Abstract
The invention discloses a natural rubber material for a wear-resistant flame-retardant conveyor belt, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 27.56-35.43% of natural rubber, 3.86-12.05% of butadiene rubber, 17.73-21.52% of medium super wear-resistant carbon black, 13.78-17.72% of environment-friendly flame retardant, 14.96-18.9% of common flame retardant, 2.95-3.74% of anti-aging agent, 1.18-3.94% of active agent, 0.47-1.01% of vulcanizing agent, 0.39-0.87% of accelerator and 0.39-1.97% of processing aid. The invention has the characteristics of high wear resistance, good flame retardant property, high tensile strength, flex fatigue resistance, proper elongation and good processability, is suitable for an extrusion molding processing technology, and has long service life of vulcanized products.

Technical Field
The invention relates to rubber, in particular to a natural rubber sizing material for a wear-resistant flame-retardant conveying belt and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The rubber conveyer belt is a rubber product widely used in mines and docks, and has great market demand. With the continuous promotion of industrial automation and the annual rise of labor cost, the quality requirement of people on the rubber conveying belt is higher and higher. However, when the existing rubber material formula meets the performance requirements of the conveying belt, the physical and mechanical properties, particularly tensile strength and flame retardant properties of the rubber material formula cannot be well matched with the environmental protection requirements at the same time.
