Abstract
本发明公开了一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置,包括贴胶箱,所述贴胶箱的一侧内壁设置有连接板,且连接板的一侧外壁设置有电动伸缩杆,电动伸缩杆的另一端固定有清洁刷,所述贴胶箱的顶部外壁设置有吸尘机构,且贴胶箱的顶部内壁设置有烘干机构,所述贴胶箱的内壁通过轴承连接有等距离分布的第一转杆,且第一转杆的外壁分别固定有传送辊和上胶辊,所述贴胶箱的底部内壁固定有压紧机构,且贴胶箱的一侧外壁通过铰链连接有箱门。本发明通过设置有连接板、电动伸缩杆和清洁刷,调节电动伸缩杆的长度,使清洁刷位于铜箔胶带的两侧外壁,可有效清除铜箔胶带表面携带的灰尘,提高铜箔胶带贴胶的质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及铜箔胶带生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置。
背景技术
铜箔胶带,是一种金属胶带,主要应用于电磁屏蔽,分电信号屏蔽和磁信号屏蔽两种,电信号屏蔽主要是依靠铜本身优异的导电性能,而磁屏蔽则需要铜箔胶带的胶面导电物质“镍”来达到磁屏蔽的作用,因而被广泛应用于手机,笔记电脑和其他数码产品之中。
经检索,中国专利申请号为201820297730.6的专利,公开了一种BOPP上胶装置,包括接地板、顶板、第一转辊和第二转辊。上述专利还存在以下不足:被贴胶物体的表面可能堆积有大量灰尘,在进行贴胶之前,没有对被贴胶物体进行清扫,被贴胶物体的表面残余的灰尘会降低贴胶质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置,包括贴胶箱,所述贴胶箱的一侧内壁设置有连接板,且连接板的一侧外壁设置有电动伸缩杆,电动伸缩杆的另一端固定有清洁刷,所述贴胶箱的顶部外壁设置有吸尘机构,且贴胶箱的顶部内壁设置有烘干机构,所述贴胶箱的内壁通过轴承连接有等距离分布的第一转杆,且第一转杆的外壁分别固定有传送辊和上胶辊,所述贴胶箱的底部内壁固定有压紧机构,且贴胶箱的一侧外壁通过铰链连接有箱门。
进一步的,所述吸尘机构包括有风机和集尘箱,且集尘箱的顶部内壁和风机的输出端通过法兰连接有同一个导尘管。
进一步的,所述贴胶箱的顶部内壁设置有吸尘盘,且吸尘盘的一侧内壁和风机的输入端通过法兰连接有同一个导管。
进一步的,所述烘干机构包括有固定杆,且固定杆的底部外壁设置有烘干灯。
进一步的,所述压紧机构包括有立柱,且立柱的一侧外壁通过轴承连接有第二转杆,第二转杆的外壁固定有压紧辊。
进一步的,还包括放置于贴胶箱底部内壁的废料盒。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过设置有连接板、电动伸缩杆和清洁刷,调节电动伸缩杆的长度,使清洁刷位于铜箔胶带的两侧外壁,可有效清除铜箔胶带表面携带的灰尘,可提高铜箔胶带贴胶的质量。
2、通过设置有吸尘盘、导尘管、风机和集尘箱,清洁刷清理铜箔胶带表面时会产生大量灰尘,打开风机,通过吸尘盘和导尘管将灰尘吸收进集尘箱中进行处理,提高了装置的除尘效果。
3、通过设置有固定杆和烘干灯,在对铜箔胶带进行上胶后,对胶水进行烘干,便于胶水快速干燥,提高了装置的实用性。
4、通过设置有集料盒,在对铜箔胶带进行贴胶时,掉落的液体胶水会掉入废料盒中,可有效防止胶水污染贴胶箱的底部内壁。

参照图1和图2,一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置,包括贴胶箱1,贴胶箱1的一侧内壁通过螺钉固定有连接板2,且连接板2的一侧外壁通过螺钉固定有电动伸缩杆4,电动伸缩杆4的另一端焊接有清洁刷3,贴胶箱1的顶部外壁通过螺钉固定有吸尘机构,且贴胶箱1的顶部内壁通过螺钉固定有烘干机构,贴胶箱1的内壁通过轴承连接有等距离分布的第一转杆,且第一转杆的外壁分别焊接有传送辊10和上胶辊11,贴胶箱1的底部内壁焊接有压紧机构,且贴胶箱1的一侧外壁通过铰链连接有箱门16。
