Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like elements in the various figures are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. For purposes of clarity, the various features in the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale.
In a first aspect of the present application, there is provided a pressure trigger device, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, including a retractable sleeve and a trigger disposed on the retractable sleeve;
the telescopic sleeve comprises an upper sleeve 13 and a lower sleeve 14, and the upper sleeve 13 is slidably arranged in the lower sleeve 14;
the trigger 1 comprises a trigger rod 21, a lever 22, a trigger switch 20 and a contact rod, wherein the lever 22 is rotatably arranged on the lower sleeve 14, a first end of the trigger rod 21 is connected to a first end of the lever 22, a first end of the contact rod is connected to a second end of the lever 22, and a second end of the contact rod is used for contacting with or separating from the trigger switch 20, so that the trigger switch 20 is triggered or disconnected;
when the upper sleeve 13 moves downward, the trigger rod 21 is driven to press down the first end of the lever 22, so that the lever 22 drives the contact rod to contact the trigger switch 20, and the trigger switch 20 is triggered.
In this embodiment, the retractable sleeve further comprises: a first fixing plate 10 connected to a top end of the upper sleeve 13; a second fixing plate 11 connected to a bottom end of the lower sleeve 14; and the spring 15 is coaxially arranged in the upper sleeve 13 and the lower sleeve 14, and two axial ends of the spring 15 are respectively in top contact with the first fixing plate 10 and the second fixing plate 11.
The upper end of the lower sleeve 14 is coaxially sleeved on the outer wall of the upper sleeve 13, a first limiting part is arranged on the outer wall of the lower end of the upper sleeve 13, a second limiting part is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the lower sleeve 14, and the first limiting part and the second limiting part are matched for use and are used for preventing the upper sleeve 13 from being separated from the lower sleeve 14.
As will be understood by those skilled in the art, the first and second limiting members are only used to limit the upper sleeve 13 from being separated from the lower sleeve 14, so as to achieve the telescopic function of the telescopic sleeve.
In this embodiment, the middle of the lever 22 is rotatably connected to the lower sleeve 14 via a screw 23, and the second end of the lever 22 is connected to the trigger switch 20 via a contact rod. In an alternative embodiment, the triggering rod 21 is connected to the upper sleeve 13, for example, rotatably or fixedly connected, and when the fixed connection is adopted, the second end of the triggering rod 21 has a certain angle of rotation with the upper sleeve 13 so far, so as to prevent the accuracy of the pressure triggering device from being affected due to the deformation of the triggering rod 21. In this embodiment, the trigger lever 21 is connected to the upper sleeve 13 by a pin. The lever is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the lower sleeve 14, and when the upper end of the upper sleeve 13 moves downward, the lever moves downward together with the trigger rod 21, so that the lever 22 rotates, and the second end of the lever 22 triggers the trigger switch 20 through the contact rod.
A plurality of through holes are formed in the first end of the lever 22 and are densely distributed along the direction towards the second end of the lever, the trigger rod 21 is rotatably arranged in one through hole in the lever 22 through a pin shaft, and when the upper sleeve 13 moves downwards, the trigger rod 21 enables the first end of the lever 22 to move downwards, so that the pin shaft and the through hole where the pin shaft is located rotate relatively.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a first end of the lever 22 is provided with a guide rail groove, and the trigger rod 21 is fixedly connected to any position in the guide rail groove through a bolt. The second end of the trigger rod 21 contacts the first fixing plate 10, but is not fixedly connected to the first fixing plate 10, so that the second end of the trigger rod 21 has more space for movement, and when the first fixing plate 10 moves downward, the trigger rod 21 is pressed to move downward, thereby triggering the trigger 1.
It can be understood that the guide groove of the lever 22 has a certain length, and the position of the screw 23 in the middle of the lever 22 is not changed, i.e. the fulcrum of the lever 22 is not changed, by adjusting the position of the trigger rod 21 on the guide groove of the lever 22, when the trigger rod 21 is pressed for a certain displacement distance, the rotation angle of the first end of the lever 22 can be changed, and the length of the screw 23 from the end of the second end of the lever 22 to the middle is not changed, so that the reverse displacement distance of the second end of the lever 22 can be calculated.
In this embodiment, the first end (the position having the through hole or the guide groove) of the lever 22 is marked with a scale line 24, which is used for adjusting the position of the trigger bar 21 fixed on the lever 22. It can be understood that, by marking the graduation mark 24, it can be determined that the trigger rod 21 is at a certain position and under a certain pressure, the lever 22 triggers the trigger switch 20 so that the trigger switch 21 performs the switching between the open circuit and the closed circuit.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a blanking control system, to which the above-mentioned pressure trigger device is applied, as shown in fig. 1, the blanking control system includes: the lower part of the material receiving platform 2 is connected with the pressure trigger device 1; the material receiving container 3 is used for being placed on the material receiving platform 2 to receive materials; the blanking device 4 is of a funnel-shaped structure, is arranged above the receiving container 3 and is used for conveying materials to the receiving container 3; the blanking control valve 6 is arranged at the conveying opening of the blanking device 4 and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the conveying opening of the blanking device 4; and the electric cabinet 5 is respectively and electrically connected with the trigger switch 20 of the pressure trigger device 1 and the blanking control valve 6.

In this embodiment, the first fixing plate 10 and the second fixing plate 11 of the pressure trigger device 1 are both provided with threaded holes 12, the first fixing plate 10 is detachably connected below the receiving platform 2 through bolts, and the second fixing plate 11 is detachably connected to the ground or a fixed platform through bolts. Bolts are respectively passed through the threaded holes 12 of the first fixing plate 10 and the second fixing plate 11 to fix the fixing plates. The pressure trigger device 1 is fixed below the material receiving platform 2, and the weight of materials in the material receiving container 3 placed on the material receiving platform 2 can be monitored.
In this embodiment, the electric cabinet 5 is connected with a power supply 8 through a cable, and the electric cabinet 5 and the trigger switch 20 and the electric cabinet 5 and the blanking control valve 6 are connected through cables 7; it can be understood that the power supply 8 may be an external power supply, or may be a mobile power supply disposed in the electric cabinet 5 to provide power for the entire blanking control system.
A switch is further arranged on the cable 7 between the electric control box 5 and the trigger switch 20, and the switch is used for controlling the connection or disconnection between the electric control box 5 and the blanking control valve 6. It can be understood that the switch is that when the material in one material receiving container 3 reaches the preset weight, the feeding device 4 stops feeding, and at this time, an empty material receiving container 3 needs to be replaced, if the time interval for replacing the material receiving container 3 is consistent, a delay command setting may be set in the electric cabinet 5 for the feeding control valve 6, and the time interval of the delay command setting is determined according to the replacement time between two material receiving containers 3. If the time interval for replacing the material receiving container 3 is uncertain, when the material in one material receiving container 3 reaches a set weight value, the switch is switched off, then an empty material receiving container 3 is replaced, when the replacement is completed, the switch is closed, the blanking control valve 6 is continuously opened for blanking until the material in the material receiving container 3 reaches the set weight value.
In an optional embodiment, the electric control box 5 is connected with the trigger switch 20 and the blanking control valve 6 through wireless devices.

the blanking control valve is arranged at the conveying port of the blanking device and used for controlling the opening and closing of the conveying port of the blanking device;
the electric cabinet is respectively and electrically connected with the trigger switch of the pressure trigger device and the blanking control valve.
