When the water-saving spraying device is used, water in air is pumped by the water pump 3, is heated in the box body 6, is conveyed by the bent fiber pipe 24 and is sprayed out by the spraying head 21, before the water-saving spraying device is used, the spraying range, the spraying height and the spraying angle can be adjusted, and the specific adjusting method and the working principle are as follows: firstly, the number of the inner bile ducts 244 is increased in the outer shell 243 to increase the using length of the bent fiber tube 24, that is, the more the number of the inner bile ducts 244 is, the less the folding length of the outer shell 243 corresponding to the inner bile ducts is, the longer the whole using length is, and the more suitable for concrete bodies with different heights is, secondly, more than two main ribs 241 are embedded in the outer shell 243, the main ribs 241 are solid cylinders twisted together by metal wires and can be bent at will, and more than two circular grooves are carved on the surface, so that the surface area is increased, the roughness of the surface is improved, the connection relation between the main ribs 241 and the outer shell 243 is enhanced, the whole direction conversion is convenient to control, the problem that the main ribs 241 are separated and cannot be turned is solved, thirdly, when not in use, the first folding rod 22-2 and the second folding rod 22-3 are in the same straight line without included angle, the whole expanded press ring 22 can form a hollow cylinder with a sealed outer side surface to prevent gas leakage, if the range is required to be expanded, the tortuosity of the first folding rod 22-2 and the second folding rod 22-3 can be adjusted, the multidirectional extension of a steam outlet is realized, the included angle is closer to 90 degrees, the extension range is larger, and then when steam coming out of the expanded press ring 22 goes upwards, the steam is blocked by the spray head 21 and directly expands outwards to achieve the purpose of further diffusion of the steam injection range.
