Secondly, all the steel pipe ring blocks are pre-assembled into a whole ring in the same way, then connecting pieces (such as side connecting plates 07 in figures 1 and 2) are assembled and welded on site between the adjacent blocks to replace machining, connecting hole sites are arranged on the connecting pieces, and all the steel pipe ring blocks are assembled and connected into the whole ring by utilizing high-strength bolts and welding.
In addition, for the steel pipe rings needing to be subjected to multi-layer stacking operation, the connecting pieces between the upper layer steel pipe ring and the lower layer steel pipe ring need to be welded in a matched mode, the accuracy of each pre-assembly and welding operation is difficult to ensure to be completely consistent in the prior art, and therefore the large installation error and the large construction difficulty are caused when the steel pipe rings are connected on a construction site.
Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have desired to design a new ring assembling tool and a new ring assembling method, which can ensure high positioning accuracy and high operation efficiency when pre-assembling and assembling rings of steel pipe rings while getting rid of large-scale machining equipment.

The upper pin plate positioning device 3 can be placed or fixed on the mobile positioning frame 21 when not in use.
The number of the positioning connecting pieces 32 is at least two, so that the rotation of the upper pin shaft plate positioning frame 31 caused by a single positioning connecting piece is avoided, and the position precision of the pin shaft plate positioning pin 33 on the other end is ensured.
In this embodiment, a detachable transition connecting frame 8 is further disposed between any two adjacent bottom platforms 1, and all the bottom platforms are arranged into a regular circle by passing through the transition connecting frame 8, that is, the outline 6 on each bottom platform forms a 360-degree full circle. Transition link 8 uses before connecting each bottom platform, realizes removing transition link 8 after linking firmly between each bottom platform through connecting rod 9.

1) assembling a tool: the bottom platforms 1 are arranged annularly, transition connecting frames 8 are arranged between the adjacent bottom platforms 1 to ensure that all the bottom platforms are arranged into a regular circle, connecting rods 9 are arranged between the adjacent bottom platforms 1, the orderly arranged bottom platforms 1 are fixedly connected into a whole through the connecting rods 9, frame bodies 7, lower connecting plate positioning pins 4 and lower pin shaft plate positioning pins 5 are respectively arranged at corresponding positions of the bottom platforms 1, upper connecting plate positioning devices 2 are arranged on working tables 72 of the frame bodies 7, the transition connecting frames 8 are removed, and anti-collision beams 10 are arranged between the adjacent bottom platforms 1;
2) the first time of ring assembly: the rocking wheel 23 is rotated forwardly to enable the movable positioning frame 21 to move towards the radial outer side, when a through hole in the movable positioning frame 21 moves to a position right above a positioning seat 24 located at the radial outer side, a positioning bolt 25 penetrates through the through hole and is inserted into the positioning seat to fix the movable positioning frame 21, at the moment, the upper connecting plate positioning device 2 is locked and is in a non-working state, a lower connecting plate 04 and a lower pin shaft plate 06 are placed on the bottom platform 1 and are positioned through a corresponding lower connecting plate positioning pin 4 and a corresponding lower pin shaft plate positioning pin 5, the steel pipe ring monomer is hoisted onto the bottom platform 1 and is aligned with an outline 6 on the bottom platform, and welding operation between the steel pipe ring monomer and the lower connecting plate 04 and between the steel pipe ring monomer and the lower pin shaft plate;
3) and (3) second ring grouping: arranging an upper connecting plate 03 to be installed on the radial inner side of the movable positioning frame 21, taking out the positioning bolt 25, reversely rotating the rocking wheel 23 to enable the movable positioning frame 21 to move towards the radial inner side, when the through hole in the movable positioning frame 21 moves to a position right above the positioning seat 24 located on the radial inner side, enabling the positioning bolt 25 to penetrate through the through hole and be inserted into the positioning seat to fix the movable positioning frame 21, locking the upper connecting plate positioning device 2 at the moment and being in a working state, moving the upper connecting plate 03 to a pre-installation position on the steel pipe ring monomer under the action of the movable positioning frame 21, and completing the welding operation between the steel pipe ring monomer and the upper connecting plate 03;
4) third subgroup loop: fixedly connecting one end of the radial outer side of the upper pin shaft plate positioning frame 31 with the installed upper connecting plate, wherein the position of an upper pin shaft plate positioning pin 33 positioned at one end of the radial inner side of the upper pin shaft plate positioning frame 31 is the pre-installation position of the upper pin shaft plate on the steel pipe ring single body, positioning the upper pin shaft plate 05 through the upper pin shaft plate positioning pin 33, and completing the welding operation between the steel pipe ring single body and the upper pin shaft plate 05;
5) and (3) finishing the operation: respectively welding side connecting plates 07 at the arc-direction two ends of each steel pipe ring monomer to ensure that hole positions on two opposite side connecting plates between the adjacent steel pipe ring monomers are aligned, taking down the upper pin shaft plate positioning device 3 and rotating the rocking wheel 23 in the forward direction to enable the movable positioning frame 21 to move radially outwards, enabling the upper connecting plate positioning device 2 to be locked and in a non-working state, and hoisting and removing the assembled steel pipe ring monomers from the ring assembling tool;
6) and (5) repeating the steps 2) to 5), and realizing high-precision positioning assembly operation of the segmented steel pipe ring.

