step e: and sequentially adding an anti-formaldehyde auxiliary agent, an emulsion, a defoaming agent, a freeze-thaw stabilizer, a preservative, a bactericide, an emulsion type thickener and optically variable glitter powder into the third mixture at the rotation speed of 400-600rpm, and uniformly mixing to obtain the shell powder anti-formaldehyde optically variable artistic paint.
In order to better illustrate the basic performance of the shell powder anti-aldehyde light-variable artistic paint provided by the embodiment of the invention, the performance of the example 3 is detected, and the detection results are shown in the following table 1:

as can be seen from Table 1, the shell powder anti-aldehyde photochromic art coating provided by the invention not only has the function of changing color when meeting light/sunlight, but also has the advantages of no formaldehyde, no peculiar smell, good performance of purifying harmful gases such as formaldehyde, toluene and the like, good covering power, good scrubbing resistance, and super mildew resistance and antibacterial property.

Claims (7)

1. The shell powder aldehyde-resistant photochromic artistic coating is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: emulsion: 50-300 parts of defoaming agent: 1-6 parts of dispersant: 2-8 parts of wetting agent: 1-5 parts of a pH value regulator: 0.1-3 parts of preservative: 1-4 parts of a bactericide: 1-8 parts of pigment: 80-250 parts of filler: 200-350 parts of shell powder: 10-100 parts of stabilizer: 1-10 parts of formaldehyde-resistant auxiliary agent: 1-8 parts of a freeze-thaw stabilizer: 1-8 parts of cellulose thickener: 1-10 parts of an emulsion type thickener: 2-8 parts of water: 50-500 parts of optically variable glitter powder: 1-20 parts.
2. The shell powder aldehyde-resistant phototropic artistic paint of claim 1, wherein the emulsion is a clear flavor styrene-acrylic emulsion or a VAE emulsion.
3. The shell powder aldehyde-resistant phototropic artistic paint of claim 1, wherein the antifoaming agent is a hydrophobic mineral oil type antifoaming agent free of VOC.

The shell powder aldehyde-resistant photochromic art paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant is at least one of sodium polyacrylate or sodium polycarboxylate; the wetting agent is isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether; the pH value regulator is 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol; the bactericide is a mixture of low-toxicity octyl isothiazolinone, methylbenzimidazole-2-carbamate and urea derivatives.

The shell powder aldehyde-resistant phototropic artistic paint of claim 1, wherein the pigment is rutile type titanium dioxide; the filler is at least one of calcined kaolin, water-washed kaolin and heavy calcium carbonate; the shell powder is 1250-mesh calcined shell powder; the stabilizer is aluminum-containing sulfate.

The shell powder aldehyde-resistant phototropic artistic coating of claim 1, wherein the formaldehyde-resistant auxiliary agent is common CoaddTMFA-7; the freeze-thaw stabilizer is Rodiya FT-100; the cellulose thickener is hydroxyethyl cellulose ether; the emulsion type thickener is an anionic hydrophobic modified alkali-soluble emulsion type thickener.

The shell powder aldehyde-resistant photochromic art paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the photochromic glitter powder is at least one of glitters which turn yellow to green or red or purple or dark purple, pink to purple, green to gray or dark red, is in a quadrangle shape, a diamond shape and a circle shape, and has a particle size of 0.05-0.4 mm.
