Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in particular, in the present embodiment, the bed body frame 110 includes a guardrail mounting portion 112, and the wheelchair bed further includes a guardrail 500, wherein the guardrail 500 is detachably disposed on the guardrail mounting portion 112 and limits the wheelchair 200 to the wheelchair space. The guardrail mounting part 112 is provided with a mounting hole, and the pin of the guardrail 500 can be inserted into the mounting hole from the upper part so as to complete the mounting work of the guardrail 500 on the guardrail mounting part 112. The guard rail 500 can protect the patient 1000, prevent the patient 1000 from falling off the wheelchair bed, and can further limit the wheelchair 200, thereby improving the stability of the patient 1000 in lying.
In addition, when the patient 1000 lies on the wheelchair bed, the lying angle of the patient 1000 can be adjusted, so that the back or the legs of the patient 1000 can be lifted. For example, as shown in fig. 1, a hand crank 600 is further disposed at the bed tail of the bed body 100, the hand crank 600 is connected with a screw rod, and the screw rod enables the back position or the leg position of the patient 1000 to be inclined from horizontal through a link mechanism. There are two hand grips 600 that control the lifting of the back and the lifting of the legs, respectively. The hand crank 600, the screw rod and the link mechanism, as well as the headboard 800 and the footboard 900 are all common parts of the existing nursing bed, and the functions are also common functions of the ordinary nursing bed, and are not described again here.
In addition, the wheelchair 200 is a transformation mechanism for changing the form of seating and leaning on into the form of lying or leaning on, the armrests 250 mounted on both sides of the wheelchair frame 210 by the slide fastener structure, and the universal caster 700 with brake mounted on the bottom of the wheelchair frame 210, and other mechanisms and components are common mechanisms and components in nursing beds or wheelchair beds in the general technology, and the common mechanisms are not improved in the present application, and thus are not described again.
The whole wheelchair bed is simple in structure and easy to operate, so that the whole wheelchair bed is not too high in cost and is more economical and practical.
The principle of the embodiment is as follows:
the wheelchair bed of this embodiment can solve the mobility problem of handicapped person, reduces the transfer process from the bed to wheelchair 200 before going to toilet, trip, and the falling that is carried or independently gets off the bed by the manual work and pounces on the risk, avoids moving in-process human and utensil friction simultaneously and produces and lead to skin damage. On the basis of the bed chair deformation function, around the clinical rehabilitation nursing requirements of patients with half disability and disability, the bed chair deformation and wheelchair motion control, back lifting, leg lifting and safety protection support functions are designed, so that the support is provided for reducing the labor intensity of nursing personnel, increasing the comfort of the nursing personnel and ensuring the safety of the nursing process.
Specifically, when the wheelchair 200 and the bed 100 are separated, the patient 1000 can be moved by the wheelchair 200. When the patient 1000 needs to lie on the bed, the patient 1000 may be changed to a state of lying on the wheelchair 200 (as shown in fig. 10), the armrest 250 is put down, and then the wheelchair 200 is pushed, so that the wheelchair 200 and the bed body 100 are changed into a split state, and the brakes of the casters 700 are stepped on, so that the wheelchair 200 is initially stabilized. Because the wheelchair space is entered from the side of the bed body 100, the wheelchair bed can have less operation space required in a ward, so that the occupation of excessive space is avoided, and the wheelchair bed is also convenient to observe when entering from the side, so that the patient 1000 is not rubbed with the bed body 100.
As shown in fig. 3 and 11, after the wheelchair 200 enters the wheelchair space from the bed 100, the caregiver can pull the lever handle 410 upward to close one end of the wheelchair frame 210, so that the locking device 400 is unlocked and the pin 421 is released from the first positioning hole 226. Then, the handle 221 can be held by hand, and the wheelchair frame 220 is pushed in the pushing direction a, and when the wheelchair frame 220 is changed from the first position (shown in fig. 10) to the second position (shown in fig. 12) with respect to the wheelchair frame 210, the restoring force of the spring 422 causes the pin 421 to be inserted into the second positioning hole 227, so as to maintain the stability of the position of the wheelchair frame 220. At this time, the wheelchair bed plate 220 abuts against the bed plate 120 (as shown in fig. 5), then the movable bed plate 300 is installed above the wheelchair frame 210, so that the wheelchair bed plate 220 is located between the movable bed plate 300 and the bed plate 120, and then the guardrail 500 is installed. The patient 1000 is integrally positioned in the center of the wheelchair bed, the activity spaces on the two sides are abundant, the lying position is not the splicing gap position between the bed plates, the patient can lie comfortably, the limb activity and the posture adjustment are facilitated, and the experience feeling is good.
