can cooperate with the plasticizers of ethylene glycol and diethanol amine to ensure that the soybean slurry film overcomes the easy breakage and becomes extended and increased. The sized zeolite is reserved as a filling agent and filled in the terylene, so that the overall weight is increased, the terylene is softer, and the woven cloth is skin-friendly and antibacterial.
In addition, the temperature for mixing the main material and the auxiliary agent in the step (2) is 60-80 ℃, and the mixing time is 20-
And (5) 60 min. The final slurry is obtained from the preparation of the main material to the mixing of the main material and the auxiliary agent, the high temperature is not required to be kept all the time, the energy is saved, the environment is protected, the method is simple, and the method is very favorable for large-scale production of enterprises.
