Abstract
The invention provides a feed additive for promoting the quiet emotion of pigs as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The feed additive comprises the following raw materials: beta-alanine, isoleucine, vitamin C, and optionally a carrier. According to the invention, the beta-alanine, the isoleucine and the vitamin C are used in a compatible manner, so that the pig excitation degree can be reduced, the pig stress degree can be reduced, the effects of suppressing frame hitting and tail biting can be realized, and the weight increasing effect can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal feed additives, in particular to a feed additive for promoting the quiet emotion of pigs as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of scale and intensification degree of pig raising production, more problems are exposed in the pig raising industry, and pig stress is one of the more common problems which can bring great loss.
Pig stress refers to a symptom that pigs have tachypnea, accelerated heartbeat, increased body temperature, stiff muscles and spastic contraction of hind limbs under the action of nonspecific stress factors and are accompanied by sudden death. Many factors causing stress, and common stress is caused by factors such as heat, nutrition, diseases, infection, epidemic prevention, etc., and research and coping strategies for these stressors have been the focus of attention.
Live pigs are also easily stimulated by the outside during the turning, combining and transporting processes, so that the phenomena of putting on a shelf, being injured, dying and the like are caused. Such stressors have been studied less frequently and effective approaches have not been common.

The preparation method of the feed additive provided by the invention comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials to obtain the feed additive.
The feed additive provided by the invention is applied to reducing pig stress.

further, the application comprises the application of the feed additive in reducing the stress of pigs caused by transportation, turning or combining.

beta-alanine, isoleucine, vitamin C, and optionally a carrier.

Example 2
According to the mass percentage: 35% of beta-alanine, 15% of isoleucine, 5% of vitamin C and the balance of anhydrous glucose, and respectively weighing appropriate raw materials;

According to the mass percentage: 25% of beta-alanine, 25% of isoleucine, 9% of vitamin C and the balance of xylo-oligosaccharide, and respectively weighing appropriate raw materials;
the feed additive for promoting the quiet emotion of the pigs in example 3 is obtained by mixing beta-alanine, isoleucine, vitamin C and xylo-oligosaccharide.
The feed additive of example 3 was mixed with the basal feed at a ratio of 3 wt% to obtain the feed for promoting the calming of the pig of example 3.
Example 4
According to the mass percentage: 30% of beta-alanine, 24% of isoleucine, 5% of vitamin C and the balance of xylo-oligosaccharide, and respectively weighing appropriate raw materials;
the feed additive for promoting the quiet emotion of the pigs in example 4 is obtained by mixing beta-alanine, isoleucine, vitamin C and xylo-oligosaccharide.
The feed additive of example 4 was mixed with the basal feed at a ratio of 2 wt% to obtain the feed for promoting the calming of the pig of example 4.
Example 5
According to the mass percentage: 30% of beta-alanine, 15% of isoleucine, 9% of vitamin C and the balance of dextrose monohydrate, and respectively weighing a proper amount of each raw material;
beta-alanine, isoleucine, vitamin C and glucose monohydrate were mixed to obtain the feed additive for promoting the calming of swine mood of example 5.
The feed additive obtained in example 5 was mixed with a basal feed in a ratio of 1.2 wt% to obtain the feed for promoting the calming of the pig of example 5.
Comparative example 1
According to the mass percentage: vitamin C5 percent and the balance of dextrose monohydrate, and respectively weighing proper raw materials;
vitamin C and dextrose monohydrate were mixed to obtain the feed additive for promoting the calming of the pig of comparative example 1.
The feed additive obtained in comparative example 1 was mixed with the basal feed in a proportion of 1 wt% to obtain the feed for promoting calming of the pig of comparative example 1.
Comparative example 2
According to the mass percentage: respectively weighing appropriate amount of isoleucine 20%, vitamin C5%, and the balance of glucose monohydrate;
isoleucine, vitamin C and dextrose monohydrate were mixed to obtain the feed additive for promoting swine emotional sedation of comparative example 2.
The feed additive obtained in the comparative example 2 was mixed with the basal feed in a proportion of 1 wt% to obtain the feed for promoting the calming of the pig of the comparative example 2.
Comparative example 3

Comparative example 4
According to the mass percentage: isoleucine 20% and the rest of dextrose monohydrate, and respectively weighing appropriate amount of each raw material;
isoleucine was mixed with glucose monohydrate to obtain the feed additive for promoting swine mood quietness of comparative example 4.
The feed additive obtained in comparative example 4 was mixed with the basal feed in a proportion of 1 wt% to obtain the feed for promoting calming of the pig of comparative example 4.
Feeding test
360 healthy growing pigs of the external ternary 'Du Dao' variety and the weight of 40 +/-3 kg are randomly divided into 6 groups which are respectively a control group and treatment groups 1-5; each treatment group had 6 replicates, each replicate 10 pigs.
The additives prepared in example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were added to the basal test ration as treatment groups 1 to 5 ration and the basal test ration as control group ration, respectively. The test period is 50 days, the feeding management program and the immunization program are carried out according to the conventional commercial pig feeding management manual during the test period, and the times of frame-hitting and tail-biting, the number of dead heads and the diarrhea condition of the pigs in the test period are recorded. The test results are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the experimental results shown in the above table, the number of times of putting the pigs in the treatment group 2 was significantly reduced and the degree of injury was lower than those in the control group and the treatment groups 1 to 5. Therefore, the additive has the effect of promoting the quiet emotion of the pigs.
Meanwhile, as compared with other treatment groups, the treatment group 2 has better anti-stress effect by using beta-alanine, isoleucine and vitamin C in combination compared with single functional components.
Further, the average daily gain of the treatment group 2 was the highest, and it can be seen that the additive of the present invention also has the effects of promoting weight gain and reducing diarrhea rate of pigs.

beta-alanine, isoleucine, vitamin C, and optionally a carrier.
2. The feed additive of claim 1 wherein the carrier comprises: glucose, and at least one of oligoxylitol.
3. The feed additive according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the feed additive comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
20-50% of beta-alanine, 10-30% of isoleucine, 1-10% of vitamin C and 20-50% of carrier.
4. The feed additive according to claim 3, wherein the feed additive comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25-35% of beta-alanine, 15-25% of isoleucine, 1-9% of vitamin C and 41-49% of carrier.
5. The feed additive according to claim 3, wherein the feed additive comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30% of beta-alanine, 20% of isoleucine, 5% of vitamin C and 45% of carrier.
6. A method for preparing a feed additive according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising: mixing the raw materials to obtain the feed additive.
7. Use of a feed additive according to any one of claims 1 to 5 for reducing stress in pigs.
8. Use according to claim 7, characterized in that it comprises the use of a feed additive according to any one of claims 1 to 5 for reducing stress in finishing pigs.
9. Use according to claim 7, wherein the use comprises the use of a feed additive according to any one of claims 1-5 for reducing stress in pigs due to transport, turning or merging.
