Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a subset of embodiments of the invention and not all embodiments of the invention, with the understanding that the invention is not limited to the example embodiments described herein. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the invention described herein without inventive step, shall fall within the scope of protection of the invention.
In order to at least partially solve the above problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides a beverage order processing method. The method is based on an order modification instruction received from a client of a user, and can modify an order corresponding to the order modification instruction under the condition that the order modification condition is met.
Figure 1 shows a schematic flow diagram of a beverage order processing method 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention. The beverage order processing method 100 may be used in an automated beverage machine system. The automatic beverage machine system is used for automatically making and providing corresponding beverages according to ordering instructions of users. It will be appreciated that an automatic beverage machine system is an intelligent system that is capable of automatically completing the processing of a user's instructions without the need for assistance and supervision by an administrator. Illustratively, an automated beverage machine system may include one or more servers and an automated beverage machine. Each server is connected to one or more automated beverage machines. The automatic beverage machine can perform specific operations according to instructions from the server, such as automatically making beverages and the like. The beverage can be coffee, milk tea, fruit juice, etc. The beverage order processing method 100 may be for execution by a server in an automated beverage machine system. Alternatively, the automated beverage machine system may also not include a server, only one or more automated beverage machines. Thus, the beverage order processing method 100 is for execution by an automated beverage machine.
As shown in fig. 1, the beverage order processing method 100 includes the following steps.
Step S110, receiving an order modification instruction from a client of a user, where the order modification instruction includes identifier information of an order to be modified and order modification content information.
The user's client may be the user's cell phone, tablet, personal computer, or other smart device. The user can complete the operations of submitting orders and the like by utilizing the client. For example, the user may complete the order placing operation through an APP or an applet on a mobile phone. The beverage order processing method 100 may include receiving an order from a client of a user, which may include order information. The order information may include information of the user and information of the purchased beverage (referred to as beverage information for short), and the like. For example, the user's information may include an identifier of the user that identifies the identity of the user that submitted the order. Specifically, the identifier of the user may be a mobile phone number of the user, a user name of system login, and the like. The beverage information may include the type and quantity of the beverage, etc. for the automatic beverage machine to automatically make the beverage required by the user, i.e. the beverage corresponding to the order. Taking coffee as an example, the types of beverages may include cup capacity, sugar degree, hot and cold, concentration, variety, etc. It will be appreciated that one order may order multiple beverages, and therefore, the beverage information may include the number of beverages. Each order may have an identifier with a one-to-one correspondence. In one example, when a user places an order, the order is assigned an order number as an identifier of the order.
It can be understood that, in the case that the user needs to change the order content for related reasons after the user submits the order through the client, the user can submit the order modification instruction through the client to modify the previously submitted order. The order modification instruction may include identifier information of the order to be modified and order modification content information. The order to be modified is an order that is expected to be modified corresponding to the order modification instruction. The identifier of the order to be modified is used to identify the order desired to be modified. The order modification content information is order information desired to be changed, and may include information on the type of beverage to be changed or the number of beverages to be changed, the order pre-fetching time for changing the order, an automatic beverage machine, and the like.
Step S120, determining the order to be modified based on the identifier information. As previously described, each order is uniquely identified by an identifier of the order. The order to be modified may be determined based on the identifier information. In the foregoing example, the order to be modified may be looked up and determined based on the order number.
Step S130, determining whether the order to be modified satisfies a predetermined condition.
It will be appreciated that modification of an already submitted order by a user requires certain predetermined conditions to be met. Illustratively, in the case that the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified has not been made yet, the user is allowed to modify the order. In the case that the drink corresponding to the order to be modified is being made or is already made, the user is not allowed to modify the order.
There are various ways to determine whether the order to be modified satisfies the predetermined condition. For example, whether the predetermined condition is satisfied may be determined according to the current execution state of the order to be modified; alternatively, whether the predetermined condition is satisfied may be determined according to the production start time of the order to be modified.
And step S140, modifying the order to be modified according to the order modification content information for the condition that the order to be modified is determined to meet the preset conditions based on the step S130.
