The internal rotary cleaning brush 4431 is arranged in the lifting rotary sleeve 443, the top of the internal rotary cleaning brush 4431 is connected with the bottom of the rotary lifting rod 442, and the rotary lifting rod 442 drives the internal rotary cleaning brush 4431 to rotate and lift, so that the internal rotary cleaning brush 4431 is better combined with the inside of the recovery bottle, and the cleaning effect is further improved. The bottom of the lifting rotary sleeve 443 is provided with a recycling bottle butt joint ring 4433, and the recycling bottle butt joint ring 4433 is matched with a bottle opening, so that the rotary cleaning brush 4431 can be inserted into the recycling bottle more accurately for rotary cleaning. Each lifting rotary sleeve 443 is provided with a spring fixing block 4311; two connecting springs 47 are connected between two sides of the spring fixing block 4311 and the cleaning matching turntable 46, so that better alignment is facilitated through the two connecting springs 47, and meanwhile, the recovery bottle butt joint ring 4433 is prevented from being in hard contact with the bottle mouth, so that the recovery bottle is prevented from being crushed.
In operation, the internal cleaning device 4 drives the cleaning turntable gear 42 to rotate through the internal cleaning motor 41, so as to drive the cleaning support turntable 43 and the cleaning matching turntable 46 to rotate simultaneously through the turntable main shaft 31, and the rotation speed is consistent with that of the turntable frame 32, so that the recovery bottle butt-joint ring 4433 of the rotary cleaning assembly 44 is aligned with the bottle mouth and butts against the bottle mouth; the hard compression is prevented by two connecting springs 47; the rotary cleaning cylinder 441 moves the rotary lifting rod 442 downward to insert the internal rotary cleaning brush 4431 into the bottle, and the cleaning rotary disk gear 42 is engaged with the rotation engagement sleeve 444 to rotate the internal rotary cleaning brush 4431 in the lifting rotary sleeve 443, thereby cleaning the stains in the bottle.
The internal cleaning device 4 plays a role in supporting and stabilizing through the cleaning supporting turntable 43 and the cleaning matching turntable 46, so that the stability of rotation is further improved; the return vial is protected by a connecting spring 47 in the rotary cleaning assembly 44, further alignment is facilitated by the return vial docking ring 4433, and cleaning cleanliness is further facilitated by the internal rotary cleaning brush 4431.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the external washing device 5 includes four washing poles 51, an external washing motor 52, an external washing guide 53; the four cleaning upright posts 51 are symmetrically arranged on the circumferential outer side of the turntable device 3, so that the cleaning upright posts can be better contacted and cleaned with the outer side of the recovery bottle. The upper part of each cleaning upright 51 is provided with an external cleaning brush 510, and the cleaning force is further improved through the external cleaning brush 510, so that the cleanliness is increased. The two side cleaning matching guide wheels 511 are respectively connected with the other cleaning matching guide wheels 511 through two second external cleaning conveyor belts, and the second external cleaning conveyor belts are convenient for better transmission, so that the overall rotating efficiency and the rotating speed are ensured, and the rotating speed is further controlled to be better.
In operation, the external cleaning device 5 drives the external cleaning guide wheel 53 to rotate through the external cleaning motor 52, so that the two external cleaning brushes 510 are driven to rotate by matching the two first external cleaning conveyor belts with the two cleaning matching guide wheels 511, and the other two external cleaning brushes 510 are driven to rotate by matching the two second external cleaning conveyor belts with the other two cleaning matching guide wheels 511, so that the four external cleaning brushes 510 rotate together, and the stains outside the recovery bottle are removed.
This external cleaning device 5 is driven through external cleaning motor 52, cooperates with washing cooperation guide pulley 511 through the conveyer belt and drives four external cleaning brushes 510 and rotate simultaneously, and the outside washing of recovery bottle that is convenient for better improves cleaning efficiency and cleaning quality.