The integral ring assembling tool for the segmented steel pipe ring is characterized in that the steel pipe ring comprises a steel pipe ring body, a connecting plate and a pin shaft plate, the steel pipe ring body is divided into a plurality of steel pipe ring monomers along the circumferential direction, the steel pipe ring monomers comprise an inner arc surface (01) and an outer arc surface (02), the pin shaft plate comprises an upper pin shaft plate (05) and a lower pin shaft plate (06) which are respectively arranged at the two axial ends of the inner arc surface (01), the connecting plate comprises an upper connecting plate (03) and a lower connecting plate (04) which are respectively arranged at the two axial ends of the outer arc surface (02) and side connecting plates (07) which are arranged at the two axial ends of the steel pipe ring monomers in the arc direction and are connected with the inner arc surface and the outer;
the ring assembling tool comprises bottom platforms (1), an upper connecting plate positioning device (2) and an upper pin shaft plate positioning device (3), wherein a plurality of bottom platforms (1) are arranged in a circumferential direction, a lower connecting plate positioning pin (4) for positioning a lower connecting plate, a lower pin shaft plate positioning pin (5) for positioning a lower pin shaft plate and an outline (6) matched with the arc shape of a steel pipe ring monomer are arranged on each bottom platform (1), the upper connecting plate positioning device (2) is arranged on each bottom platform (1) through a frame body (7) and comprises a movable positioning frame (21) for fixing the upper connecting plate and a guide mechanism and a power mechanism which are arranged on the movable positioning frame (21), the movable positioning frame moves inwards and outwards along the radial direction of the steel pipe ring monomer through the matching of the guide mechanism and the power mechanism, and then the upper connecting plate is moved to the pre-installation position of the upper connecting plate on the steel pipe ring monomer, go up pintle board positioner (3) including radially setting up last pintle board locating rack (31) along steel pipe ring monomer, go up pintle board locating rack (31) and be located the fixed setting of the one end in the radial outside on the upper junction plate that has installed, and the one end that is located radial inboard then is equipped with last pintle board locating pin (33) that is used for fixing a position the pintle board.

The integral ring assembling tool for the segmented steel pipe ring according to claim 3, the upper connecting plate positioning device (2) also comprises at least one group of positioning seats (24) and positioning bolts (25) which are matched with each other, the two positioning seats (24) are fixedly arranged on the workbench (72), the two positioning seats (24) are arranged along the radial direction of the steel pipe ring monomer, a through hole is arranged on the movable positioning frame (21), the center of the through hole is superposed with the central connecting line of the two positioning seats (24), the upper through holes of the movable positioning frame (21) are driven to move right above the two positioning seats (24) by moving the movable positioning frame, the positioning bolt (25) penetrates through the through hole and is inserted into the positioning seat positioned on the radial inner side/outer side to realize position fixing of the movable positioning frame (21), and at the moment, the upper connecting plate positioning device (2) is locked and is in a working/non-working state.
5. The integral ring assembling tool for the segmented steel pipe ring according to claim 4, wherein the guide mechanism is a linear guide rail (22) arranged along the radial direction of the steel pipe ring monomer, and the power mechanism is a motor or a rocking wheel (23).

The integral ring assembling tool for the segmented steel pipe ring according to claim 5, wherein the power mechanism is a rocking wheel (23), the rocking wheel (23) comprises an installation support (231), a connection support (232), a rotary screw rod (233) and a rotary hand wheel (234), the installation support (231) is fixedly arranged on the workbench (72), the connection support (232) is fixedly arranged on the movable positioning frame (21), the rotary screw rod (233) is radially arranged along the steel pipe ring monomer, one end of the rotary screw rod located on the radial inner side is fixedly connected with the connection support (232), and one end of the rotary screw rod located on the radial outer side penetrates through the installation support (231) and then is fixedly connected with the rotary hand wheel (234).

