The hemp placing platform 7 is formed by paving a flat plate on the frame and is matched with the telescopic hemp frame for use.
The fresh hemp stalks with leaves and tips removed after harvesting are placed on a hemp placing platform on a machine, the hemp stalks are straightened and spread in the middle, so that the hemp stalks are sequentially gathered and fed into a feeding and folding disc to finish the separation of skin and bone, hemp skin is placed on a base plate, and hemp bone shuttles are placed on two sides in front of the machine.
Claims (1)
1. The whole-bone type jute barking machine consists of a power, a transmission mechanism, a feeding stalk folding mechanism, a clamping traction separation mechanism and a frame, and is characterized in that the feeding stalk folding mechanism is positioned right above the front of the whole machine, and the clamping traction separation mechanism is arranged below and behind the feeding stalk folding mechanism;
the feeding stalk folding mechanism consists of a stalk folding support, a swinging body, a rotating body and a safety cover, wherein the stalk folding support is positioned behind the swinging body and the rotating body and comprises a side vertical plate, an inclined vertical plate and a neutral vertical plate; the swinging body comprises a stalk breaking knife, a stalk folding knife, a pressing and unfolding plate, a rocker and a reset spring, wherein the stalk breaking knife is aligned with the axis of a hemp stalk, the stalk folding knife is arranged at the upper front part between a middle vertical plate and an inclined vertical plate of a lower rear stalk folding support, and is fixed on the stalk breaking knife, the pressing and unfolding plate is aligned with the inclined vertical plate and is elastically arranged at two sides of the stalk breaking knife, and the stalk breaking knife is driven to intermittently reciprocate by a cam rocker mechanism and is reset; the rotating body comprises a feeding shaft, a lower belt driving wheel fixed on the feeding shaft, a cam, a feeding folding disc and a feeding disc, wherein the feeding folding disc is arranged at the outer side of the inclined vertical plate of the rear folding stalk support, the feeding disc is arranged at the outer side of the side vertical plate, the feeding disc is smaller than the feeding folding disc, the working edges of the left feeding disc, the right feeding disc and the feeding folding disc are arranged on the same axial plane, and the included angle between the feeding folding disc and the symmetrical center of the cam is 90 degrees; the safety cover is a semi-cylinder covering the front half parts of the swinging body and the rotating body;
the clamping traction separation mechanism consists of an upper clamping traction body, a lower clamping traction body and front and rear hemp blocking rods arranged at the left side and the right side of the front end of the upper clamping traction body and the lower clamping traction body, the rear hemp blocking rods are positioned at the inner sides of the front hemp blocking rods, when hemp stalks are clamped by the front and rear hemp blocking rods, the inner ends of the rear hemp blocking rods incline forwards, the top ends of the rear hemp blocking rods are connected with the front lower corners of the side vertical plates of the feeding folding stalk support, the top ends of the front hemp blocking rods are higher than a hemp discharging platform, the upper clamping traction body and the lower clamping traction body are respectively composed of a clamping frame, a driving wheel, a supporting and pressing belt wheel and a clamping belt, the driving wheels of the upper clamping traction body and the lower clamping traction body are staggered by half of an axial distance, the tail ends of the upper belt extend out, the tail ends of the lower belt are driven back and forth through a middle wheel shaft, the head of the lower belt is driven by a feeding shaft, hemp leather is convenient to drop down, the clamping belt is of a double-sided wedge-shaped belt, the section is of a W-shaped, the upper half part of a middle triangle longitudinal wedge tooth is of a discontinuous structure, one positive phase of the upper clamping belt and one phase of the lower clamping belt is coupled with the opposite phase of the hemp leather belt, the two belt is hung between the two belt, the rectangular belt, the lower belt is provided with the left belt, the left belt pulley and the belt is designed as a lower belt pulley.