The equipment realizes automatic feeding and discharging through the conveying device 2, so that the conveying efficiency is further improved, manual feeding and discharging are reduced, the labor cost is saved, and the error rate is reduced; and further improve the stability of carrying in transportation process, prevent to retrieve the bottle and damage. The recovery bottles are conveniently and better driven to rotate around the turntable main shaft 31 for conveying through the turntable device 3, meanwhile, the base guide wheel 333 is matched with the annular rail 35, the conveying stability is further improved, and the cleaning effect is improved through better matching with the internal cleaning device 4; the cleaning supporting turntable 43 and the cleaning matching turntable 46 in the internal cleaning device 4 play a role in supporting and stabilizing, so that the stability of rotation is further improved; the connection spring 47 in the rotary cleaning assembly 44 plays a role of protecting the recovery bottle, further improving the alignment degree through the recovery bottle docking ring 4433, and further improving the cleaning cleanliness through the internal rotary cleaning brush 4431; the external cleaning motor 52 in the external cleaning device 5 is used for driving, so that the driving stability is improved; the four external cleaning brushes 510 are driven to rotate simultaneously by the matching of the conveyor belt and the cleaning matching guide wheel 511, so that the outside of the recovery bottle can be cleaned better, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning quality are improved. Claims (10)

The recovery bottle cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the conveying device (2) comprises a conveying channel (21), a conveying motor (22), a conveying gear box (23), a conveying driving gear (24), a conveying driving rotating shaft (25), a conveying rotating gear (26), a conveying driven gear (27) and a conveying driven rotating shaft (28); the conveying channel (21) is arranged at the front part of the rack (1); the conveying motor (22) is arranged at the lower part of the rack; the conveying motor (22) is connected with a first conveying wheel (221); the conveying gear box (23) is arranged on the rack (1), and a second transmission wheel (231) is arranged at the front part of the conveying gear box (23); the second conveying wheel (231) is connected with the first conveying wheel (221) through a conveying belt; the conveying driving gear (24) is meshed with a gear on the top of the conveying gear box (23); the bottom of the conveying driving rotating shaft (25) is connected to the conveying driving gear (24); the top of the conveying driving rotating shaft (25) is sleeved with a feeding guide frame (251); the conveying rotating gear (26) is sleeved below the turntable device (3), and the right side of the conveying rotating gear (26) is meshed with the conveying driving gear (24); the conveying driven gear (27) is meshed with the left side of the conveying rotating gear (26); the bottom of the conveying driven rotating shaft (28) is connected to the conveying driven gear (27); a discharging and guiding frame (281) is arranged at the upper part of the conveying driven rotating shaft (28); a limiting frame (29) is arranged between the discharging guide-out frame (281) and the feeding guide-in frame (251); the conveying driven gear (27) is meshed with the discharging gear (20) through an auxiliary gear; the discharging gear (20) is connected with a discharging rotating shaft (201), and the top of the discharging rotating shaft (201) penetrates through a supporting plate of the rack (1) to be connected with a conical gear box (202); the conical gear box (202) is arranged at the front part of the conveying channel (21) through a discharging bracket (207); the left side of the conical gear box (202) is connected with a discharging driving gear (203); the discharging driving gear (203) is connected with a discharging driven gear (204) in a meshed manner; the discharging driven gear (204) is connected with a discharging spiral guide roller (205); a plurality of discharging curve concave surfaces (206) are arranged on the discharging spiral guide roller (205); each discharge curve concave surface (206) is matched with the outer side of the recovery bottle.

The recovery bottle cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer ring of the feeding inlet frame (251) and the discharging outlet frame (281) are provided with four regularly arranged arc-shaped notches (2511); the arc-shaped notch (2511) is matched with a recovery bottle; the left side and the right side of the limiting frame (29) are respectively and symmetrically provided with arc-shaped limiting notches (291); the two arc-shaped limiting notches (291) are respectively matched with the discharging and guiding-out frame (281) and the feeding and guiding-in frame (251).