As previously described, the order information may include one or more of the following: beverage information, pre-fetch order time information, and information of an automatic beverage machine that is expected to pick up a beverage. As previously mentioned, the order modification content in the order modification instruction may relate to the above information. The corresponding information in the order to be modified may be modified based on the order modification content information, which may include one or more operations. For example, an order modification instruction is sent to the automatic beverage machine, so that the automatic beverage machine suspends processing of the order to be modified; modifying the relevant information of the order to be modified on the automatic beverage machine; updating the execution state information of the order to be modified on the server, and the like. The modification of the relevant information of the order to be modified and/or the corresponding production task on the automatic beverage machine can be realized by the following modes: and directly modifying the order to be modified according to the order modification content information, or deleting the order to be modified and creating a corresponding new order according to the order modification content information to serve as the modified order.
And S150, making a corresponding beverage according to the order modified in the step S140. It can be understood that in this step, the modified order is taken as a to-be-processed order, and the corresponding beverage corresponding to the to-be-processed order is made by the corresponding automatic beverage machine. The above-described fabrication process is understood by those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described herein for brevity.
The beverage order processing method 100 for the automatic beverage machine system can receive the order modification instruction from the client of the user, and can modify the order corresponding to the order modification instruction when the predetermined condition is met, so that the requirements of the user are met, and the user experience is improved.
It is understood that the various steps of the beverage order processing method 100 can be performed by a server in the automatic beverage machine system and an automatic beverage machine, respectively. In one example, steps S110 to S130 are all performed by a server. Step S140 is performed by the server in cooperation with the automated beverage machine. Step S150 is performed by the automatic beverage machine. In this example, the server may be used to control multiple automated beverage machines. Therefore, the requirement on the data computing capacity of the automatic beverage machines is reduced, the automatic beverage machines are uniformly dispatched, errors are not prone to occurring, and the system stability is guaranteed. In yet another example, all of steps S110 to S150 are performed by an automatic beverage machine. In this example, the operation of canceling the order is handled solely by the automatic beverage machine, which is easy to implement.
Illustratively, in order to facilitate the user to submit a reasonable order modification instruction, the beverage order processing method further comprises: the client is utilized to provide the user with the option to modify the order. The modify order option is a simplified template for modifying the presentation of content based on the order. The simplified template can provide modification style specification and modification entry for the content which is allowed to be modified on one hand, and does not provide modification entry for the content which is not allowed to be modified on the other hand. The simplified template can guide a user to quickly modify the order content and is not prone to errors. For example, the modified order option can be divided into a modified beverage module, a modified pre-fetch order time module, a modified user information module, and a modified automatic beverage machine module according to the contents frequently modified by the user. For example, the current beverage information of the order to be modified can be displayed on the left side of the modified beverage module, and the alternative content can be displayed on the right side. Based on the left-right side comparison, the user can quickly modify the drink content.
Optionally, the modify beverage module, the modify pre-fetch order time module, the modify user information module, and the modify automatic beverage machine module may allow a user to select one or more of the modules as needed for order content modification.
It will be appreciated that the above-described modified order options may be implemented using a human-machine interface. The man-machine interaction interface can be provided with a plurality of controls, such as a pull-down menu, a button, an editing menu, a screening box and the like.
The user can perform operations for modifying the order options, for example, perform corresponding operations on the above-mentioned control. In the above step S110, an order modification instruction is received based on the user' S operation for modifying the order option.
By providing the order modification option, the order modification instruction can be conveniently submitted by the user, the error condition of modifying the order content can be avoided, and the user experience can be improved.
After receiving the order modification instruction and determining the order to be modified according to the order modification instruction, step S130 is executed to determine whether the order to be modified satisfies the predetermined condition. The step S130 of determining whether the order to be modified satisfies the predetermined condition includes the following steps.
Step S132, sending a query command to the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be modified, so that the automatic beverage machine determines the current execution state of the order to be modified and sends feedback information about the current execution state.
It is to be understood that the order information includes automatic beverage machine information, as described above. When the user places an order, he can specify an automatic beverage machine for completing the order. Thereby, the user can get the purchased beverage at the automatic beverage machine. The automatic beverage machine is used for completing the manufacture of beverages corresponding to orders under the control of the server.
The server may send a query command to the automated beverage machine for completing the order to be modified. The query command may include command information and identifier information for the order to be modified. When the automatic beverage machine receives the query command, the automatic beverage machine determines the current execution state of the order to be modified and sends feedback information of the current execution state of the order to be modified. In one example, the current execution state may include any one of a state in which a product corresponding to the order to be modified has not yet started to be manufactured, is being manufactured, and has been manufactured. In another example, the current execution state may comprise a finer grained state.
