8. The automatic wire bonding apparatus of claim 1 wherein the automatic wire bonding assembly (5) comprises a bonding head having a vertical drive mechanism coupled thereto, the product being capable of rotating with the turntable (2) to a bond point position corresponding to the bonding head.
9. The automatic wire bonding apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the product recovery assembly (6) comprises a discharge platform (62) connected to a linear drive mechanism (61), the discharge platform (62) being horizontally movable toward and away from the turntable (2).
10. The automatic wire bonding apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a cleaning assembly (8), wherein the cleaning assembly (8) comprises two cleaning brushes (81) rotating in opposite directions.