When the position of the patient 1000 on the integral wheelchair bed needs to be moved so as to facilitate rehabilitation care of the patient 1000, the guardrail 500 and the movable bed plate 300 can be removed, the lever handle 410 is lifted to unlock the wheelchair bed plate 220, and then the caregiver can hold the handle 221 and pull the wheelchair bed plate 220, so that the wheelchair bed plate 220 can be moved to a position required by the caregiver, for example, directly moved to the first position and locked by the locking device 400. When the patient 1000 is to be moved, the armrest 250 is lifted, and the wheelchair 200 is set to a state in which the patient 1000 is seated.
In summary, the wheelchair bed of the present application saves the required space by assembling the wheelchair 200 on the side of the bed body 100; the wheelchair bed board 220 is pushed to slide relative to the wheelchair support 210 in the transverse direction, and then the movable bed board 300 is installed, so that the patient 1000 is positioned in the center of the wheelchair bed, the activity spaces at two sides are abundant, and the experience of the patient 1000 is good; and the position of the patient 1000 on the wheelchair bed can be changed by only moving the wheelchair bed plate 220, so that nursing is facilitated, the whole wheelchair 200 does not need to be moved out of the wheelchair space, and the operation is simple and convenient.

Claims (10)

1. A wheelchair bed is characterized by comprising a bed body, a wheelchair and a movable bed board;
the bed body comprises a bed body bracket and a bed body bed board, the bed body bed board is supported on the bed body bracket, and a wheelchair space for the wheelchair to transversely pass in and out is reserved on the bed body bracket;
the wheelchair comprises a wheelchair bracket and a wheelchair bed plate, wherein the wheelchair bed plate is connected with the wheelchair bracket and can transversely move relative to the wheelchair bracket;
the wheelchair bed has a splicing state that the wheelchair is spliced with the bed body and a split state that the wheelchair is separated from the bed body;
under the amalgamation state, the wheelchair gets into the wheelchair space, the wheelchair bed board for wheelchair support lateral shifting supports on the bed body support, activity bed board detachably installs on the wheelchair support, the wheelchair bed board be located the bed body bed board with between the activity bed board and with the bed body bed board with the activity bed board concatenation.
2. The wheelchair bed of claim 1 wherein the wheelchair further comprises a rail disposed on the wheelchair frame and a slider slidably disposed on the rail and fixedly connected to the wheelchair bed deck.
3. The wheelchair bed of claim 2 wherein the wheelchair bed deck includes a back rest portion, a hip seat portion and a leg rest portion pivotally connected in sequence, the slider being secured to the hip seat portion.
4. The wheelchair bed of claim 2 wherein the two ends of the guide rail are respectively provided with a first limiting member and a second limiting member, and the sliding block can be blocked by the first limiting member and the second limiting member when the sliding block is at the two ends of the guide rail.
5. The wheelchair bed of claim 1 wherein the wheelchair bed deck has a first position directly above the wheelchair frame and a second position diagonally above the wheelchair frame, the wheelchair further comprising a latch mechanism for locking the wheelchair bed deck in either the first or second position.
6. The wheelchair bed of claim 5 wherein the wheelchair bed has a first locating hole and a second locating hole formed therein, the latching device comprises a limit spring pin and a lever handle pivotally connected to the wheelchair frame, one end of the lever handle is connected to the limit spring pin, and the other end extends to the rim of the wheelchair frame, and the limit spring pin is inserted into the first locating hole when the wheelchair bed is in the first position; when the wheelchair bed plate is located at the second position, the limiting spring pin is inserted into the second positioning hole.
7. The wheelchair bed of claim 1 wherein the bed support includes a guide for receiving the bed plate of the wheelchair, the guide extending transversely of the bed.
8. A wheelchair bed as claimed in claim 7, wherein the bottom of the wheelchair bed is provided with universal balls by means of which the wheelchair bed can be moved along the guide plate.
9. The wheelchair bed of claim 1 wherein a handle is provided at the bottom edge of the wheelchair bed deck.
10. The wheelchair bed of claim 1 wherein the bed body support includes a guardrail mounting portion, the wheelchair bed further including a guardrail removably disposed to the guardrail mounting portion and limiting the wheelchair to the wheelchair space.
