Abstract
本发明涉及一种架空线收放装置,包括:收线支架;收线支架上设置有收线轱辘,收线轱辘的两端通过轴承与收线轱辘连接,收线轱辘上缠绕有架空线;轴承一端安装有回卷弹簧,拉出架空线时,轴承另一端安装限位齿轮,所述限位齿轮与限位棘轮和限位弹簧配合,架空线拉出适当位置处锁住工作位置,保证拉出的架空线长度合适、无回缩,收回架空线时,拉架空线越过限位齿轮限位部分,限位棘轮改变方向,架空线在回卷弹簧释放能量的作用下收回架空线;所述限位齿轮安装于收线轱辘的轴承上,所述限位棘轮安装于收线支架上,所述回卷弹簧通过收线支架上的固定柱限定作业位置,具备棘轮工作位置限定和位置储能功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于电力施工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种架空线收放装置。
背景技术
电力部门在电力架空线路施工中需使用大量的线缆,经常需要放线和收线操作。在一些线缆较粗或者线缆特别长时,放线和收线工作非常的繁琐、辛苦。以往有采用人工放线的方式,放一根电线一般需要两人进行,一人放线,另一人牵引电线前进。人工放线增加了劳动强度,降低了工作效率,使得线路改造及人力成本大大增加;另一方面,人工放线容易造成导线散乱、弯折,致使导线容易损伤,破坏了电线强度,缩短了其使用寿命,影响施工进度。
现有的可牵引式电缆收放线车,该种可牵引式电缆收放线车从结构上来说,比较复杂,这种结构的电缆收放线车从俯视方向看去整体呈三角形结构,整个电缆收放线车由两个定向轮胎和前置的小型万向轮为支撑,绕线盘安装于三角结构的内部,绕线盘通过位于电缆收放线车上的两个手动千斤顶进行垂直升降作业,在把绕线盘举升到设定高度后再进行放线作业。这种操作方式需要两个操作工人同时分别对两个千斤顶进行举升作业,对于大吨位的绕线盘,采用人工操作千斤顶举升绕线盘效率更加低下,增加操作工人的劳动强度。同时现有的可牵引式电缆收放线车采用钢管穿套在绕线盘的轴孔内,对绕线盘进行举升,绕线盘容易在钢管上左右或上下窜动,存在施工安全隐患。
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种架空线收放装置;以解决现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供设计一种架空线收放装置,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明给出以下技术方案:
一种架空线收放装置,包括:收线支架;
所述收线支架上设置有收线轱辘,收线轱辘的两端通过轴承与收线轱辘连接,收线轱辘上缠绕有架空线;
轴承一端安装有回卷弹簧,拉出架空线时,回卷弹簧储能,拉力减小或取消后,回卷弹簧释放能量,将架空线自动收回,轴承另一端安装限位齿轮,
所述限位齿轮与限位棘轮和限位弹簧配合,架空线拉出适当位置处锁住工作位置,保证拉出的架空线长度合适、无回缩,收回架空线时,拉架空线越过限位齿轮限位部分,限位棘轮改变方向,架空线在回卷弹簧释放能量的作用下收回架空线;所述限位齿轮安装于收线轱辘的轴承上,所述限位棘轮安装于收线支架上,所述回卷弹簧通过收线支架上的固定柱限定作业位置,具备棘轮工作位置限定和位置储能功能。
作为优选,所述的收线支架为不锈钢制收线支架;确保收线支架的强度,同时提高防腐蚀效果。
作为优选,所述的轴承为钢制轴承;增强轴承的承载能力。
作为优选,所述的收线轱辘为钢制收线轱辘;增强收线轱辘的承载能力。
作为优选,所述的限位齿轮为钢制限位齿轮;增强限位齿轮的自身强度。
作为优选,所述的限位棘轮工作半径外侧与限位齿轮的内圆半径相切。
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明代替了传统的架空线收线方式,解决解决施工隐患,提高了带电作业人员的安全性;全自动的收线和限位装置,代替了传统人工收线方式,减小了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
此外,本发明设计原理可靠,结构简单,具有非常广泛的应用前景。
由此可见,本发明与现有技术相比,具有突出的实质性特点和显著地进步,其实施的有益效果也是显而易见的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述,以下实施例是对本发明的解释,而本发明并不局限于以下实施方式。