And step S133, receiving feedback information from the automatic beverage machine. In this step, the server may receive feedback information from the queried automatic beverage machine.
And step S134, determining whether the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified starts to be made or not according to the feedback information. As mentioned above, the feedback information is sent by the automatic beverage machine according to the current execution status of the order to be modified. The server can determine the processing condition of the automatic beverage machine for the order to be modified based on the feedback information. And if the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified is determined not to be made according to the feedback information, the order to be modified meets the preset condition. Thus, the subsequent step S140 may be continued to modify the order to be modified according to the modification content information.
The current execution state of the order to be modified is obtained in real time based on the query information, and whether the order to be modified meets the preset condition is judged according to the current execution state, so that the judgment result is accurate, and the judgment accuracy is improved.
Illustratively, the beverage order processing method further comprises receiving, from the automatic beverage machine, report information regarding the fulfillment status of the order to be modified. The report information can be sent to the server by the automatic beverage machine according to the preset. For example, it is possible to preset a processing node for each order, and the automatic beverage machine sends the execution status of the order to the server. For example, the execution status of the order may include start queue, start production, production complete, wait for pick, complete pick, and timeout unmanned pick. Alternatively, the execution state of the automatic beverage machine sending the order to the server at a specific time frequency may be preset. It will be appreciated that the automated beverage machine may perform reporting operations for all orders for making its corresponding beverage on the automated beverage machine, including the order to be modified. The reporting information may include an identifier of the order and execution status information of the order.
Determining whether the order to be modified satisfies the predetermined condition further comprises step 131 before sending the query command to the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be modified.
Step S131, whether the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified starts to be made is primarily judged according to the report information.
It is understood that whether the order to be modified starts to be manufactured or not can be initially judged based on the execution state of the order to be modified included in the report information. But for the server, the report information was previously received from the automatic beverage machine. The execution status in the report information is a historical status, and the current execution status of the order to be modified on the automated beverage machine may be the same or different. For example, when the automatic beverage machine calls the order into the production queue, the automatic beverage machine sends the execution state at that time to the server. However, at the present time, the automatic beverage machine may have already started making the beverage corresponding to the order, compared to a certain time later. In summary, the current execution state of the order is obtained by the automatic beverage machine further processing the order based on the execution state embodied in the report information.
Therefore, in the case that the initial judgment result indicates that the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified is manufactured, the beverage must be manufactured already, and the step 132 may not be executed. In case that the initial judgment result indicates that the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified has not been made yet, the step 132 may be executed to further determine the current execution state of the order to be modified.
The execution state of the order to be modified is initially judged based on the report information received by the server, so that the processing efficiency can be improved and unnecessary data communication can be avoided on the premise of ensuring the data accuracy.
To more clearly illustrate whether the above step S130 determines whether the order to be modified satisfies the predetermined condition, fig. 2 shows a schematic flowchart of determining whether the order to be modified satisfies the predetermined condition according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the process specifically includes the following steps.
Step S211, receiving report information about the execution status of the order to be modified from the automatic beverage machine.
Step S212, whether the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified starts to be made is primarily judged according to the report information. If the judgment result is yes, executing step S217; if the judgment result is no, step S213 is executed.
Step S213, sending a query command to the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be modified, so that the automatic beverage machine determines the current execution state of the order to be modified and sends feedback information about the current execution state.
Step S214, the feedback information is received from the automatic beverage machine.
Step S215, determining whether the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified starts to be made according to the feedback information. If the judgment result is yes, executing step S217; if the judgment result is no, step S216 is executed.
In step S216, the order to be modified satisfies the predetermined condition. The flow ends.
In step S217, the order to be modified does not satisfy the predetermined condition. The flow ends.
The above process primarily judges whether the order to be modified possibly meets the preset conditions based on the reported information, and then carries out secondary judgment based on the query command, thus taking the judgment efficiency and accuracy into account.
The query command sent in step S132 or step S213 is further used to make the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be processed suspend processing the order to be modified and mark the current execution status of the order to be modified as suspended processing.
It is understood that the above steps S132 and S213 send the query command to the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be modified, indicating that the order to be modified receives the order modification instruction, and the automatic beverage machine is not required to make the beverage of the order. Processing of the order may be suspended after the automatic beverage machine receives the query command. For example, the current execution state of the order is marked as suspended processing. Alternatively, in the case that it is determined in the above step S134 that the order to be modified does not satisfy the predetermined condition, the suspended processing state of the order to be modified may be modified to resume the production of the beverage of the order to be modified and the subsequent processing.
