when pneumatic remote control is adopted for circuit breaking, compressed gas enters a button cylinder b1 in a circuit breaking button installer 3 by controlling a pneumatic reversing valve b4, and pushes a pressing piston b2 to move towards the left side, so that a circuit breaking actuator 14 is pushed to break a circuit, and circuit breaking is realized;
when a pneumatic remote control passage is adopted, compressed gas enters a button cylinder b1 in a passage button installer 2 by controlling a pneumatic reversing valve b4, a pressing piston b2 is pushed to move towards the left side, a pressing circuit closing actuator 15 is pushed to move towards the left side, and a guillotine pressing shifter 16 is pushed to move towards the left side, so that the passage is realized.

The using method of the embodiment of the invention is different from the using method of the embodiment 1 in that:
when the electric remote control circuit breaking is adopted, the operation switch a7 of the circuit breaking button installer 3 is controlled, after the circuit is switched on, the coil a3 generates magnetism and attracts the armature a6 to move towards the left side, so that the circuit is pushed to switch off the actuator 14, and the circuit breaking is realized;
when an electric remote control access is adopted, the coil a3 generates magnetism after the circuit is switched on through the operation switch a7 of the access button installer 2, so that the armature a6 is attracted to move towards the left side, the pressing circuit closing actuator 15 is pushed to move towards the left side, and the guillotine pressing shifter 16 is pushed to move towards the left side, so that the access is realized.

when the device is in a closed state, a power supply line (19), a power supply binding post (4), a circuit breaking and closing movable knife edge (9), an opening and closing guillotine (11), a circuit breaking and closing fixed knife edge (10), an electric binding post (5) and an electric wire (20) form a closed loop which is in a power-on state;
secondly, when the power is off, the circuit breaking actuator (14) is pressed down by remotely controlling the circuit breaking button installer (3), the circuit closing pin (12) moves upwards, and the opening and closing guillotine (11) is opened and moves rightwards under the action of the circuit breaking spring (8) because the lower end of the circuit closing pin (12) is in extrusion fit with the right side surface of the upper end part of the opening and closing guillotine (11), and the opening and closing guillotine (11) is disconnected with the circuit breaking movable knife edge (9) to form a circuit breaking state;
thirdly, when the power is switched on again, the access button installer (2) needs to be remotely controlled, the circuit closing actuator (15) is pressed, the circuit closing actuator (15) pushes the guillotine downward pressing displacement device (16) to move leftwards, a friction resistance reducing wheel (16.3) is arranged on the left side of the guillotine downward pressing displacement device (16), the opening and closing guillotine (11) moves leftwards under the action of the guillotine downward pressing displacement device (16), and when the opening and closing guillotine moves, the inclined plane of the upper end part extrudes the lower end part of the circuit closing pin (12) and pushes the circuit closing pin (12) to move upwards until the opening and closing guillotine (11) is completely contacted with the circuit opening and closing movable knife edge (9), so that the closing is realized; at the moment, the circuit closing pin (12) moves downwards under the action of the circuit closing spring (13) and is in extrusion press fit with the right side face of the upper end part of the opening and closing guillotine (11) again, so that the power supply line, the power supply binding post (4), the circuit opening and closing movable knife edge (9), the opening and closing guillotine (11), the circuit opening and closing fixed knife edge (10), the electric binding post (5) and the electric wire form a closed loop and are in a power-on state.
