技术领域
本发明属于一种蝶阀,特别是属于一种手柄齿盘蝶阀。
背景技术
手柄齿盘蝶阀多包括阀体、阀座、蝶板、手柄、齿盘、顶法兰、阀杆上转轴、蝶板、阀杆下转轴。目前,现有手柄齿盘蝶阀阀体与阀杆上转轴轴向密封连接紧固多是依靠孔用卡簧配合轴用卡簧或U型卡板配合安装实现,此种连接方式要在阀杆上转轴与蝶板尺寸实现配合的基础上兼顾蝶板与阀体,阀杆上转轴与阀体的安装尺寸配合而存在配合关系较为复杂,对阀杆上转轴尺寸设计要求较多的问题,同时还需要配合使用的零部件较多而造成拆卸更换困难;另外现有用于管路末端的蝶阀阀体为了保证阀座的紧固度和密封性,一般在会将蝶阀阀体与阀座做硫化一体包胶工艺,提升蝶阀阀体、阀座的一体性、稳固性,避免阀座脱落的风险。虽然蝶阀阀体与阀座做一体包胶工艺提升蝶阀阀体、阀座的一体性、稳固性的结构,但当阀座如出现裂纹等损坏需要将阀座拆卸更换时,需要将阀座的包胶层烧掉后更换阀座并重新进行硫化包胶,不但阀座更换困难,而且烧毁阀座包胶层的做法还会污染环境。如何方便的实现手柄齿盘蝶阀阀体与阀杆上转轴的轴向密封连接紧固,提高阀体与阀杆上转轴轴向密封性,方便实现阀杆上转轴的拆卸更换;如何提升蝶阀阀体与阀座一体性、稳固性,防止阀座脱落的风险,还方便的实现对损坏蝶阀阀座拆卸更换,减少蝶阀阀座硫化包胶材料消耗,还不对环境造成污染是需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种手柄齿盘蝶阀。使用该蝶阀能方便的实现该手柄齿盘蝶阀阀体与阀杆上转轴的轴向密封连接紧固,提高阀体与阀杆上转轴轴向密封性,方便实现阀杆上转轴的拆卸更换;能提升蝶阀阀体与阀座一体性、稳固性,防止阀座脱落的风险出现,还能方便的实现对损坏蝶阀阀座拆卸更换,减少蝶阀阀座硫化包胶材料消耗,还不对环境造成污染。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:一种手柄齿盘蝶阀,包括阀体、阀座、蝶板、手柄、齿盘、顶法兰、阀杆上转轴、阀杆下转轴,阀体具有阀体上轴孔和阀体下轴孔,其特征是:还包括阀杆上转轴相对于阀体的转动限位装置;所述阀杆上转轴相对于阀体的转动限位装置为弹性圆柱销,所述阀体具有的脖颈上设置有与弹性圆柱销过盈配合使用的盲孔,所述阀杆上转轴与该阀体脖颈上设置的盲孔相对应的位置上设置有半圆弧环形槽,阀杆上转轴上设置的半圆弧环形槽直径和阀体脖颈上设置的盲孔直径相一致,当将阀杆上转轴插入阀体上轴孔内,阀体脖颈上设置的盲孔与阀杆上转轴上设置的半圆弧环形槽横截面圆心相重合,当将弹性圆柱销从阀体脖颈上设置的盲孔使用外力推入阀体脖颈内时,弹性圆柱销能实现与阀杆上转轴上设置的半圆弧环形槽的面面转动配合,弹性圆柱销与阀杆上转轴上设置的半圆弧环形槽的面面转动配合能实现阀杆上转轴相对于阀体的轴向限位固定;还包括阀杆上转轴与阀体密封装置;所述阀杆上转轴与阀体密封装置为橡胶密封圈,该橡胶密封圈的竖直截面呈耳字形,所述阀体上轴孔上端部的内壁上设置有与该竖直截面呈耳字形橡胶密封圈相配合的环形凹坑,当将套装着竖直截面呈耳字形橡胶密封圈的阀杆上转轴插入阀体上轴孔内时,阀杆上转轴上套装着的竖直截面呈耳字形橡胶密封圈能插入阀体上轴孔上端部内壁上设置的环形凹坑内,当将顶法兰使用螺栓固定在阀体脖颈上顶面时,顶法兰能压紧阀杆上转轴上套装着的竖直截面呈耳字形橡胶密封圈,竖直截面呈耳字形橡胶密封圈能顺序实现对阀杆上转轴与阀体的密封;