The order to be modified is marked as the suspension processing, the processing of the order to be modified can be suspended at the first time, the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified is prevented from being made meaninglessly, system resources are wasted, and even the order modification can fail.
Exemplarily, the step S120 of determining the order to be modified based on the identifier information includes: determining order information for the order to be modified based on the identifier information, wherein the order information includes prefetch order time information.
The step S130 of determining whether the order to be modified satisfies the predetermined condition may include: and determining whether a time interval between the current moment and the order pre-fetching time is greater than an expiration threshold, wherein if the time interval is greater than the expiration threshold, the order to be modified meets the preset condition. The expiration threshold may be preset according to a parameter of the kind of beverage. After the beverage is made, the taste of the beverage becomes poor after the storage time of the beverage exceeds the overdue threshold, and the beverage may not be acceptable to users. And under the condition that the time interval between the current moment and the order pre-fetching time is greater than the overdue threshold value, the beverage cannot be made by the automatic beverage machine. Based on the time interval being greater than the expiration threshold, it can be determined that the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified has not been made yet, and the predetermined condition is met.
The order to be modified can be directly determined to meet the preset condition based on the fact that the time interval between the current moment and the order pre-fetching time is larger than the overdue threshold, operation steps are reduced, and judgment efficiency is improved.
Alternatively, in the case where the order to be modified is a reserved order, it is first determined whether the order to be modified satisfies a predetermined condition based on whether a time interval between the current time and the order prefetch time is greater than an expiration threshold. As described above, for the case of greater than, it is directly determined that the order to be modified satisfies the predetermined condition. Otherwise, the process shown in fig. 2 is executed to further determine whether the order to be modified satisfies the predetermined condition.
Whether the order to be modified possibly meets the preset condition is roughly judged firstly by combining the time interval between the current moment and the order pre-fetching time, so that the calculation operation and the data communication quantity can be reduced, and the system efficiency is improved.
Exemplarily, the step S120 of determining the order to be modified based on the identifier information includes: determining order information for the order to be modified based on the identifier information, wherein the order information includes beverage information. The step S150 of making the corresponding beverage according to the modified order includes: determining the modified order as a new order for the condition that the order modification content information relates to the beverage information; and processing the new order to make the beverage corresponding to the new order.
It is to be understood that, as described above, the beverage information may include the type, quantity, etc. of the beverage. For example, in the case of coffee, the type information may include cup capacity, sugar degree, hot and cold, concentration, kind, etc.; the quantity information may include one or more cups. For the case where the order modification content information relates to drink information, it is possible to change the type of drink or increase or decrease the number of drinks. In this case, the order to be modified may be deleted, and a new order may be created based on the order modification content. For the new order, like the new order received by the automatic beverage machine system from the client of the user, the new order can be processed by the automatic beverage machine system and the beverage corresponding to the new order can be made by the corresponding automatic beverage machine. The processing of the new order may be understood by one of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described further herein for the sake of brevity.
For the condition that the order modification content information relates to the drink information, the modified order is determined to be a new order, and the order modification operation can be successfully completed at the minimum calculation cost.
Optionally, for the case that the order modification content information relates to the drink information, it may be further determined whether the modified order affects the making of other orders according to the order modification content. For example, whether the production time length of the modified order is changed compared with the production time length of the order to be modified is determined according to the order modification content. If the above determination result is yes, the modified order may be determined as a new order, and a beverage corresponding to the new order may be prepared. And under the condition that the judgment result is no, correspondingly modifying the beverage making task corresponding to the order to be modified according to the order modification content, and then making the beverage corresponding to the modified order.
Optionally, in the case that the order modification content information relates to automatic beverage machine information of the order, it may also be determined that the modified order is a new order. For example, the user has mistakenly filled the automatic beverage machine when placing an order. The user would like to choose to receive the drink at the automatic drink machine at location a, and select the automatic drink machine at location B when placing an order, which results in the user not being able to receive the drink at the automatic drink machine at location a. In this case, the user may submit an order modification instruction to modify the automatic beverage machine of location B in the order to be modified to the automatic beverage machine of location a. As described above, since the order modification content information relates to an automatic beverage machine for completing an order to be modified, the modified order can be determined as a new order according to the order modification content. The new order is then processed to make a beverage corresponding to the new order by the automatic beverage machine at site a.