如图1-3所示,本实施例提供的一种架空线收放装置,包括:收线支架1;所述的收线支架1为不锈钢制收线支架;确保收线支架的强度,同时提高防腐蚀效果。
所述收线支架1上设置有收线轱辘2,收线轱辘2的两端通过轴承3与收线轱辘2连接,收线轱辘2上缠绕有架空线4;所述的轴承为钢制轴承;增强轴承的承载能力。所述的收线轱辘为钢制收线轱辘;增强收线轱辘的承载能力。
轴承3一端安装有回卷弹簧5,拉出架空线时,回卷弹簧储能,拉力减小或取消后,回卷弹簧释放能量,将架空线自动收回,轴承另一端安装限位齿轮6,所述的限位齿轮6为钢制限位齿轮;增强限位齿轮的自身强度。
所述限位齿轮6与限位棘7轮和限位弹簧8配合,架空线拉出适当位置处锁住工作位置,保证拉出的架空线长度合适、无回缩,收回架空线时,拉架空线越过限位齿轮限位部分,限位棘轮7改变方向,架空线4在回卷弹簧释放能量的作用下收回架空线;所述限位齿轮6安装于收线轱辘2的轴承上,所述限位棘轮7安装于收线支架1上,所述回卷弹簧5通过收线支架1上的固定柱9限定作业位置,具备棘轮工作位置限定和位置储能功能。所述的限位棘轮7工作半径外侧与限位齿轮的内圆半径相切。
轴承3一端安装有回卷弹簧5,拉出架空线时,回卷弹簧5储能,拉力减小或取消后,回卷弹簧5释放能量,将架空线4自动收回,轴承3另一端安装限位齿轮,
所述限位齿轮6与限位棘轮7和限位弹簧8配合,架空线拉出适当位置处锁住工作位置,保证拉出的架空线长度合适、无回缩,收回架空线时,拉架空线越过限位齿轮限位部分,限位棘轮改变方向,架空线在回卷弹簧释放能量的作用下收回架空线;所述限位齿轮安装于收线轱辘的轴承上,所述限位棘轮安装于收线支架上,所述回卷弹簧通过收线支架上的固定柱9限定作业位置,具备棘轮工作位置限定和位置储能功能。
收线轱辘出线口一侧安装回卷弹簧,回卷弹簧通过收线支架上两个固定柱和收线盘上的一个活动柱限定工作位置,收线盘外侧加工螺旋凹槽,限定回卷弹簧活动柱的运动轨迹;收线轱辘另一侧安装限位齿轮,收线支架上安装限位棘轮,限位棘轮两端通过轴承连接至收线支架上,限位棘轮与收线支架之间安装限位弹簧,限位弹簧的固定方式为2个收线支架上的固定柱和1个棘轮上的固定柱。
自动收线工作原理:如图2所示,拉长架空线时,限位弹簧跟随轴承逆时针转动,回转弹簧末端的活动触头沿收线盘外侧轨道向内侧运动,同时回转弹簧储能;松开架空线后,回转弹簧释放能量,使末端活动触头12沿收线盘外侧轨道向外侧运动,架空线在回卷弹簧作用下收回,回到初始工作位置。
位置锁定工作原理:如图3所示,限位棘轮7工作半径外侧与限位齿轮6的内圆半径相切,拉长架空线时,限位齿轮跟随轴承逆时针转动,限位棘轮在大齿和小齿的作用下顺时针转动,同时限位弹簧储能。当工作位置位于大齿10和小齿11之间时,松开架空线,由于小齿的限位使限位棘轮无法在限位弹簧释放能量的作用下回到初始位置,而此时轴承在回卷弹簧的作用下顺时针旋转,限位棘轮卡在大齿和小齿之间,完成限位;当工作位置没有处于大齿和小齿之间时,松开拉线,限位棘轮在限位弹簧作用下回到初始位置,转动轴在回卷弹簧的作用下顺时针旋转完成自动收线。

1.一种架空线收放装置,其特征在于,包括:收线支架;
所述收线支架上设置有收线轱辘,收线轱辘的两端通过轴承与收线轱辘连接,收线轱辘上缠绕有架空线;
轴承一端安装有回卷弹簧,轴承另一端安装限位齿轮,
所述限位齿轮与限位棘轮和限位弹簧配合;所述限位齿轮安装于收线轱辘的轴承上,所述限位棘轮安装于收线支架上,所述回卷弹簧通过收线支架上的固定柱限定作业位置,具备棘轮工作位置限定和位置储能功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种架空线收放装置,其特征在于,所述的收线支架为不锈钢制收线支架。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种架空线收放装置,其特征在于,所述的轴承为钢制轴承。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种架空线收放装置,其特征在于,所述的收线轱辘为钢制收线轱辘。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种架空线收放装置,其特征在于,所述的限位齿轮为钢制限位齿轮。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种架空线收放装置,其特征在于,所述的限位棘轮工作半径外侧与限位齿轮的内圆半径相切。