还包括阀体与阀座纵向顶紧装置,所述阀体与阀座纵向顶紧装置为2个平端紧固螺钉,该阀体左右两侧体壁横向中轴线上分别设置有与所述平端紧固螺钉相配合的螺钉孔,2个平端紧固螺钉分别安装在阀体左右两侧体壁横向中轴线上分别设置的螺钉孔内,旋紧分别安装在阀体左右两侧体壁横向中轴线上螺钉孔内的2个平端紧固螺钉,2个平端紧固螺钉能将该阀体内安装的阀座纵向顶紧。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明设置了阀杆上转轴相对于阀体的转动限位装置;阀杆上转轴相对于阀体的转动限位装置为弹性圆柱销,阀体具有的脖颈上设置有与弹性圆柱销过盈配合使用的盲孔,阀杆上转轴与该阀体脖颈上设置的盲孔相对应的位置上设置有半圆弧环形槽,阀杆上转轴上设置的半圆弧环形槽直径和阀体脖颈上设置的盲孔直径相一致,当将阀杆上转轴插入阀体上轴孔内,阀体脖颈上设置的盲孔与阀杆上转轴上设置的半圆弧环形槽竖直截面圆心相重合,当将弹性圆柱销从阀体脖颈上设置的盲孔使用外力推入阀体脖颈内时,弹性圆柱销能实现与阀杆上转轴上设置的半圆弧环形槽的面面转动配合,弹性圆柱销与阀杆上转轴上设置的半圆弧环形槽的面面转动配合能实现阀杆上转轴相对于阀体的轴向限位固定;还设置了阀杆上转轴与阀体密封装置;阀杆上转轴与阀体密封装置为橡胶密封圈,橡胶密封圈的竖直截面呈耳字形。弹性圆柱销与阀杆上转轴上设置的半圆弧环形槽的面面转动配合,实现了弹性圆柱销与阀杆上转轴的限位连接紧密度和轴向稳定性;方便的实现了本发明手柄齿盘蝶阀阀体与阀杆上转轴的轴向密封连接紧固;当需要更换阀杆上转轴时,可方便的将弹性圆柱销拆卸后将阀杆上转轴取出。方便的实现了阀杆上转轴的拆卸更换;由于当将顶法兰使用螺栓固定在阀体脖颈上时,顶法兰能压紧阀杆上转轴上套装着的竖直截面呈耳字形橡胶密封圈实现竖直截面呈耳字形橡胶密封圈对阀杆上转轴与阀体的密封;同时由于阀体具有的脖颈上设置有与弹性圆柱销过盈配合使用的盲孔,防止了阀体与阀杆上转轴连接的泄漏风险;提高了阀体与阀杆上转轴的轴向密封性。本发明弹性圆柱销取代了卡簧、平垫片、阀体环槽等结构使本发明手柄齿盘蝶阀取消了较复杂的机加工工序,减少了配件数量。相对于传统手柄齿盘蝶阀的卡簧配合结构更为简单,加工方便。本发明蝶阀有效防止了阀杆上转轴脱出阀体上轴孔的现象发生。
由于本发明还设置了阀体与阀座纵向顶紧装置,阀体与阀座纵向顶紧装置为2个平端紧固螺钉,2个平端紧固螺钉分别安装在阀体左右两侧体壁横向中轴线上分别设置的螺钉孔内,旋紧分别安装在阀体左右两侧体壁横向中轴线上螺钉孔内的2个平端紧固螺钉,2个平端紧固螺钉能将该阀体内安装的阀座纵向顶紧。本发明手柄齿盘蝶阀2个平端紧固螺钉在阀体左右两侧体壁螺钉孔内对阀座施加纵向轴向力,起到对阀座的纵向紧固作用,当对损坏阀座进行拆卸更换时,反向旋转2个平端紧固螺钉,方便的实现了对损坏手柄齿盘蝶阀阀座拆卸更换;本发明手柄齿盘蝶阀兼顾了传统手柄齿盘蝶阀一体包胶阀体与阀座一体性、稳固性特点还具有方便可拆卸特点;本发明手柄齿盘蝶阀2个平端紧固螺钉取代了传统手柄齿盘蝶阀一体包胶,取消了传统手柄齿盘蝶阀较为复杂的加工工艺,结构简单,且不再需要对损坏阀座焚烧包胶层和重新进行硫化包胶,降低了本发明手柄齿盘蝶阀生产成本,还消除了对环境的污染。