其中,吸尘机构包括有风机8和集尘箱13,且集尘箱13的顶部内壁和风机8的输出端通过法兰连接有同一个导尘管9。
其中,贴胶箱1的顶部内壁通过螺钉固定有吸尘盘6,且吸尘盘6的一侧内壁和风机8的输入端通过法兰连接有同一个导管7,提高了装置的吸尘效果。
其中,烘干机构包括有固定杆14,且固定杆14的底部外壁通过螺钉固定有烘干灯15,加速了胶水的干燥速度,便于对铜箔胶带进行收卷。
其中,压紧机构包括有立柱12,且立柱12的一侧外壁通过轴承连接有第二转杆,第二转杆的外壁焊接有压紧辊5,可以将胶水与铜箔进行压合,提高了装置的实用性。
工作原理:将设备连接电源,对铜箔进行传动,根据铜箔的厚度调节电动伸缩杆4的长度,使清洁刷3对铜箔的两侧外壁进行清洁,打开风机8,通过吸尘盘6、导管7和导尘管9将灰尘导入到集尘箱13中进行收集处理,铜箔经过传送辊10来到压紧辊5和上胶辊11进行贴胶,再次经过压紧辊5进行压紧操作,最后打开烘干灯15,可快速对胶水进行干燥。
实施例2
参照图3,一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置,还包括放置于贴胶箱1底部内壁的废料盒17,在对铜箔胶带进行贴胶时,掉落的液体胶水会掉入废料盒17中,可有效防止胶水污染贴胶箱1的底部内壁。
工作原理:将设备连接电源,对铜箔进行传动,根据铜箔的厚度调节电动伸缩杆4的长度,使清洁刷3对铜箔的两侧外壁进行清洁,打开风机8,通过吸尘盘6、导管7和导尘管9将灰尘导入到集尘箱13中进行收集处理,铜箔经过传送辊10来到压紧辊5和上胶辊11进行贴胶,再次经过压紧辊5进行压紧操作,最后打开烘干灯15,可快速对胶水进行干燥,另外在对铜箔胶带进行贴胶时,掉落的液体胶水会掉入废料盒17中,可有效防止胶水污染贴胶箱1的底部内壁。

1.一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置,包括贴胶箱(1),其特征在于,所述贴胶箱(1)的一侧内壁设置有连接板(2),且连接板(2)的一侧外壁设置有电动伸缩杆(4),电动伸缩杆(4)的另一端固定有清洁刷(3),所述贴胶箱(1)的顶部外壁设置有吸尘机构,且贴胶箱(1)的顶部内壁设置有烘干机构,所述贴胶箱(1)的内壁通过轴承连接有等距离分布的第一转杆,且第一转杆的外壁分别固定有传送辊(10)和上胶辊(11),所述贴胶箱(1)的底部内壁固定有压紧机构,且贴胶箱(1)的一侧外壁通过铰链连接有箱门(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置,其特征在于,所述吸尘机构包括有风机(8)和集尘箱(13),且集尘箱(13)的顶部内壁和风机(8)的输出端通过法兰连接有同一个导尘管(9)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置,其特征在于,所述贴胶箱(1)的顶部内壁设置有吸尘盘(6),且吸尘盘(6)的一侧内壁和风机(8)的输入端通过法兰连接有同一个导管(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置,其特征在于,所述烘干机构包括有固定杆(14),且固定杆(14)的底部外壁设置有烘干灯(15)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置,其特征在于,所述压紧机构包括有立柱(12),且立柱(12)的一侧外壁通过轴承连接有第二转杆,第二转杆的外壁固定有压紧辊(5)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种铜箔胶带生产用贴胶压紧装置,其特征在于,还包括放置于贴胶箱(1)底部内壁的废料盒(17)。