Exemplarily, the step S120 of determining the order to be modified based on the identifier information includes: determining order information for the order to be modified based on the identifier information, wherein the order information includes beverage information, pre-fetch order time information, and automatic beverage machine information for completing the order to be modified.
The step S150 of making the corresponding beverage according to the modified order includes: and for the condition that the order modification instruction does not relate to the beverage information, the pre-fetching order time information and the automatic beverage machine information for completing the order to be modified, continuing to make the beverage corresponding to the modified order based on the pre-fetching order time information.
It can be appreciated that, as described above, in the case where the order modification instruction does not relate to the beverage information, the pre-fetch order time information, and the automatic beverage machine information for completing the order to be modified, the order modification instruction does not affect the making of the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified, nor the making of the beverage corresponding to other orders on the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be modified. Therefore, the beverage corresponding to the modified order can be continuously made based on the pre-fetching order time information. It can be understood that the beverage corresponding to the modified order is the same as the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified. In other words, in this step, the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified can still be made without changing the content related to the beverage making process.
For example, in one example, the user has mistakenly filled in the user's information when placing an order: a cell phone number. After placing an order, the user expects to change the wrong mobile phone number in the order to be modified into the correct mobile phone number. The user submits an order modification instruction through the client, wherein the order modification instruction comprises order identifier information and a correct mobile phone number. And modifying the order to be modified according to the order identifier information and the correct mobile phone number in the order modification content under the condition of determining that the order to be modified meets the preset condition based on the order modification instruction received from the client of the user. Since only the mobile phone number of the user in the order to be modified is modified, the order modification content information does not relate to the beverage information, the pre-fetching order time information and the automatic beverage machine for completing the order to be modified, and the beverage corresponding to the pre-fetching order time information of the order to be modified can be made continuously based on the pre-fetching order time information.
In the case that the order modification content does not relate to the beverage information, the order pre-fetching time information and the automatic beverage machine information for completing the order to be modified, the beverage corresponding to the order to be modified is continuously made according to the order to be modified, so that the requirement of a user for modifying the order information can be met, and the calculation of an automatic beverage machine system is reduced as much as possible.
Exemplarily, after modifying the order to be modified according to the order modification content information in step S150, the beverage order processing method 100 further includes: and sending the prompt information of successful modification to the user. As previously described, the order information for the order to be modified may include information for the user, such as an identifier of the user. Based on the user's identifier, a prompt for successful modification may be sent to the user submitting the order to be modified. The prompt message may include a modification confirmation message for the order to be modified.
It will be appreciated that the user's identifier may be the user's cell phone number. In this case, the reminder information may be sent to the user's client, i.e., his handset. Illustratively, the prompt message may be sent to the client of the user by means of APP, applet or sms. Alternatively, the user's identifier may be the username of the system login. The reminder information may be sent to the user's client over a network. It will be appreciated that a user may log into the system using different clients. Therefore, a user can submit an order placing instruction and/or an order modifying instruction by utilizing one client; when the user logs in the system by using another client, the prompt message can be sent to the client in a message mode.
After issuing the order modification instruction, the user may wish to be able to receive confirmation of the order modification. And processing prompt information of the order modification instruction is sent to the user in time, so that the user can feel friendly, and the user experience is improved.
Illustratively, the beverage order processing method further comprises: step S160, sending a prompt message (not shown in fig. 1) that the order to be modified cannot be modified to the user when the order to be modified does not satisfy the predetermined condition. Similar to the prompt message for successful modification, the prompt message that cannot be modified may be sent to the user who submitted the order to be modified. The prompt information which cannot be modified can comprise a description of the condition that the order to be modified does not meet the modification condition. For example, the order to be modified cannot be modified when the order to be modified has already been made or is already made.
The prompt information which cannot be modified is sent to the user in time, so that the user can process the ordered beverage according to the situation, for example, the user asks other people to take the beverage instead of the ordered beverage in the situation that the beverage cannot be taken, the waste of money and money is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, after receiving the order modification instruction from the client of the user in step S110, the prompt information that the order modification instruction has been received may be immediately sent to the user, and the user may be asked to pay attention to a processing result message of a subsequent order modification order.