The integral ring assembling tool for the segmented steel pipe ring according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein a detachable transition connecting frame (8) is arranged between any two adjacent bottom platforms (1), and the transition connecting frame (8) is used for realizing that all the bottom platforms are arranged into a regular circle, namely, the outline (6) on each bottom platform forms a 360-degree full circle.
8. The integral ring assembling tool for the segmented steel pipe ring according to claim 7, wherein a connecting rod (9) is arranged between any two adjacent bottom platforms (1), and all the bottom platforms are fixedly connected through the connecting rod (9).

The integral ring assembling tool for the segmented steel pipe ring according to claim 8, wherein an anti-collision beam (10) is arranged between any two adjacent bottom platforms (1), and the minimum diameter of a circle formed by a plurality of anti-collision beams (10) is larger than the outer diameter of a steel pipe ring body and smaller than the minimum inner diameter of a circle formed by a plurality of movable positioning frames (21) when a positioning bolt (25) is matched with a positioning seat (24) located on the radial outer side.
10. The ring assembling method by adopting the integral ring assembling tool for the segmented steel pipe ring as claimed in claim 9 is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) assembling a tool: the bottom platforms (1) are arranged in a circumferential direction, transition connecting frames (8) are arranged between the adjacent bottom platforms (1) to enable all the bottom platforms to be arranged orderly, connecting rods (9) are arranged between the adjacent bottom platforms (1), all the bottom platforms (1) are fixedly connected into a whole through the connecting rods (9), frame bodies (7), lower connecting plate positioning pins (4) and lower pin shaft plate positioning pins (5) are respectively arranged at corresponding positions of the bottom platforms (1), upper connecting plate positioning devices (2) are arranged on the frame bodies (7), the transition connecting frames (8) are removed, and anti-collision beams (10) are arranged between the adjacent bottom platforms (1);
2) the first time of ring assembly: the method comprises the steps that a movable positioning frame (21) is moved towards the radial outer side through a power mechanism, when a through hole in the movable positioning frame (21) moves to a position right above a positioning seat (24) located at the radial outer side, a positioning bolt (25) penetrates through the through hole and is inserted into the positioning seat to fix the movable positioning frame (21), at the moment, an upper connecting plate positioning device (2) is locked and is in a non-working state, a lower connecting plate and a lower pin shaft plate are placed on a bottom platform (1) and are positioned through corresponding lower connecting plate positioning pins (4) and lower pin shaft plate positioning pins (5), a steel pipe ring monomer is hoisted to the bottom platform (1) and is aligned with an outline (6) on the bottom platform, and welding operation between the steel pipe ring monomer and the lower connecting plate and between the steel pipe ring monomer and the lower pin;
3) and (3) second ring grouping: arranging an upper connecting plate to be installed on the radial inner side of a movable positioning frame (21), taking out a positioning bolt (25), enabling the movable positioning frame (21) to move towards the radial inner side through a power mechanism, when a through hole in the movable positioning frame (21) moves to a position right above a positioning seat (24) located on the radial inner side, enabling the positioning bolt (25) to penetrate through the through hole and be inserted into the positioning seat to fix the movable positioning frame (21), locking an upper connecting plate positioning device (2) at the moment and being in a working state, and enabling the upper connecting plate to move to a pre-installation position on a steel pipe ring monomer under the action of the movable positioning frame (21) so as to complete welding operation between the steel pipe ring monomer and the upper connecting plate;
4) third subgroup loop: fixedly connecting one end of the radial outer side of the upper pin shaft plate positioning frame (31) with the installed upper connecting plate, wherein the position of an upper pin shaft plate positioning pin (33) positioned at one end of the radial inner side of the upper pin shaft plate positioning frame (31) is the pre-installation position of the upper pin shaft plate on the steel pipe ring monomer, and positioning the upper pin shaft plate through the upper pin shaft plate positioning pin (33) to complete the welding operation between the steel pipe ring monomer and the upper pin shaft plate;
5) and (3) finishing the operation: side connecting plates are respectively welded at the arc-direction two ends of each steel pipe ring monomer, so that hole positions on the two opposite side connecting plates between the adjacent steel pipe ring monomers are aligned, the upper pin shaft plate positioning device (3) is taken down, the movable positioning frame (21) is moved to the radial outer side, and each steel pipe ring monomer is lifted and moved away from the ring assembling tool;
6) and (5) repeating the steps 2) to 5), and realizing high-precision positioning assembly operation of the segmented steel pipe ring.
