Abstract
The leveling liquid for the continuous annealing line of the steel plant is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 13.3 to 16.8 percent of phosphoric acid triethanolamine, 10.3 to 16.3 percent of D-aminopropanol, 1.4 to 2.3 percent of dipalmitoyl-L-A-phosphatidylethanolamine, 3.3 to 5.3 percent of sodium gluconate, 5.3 to 7.3 percent of triisopropanolamine cyclic borate, 0.8 to 1.6 percent of dipyridamole and the balance of water. The steel plant continuous annealing line leveling liquid has good rust resistance and good lubricity.

Background
The leveling of the steel plate after annealing is divided into a dry leveling mode and a wet leveling mode. After annealing, a large amount of fine iron powder, residual carbon and other contaminants remain on the surface of the steel sheet. In the leveling process, residues on the surface of the steel plate are effectively cleaned by the leveling liquid through flushing of the leveling liquid, so that the residues such as iron powder, residual carbon and the like on the surface of the steel plate are effectively removed, and the surface quality of the steel plate is effectively improved. Meanwhile, because a certain time is needed before the leveled steel plate enters the next working procedure, the rust resistance of the leveling liquid to the steel plate is also one of important factors required by the leveling liquid. Because the steel plate has a small reduction amount in the flattening process, the steel plate has the defects of slight surface scratches and the like in the flattening process if the flattening liquid does not have proper lubricity although the reduction amount is small. Therefore, the leveling liquid must have good cleaning property, rust prevention property and less lubricity, and also satisfy the field process condition, and the leveling liquid is a high-quality product.
