技术领域
本发明涉及一种生产工艺,具体涉及一种纤维与反光膜针扎复合布生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,市面上用于柑桔、橙桔类果园果品成长以及果品着色的布/膜,包括两种,分别为无纺布以及反光膜。无纺布:具有隔离光合作用,达到除草功能的效果。反光膜:能够反光加强叶面光合作用,抑制果树病菌滋生,使果品着色均匀。
然而,市场上目前并没有一种复合布,可以同时实现反光、透气、透水、抗紫外线、吸水、阻光、除草、通风、防水肥流失、地面保湿、加强叶面光合作用,抑制果树病菌滋生,果品着色均匀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种纤维与反光膜针扎复合布生产工艺。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种纤维与反光膜针扎复合布生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:纤维经开松、梳理、铺成纤维网,然后通过针刺工艺加固成针刺无纺布;
步骤二:然后铺上反光膜,再经过针扎机钩带纤维穿刺反光膜,固结成纤维与反光膜针扎复合布,并且在纤维与反光膜针扎复合布上形成若干个透水孔。
作为本发明的进一步选择:所述针刺工艺采用刺针,刺针有钩刺,将纤维网反复穿刺,钩带纤维加固,形成针刺无纺布。
作为本发明的进一步选择:所述反光膜为镀铝反光膜。
作为本发明的进一步选择:所述纤维为黑色PET纤维。
作为本发明的进一步选择:所述针扎机为若干台。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:采用该纤维与反光膜针扎复合布生产工艺生产出的纤维与反光膜针扎复合布,其用于柑桔、橙桔类果园时,能同时实现反光、透气、透水、抗紫外线、吸水、阻光、除草、通风、防水肥流失、地面保湿、加强叶面光合作用,抑制果树病菌滋生,果品着色均匀的功能。其反光、抗紫外线、、加强叶面光合作用,抑制果树病菌滋生,果品着色均匀通过反光膜实现,其透气、透水、吸水、通风通过透水孔实现;阻光、除草、防水肥流失、地面保湿是由于复合布可以多年使用,使用时不像传统的布/膜,需要每年或者经常翻开、覆上,从而实现。

为了说明本发明所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
实施例
本发明一种纤维与反光膜针扎复合布生产工艺:纤维经开松、梳理、铺成纤维网,然后通过针刺工艺加固成布,针刺工艺采用刺针,刺针有钩刺,将纤维网反复穿刺,钩带纤维加固,形成针刺无纺布,然后铺上镀铝反光膜,再经过针扎机钩带纤维穿刺反光膜(无纺布与反光膜复合),固结成纤维与反光膜针扎复合布,并且在纤维与反光膜针扎复合布形成若干个透水孔。针扎机为若干台。
透水孔的大小以及数量可以根据实际需要选择。
纤维网由黑色PET纤维制作而成,形成无纺布(无纺布具有隔离光合作用,达到除草功能)。
纤维与反光膜针扎复合布具有反光、透气、透水、抗紫外线、吸水、阻光功能,可应用于柑桔、橙桔类果园管理,有除草、通风、防水肥流失、地面保湿、加强叶面光合作用,抑制果树病菌滋生,橙桔果品着色均匀等作用。
该纤维与反光膜针扎复合布,具有合适的透气率,吸水渗透量,反光率,纤维与反光膜固结复合固结度,保证纤维与反光膜针扎复合布的功能可靠,使用安全。
针扎孔径:0.1微米-1毫米,每平方米孔数:100-100000000个。
本发明的优点在于:采用该纤维与反光膜针扎复合布生产工艺生产出的纤维与反光膜针扎复合布,其用于柑桔、橙桔类果园时,能同时实现反光、透气、透水、抗紫外线、吸水、阻光、除草、通风、防水肥流失、地面保湿、加强叶面光合作用,抑制果树病菌滋生,果品着色均匀的功能。其反光、抗紫外线、、加强叶面光合作用,抑制果树病菌滋生,果品着色均匀通过反光膜实现,其透气、透水、吸水、通风通过透水孔实现;阻光、除草、防水肥流失、地面保湿是由于复合布可以多年使用,使用时不像传统的布/膜,需要每年或者经常翻开、覆上,才能实现,且节省人力。
另外,该纤维与反光膜针扎复合布可以多年使用,施肥时可以直接施在该复合布上,肥料可以经过透水孔进入土壤,透水孔孔径可以稍大,便于肥料流入透水孔;用户工作时,比如采摘果实,可以直接踩在该纤维与反光膜针扎复合布上,对于其反光膜的反光效果没有大的影响。

1.一种纤维与反光膜针扎复合布生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:纤维经开松、梳理、铺成纤维网,然后通过针刺工艺加固成针刺无纺布;
步骤二:然后铺上反光膜,再经过针扎机钩带纤维穿刺反光膜,固结成纤维与反光膜针扎复合布,并且在纤维与反光膜针扎复合布上形成若干个透水孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维与反光膜针扎复合布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述针刺工艺采用刺针,刺针有钩刺,将纤维网反复穿刺,钩带纤维加固,形成针刺无纺布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纤维与反光膜针扎复合布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述反光膜为镀铝反光膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纤维与反光膜针扎复合布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述纤维为黑色PET纤维。
