Abstract
本发明公开了一种股骨柄假体,属于医疗器械领域。该股骨柄假体的柄身从其中部开始直至柄身末端被分叉通道设置成分叉结构,柄身末端还设置有尾箍,尾箍将分叉结构箍紧,且尾箍采用可生物降解材质。分叉结构包括2至5个分叉体。该分叉通道的分叉根部连接有圆弧形结构。还公开了一种包含该股骨柄假体的髋关节假体。本发明通过将柄身设置为分叉结构,通过可吸收材质的尾箍将其箍紧,使分叉体因被箍紧而产生残余应力,积蓄弹性势能。在股骨柄假体刚刚被植入时,柄身形状不变,随着尾箍渐渐被吸收,分叉体在弹性势能作用下,逐渐恢复未变形时的形状,产生其与骨界面的二次加固效果,从而提升股骨柄假体固定作用,达到良好使用效果,延长使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种股骨柄假体和髋关节假体。
背景技术
人工髋关节置换术是将髋关节假体(包含股骨柄假体、股骨头假体和髋臼假体)通过骨水泥和螺丝钉固定的方式固定在正常的骨质上,以取代病变的关节,重建患者髋关节的正常功能,是一种较为成熟可靠的治疗手段。股骨柄假体作为髋关节假体置换术中的一个重要部分,有着至关重要的作用,其植入的效果直接影响到关节功能的恢复程度。
目前现有的股骨柄假体主要是依靠人体或动物体自身的骨细胞生长,与股骨柄假体结合,达到固定的目的。但现有股骨柄假体在植入后与骨界面的短期固定和长期固定效果均不太理想。并且对于治疗宠物的髋关节疾病来说,目前国内外很少对适合宠物用的股骨柄假体进行研究。
本申请就是发明人针对现有股骨柄假体进行的改进,创设出一种新的股骨柄假体和髋关节假体,使其利用可吸收材质的特性,起到针对股骨柄假体在植入后的中后期二次加固的长期固定效果,提高假体使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种股骨柄假体,使其利用可吸收材质的特性,起到针对股骨柄假体在植入后的中后期二次加固的长期固定效果,提高假体使用寿命,从而克服现有的股骨柄假体的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种股骨柄假体,包括柄锥、柄颈和柄身,所述柄身从其中部开始直至柄身末端被分叉通道设置成分叉结构,所述柄身末端还设置有尾箍,所述尾箍将所述分叉结构箍紧,且所述尾箍采用可生物降解的材质。
进一步改进,所述尾箍采用金属镁材质。
进一步改进,所述分叉通道的分叉根部均连接有圆弧形结构。
进一步改进,所述分叉结构包括2至5个分叉体。
进一步改进,所述柄身被十字分叉通道分开成4个分叉体。
进一步改进,所述分叉通道的宽度为1mm~5mm,所述分叉体的长度为所述柄身长度的30%~80%。
进一步改进,所述柄身末端设置有用于套接所述尾箍的内凹结构,所述内凹结构使所述尾箍安装后外侧面与所述柄身外侧面平滑过渡。
进一步改进,所述尾箍的厚度为0.5mm~2mm,所述尾箍的高度为所述柄身长度的5%~10%。
进一步改进,所述柄身整体横截面为矩形,且所述矩形的四个边角为倒圆角。
进一步改进,所述倒圆角的圆角半径小于R1。
进一步改进,所述柄身的近端部内侧面呈内凹弧形设置,其外侧面呈平面设置,所述柄身的远端部内侧面和外侧面均呈锥度设置,所述柄身内侧面和外侧面之间的前后两侧面均呈锥度设置。
本发明还提供一种髋关节假体,其包括上述的股骨柄假体。
采用这样的设计后,本发明至少具有以下优点:
1.本发明股骨柄假体通过将柄身设置为分叉结构,还通过采用可吸收材质的尾箍将其箍紧,使柄身分叉体因被箍紧变形而产生残余应力,积蓄弹性势能,则该股骨柄假体在刚刚被植入时,柄身形状不变,随着尾箍的渐渐被吸收,柄身分叉结构的分叉体在弹性势能作用下,逐渐恢复未变形时的形状,产生其与骨界面的二次加固效果,从而提升该股骨柄假体的固定作用,达到良好的使用效果。
2.还通过在分叉通道的分叉根部设置圆弧形结构,不仅能起到防止应力集中对柄身结构的损坏,延长股骨柄假体的使用寿命,还能便于尾箍的安装,方便实用。
3.还通过对分叉体形状特征和尾箍形状特征的合理设置,能更好的实现分叉体积蓄弹性势能,又能更好的实现弹性势能释放,最终达到良好的假体固定效果。
4.本发明股骨柄假体适合用于人体患者,尤其适用于宠物患者,能够实现良好的初始固定和长期固定,使患者尽快下地活动,并且使用寿命长,为提升人工髋关节假体置换术的手术成功率提供可靠保证。

具体实施方式
本发明是对现有髋关节假体中的股骨柄假体进行的改进,使其能良好的实现髋关节假体植入后中后期的二次加固作用,提高假体使用寿命。其具体的改进实施例叙述如下。
参照附图1和2所示,本实施例股骨柄假体,包括柄锥1、柄颈2和柄身3,该柄身3从其中部开始直至柄身末端被分叉通道4设置成分叉结构,即柄身3被分裂成至少两个分叉体6。
本实施例中,该柄身3被十字分叉通道4分开成4个均匀设置的分叉体6。当然,分叉体6的个数可以为2个、3个、4个或更多个,不过从实际应用看,以不超过5个为宜,防止分叉过多出现对柄身强度降低过多的问题。
该柄身3的末端还设置有尾箍7,该尾箍7能将该分叉结构箍紧,使柄身的分叉体6末端靠拢,这样各个分叉体6会产生残余应力,从而积蓄弹性势能。
为了不影响柄身3整体形状,该柄身3的末端设置有用于套接尾箍7的内凹结构。该内凹结构使尾箍7在安装后,其外侧面与柄身外侧面平滑过渡。
该尾箍7采用可生物降解的材质制成,如采用金属镁材质制成,在植入后会被组织逐渐吸收。这样在股骨柄假体被植入后的中后期,随着尾箍7的渐渐被吸收,柄身的分叉体6在弹性势能作用下,逐渐恢复未变形时的形状,如附图3和4所示,产生其与骨界面的二次加固效果,固定作用加强,使用效果良好。
本申请中分叉体6的形状特征是重要的设计点,其中分叉体6之间的间隙和分叉体6的长度设置至关重要。本实施例中该分叉体6之间的间隙,即分叉通道4的宽度应为1mm~5mm。若宽度过宽时,柄身3合拢时的变形空间就很大,在用尾箍7将其箍紧时,柄身3就会产生很大的变形。但是由于柄身3属于金属材料制成,当其产生过大变形时,可能会发生塑性变形,这样塑性变形后的柄身将无法恢复到原始状态,从而失去了二次加固的作用。而当宽度过窄时,柄身3被合拢后的变形过小,在尾箍7被吸收后,柄身3的形状基本没有什么变化,从而也会失去二次加固的效果。
该分叉体6的长度应为柄身3长度的30%~80%之间。分叉体6的长度过长,对柄身结构的损伤就会很大,在假体植入后,由于受到复杂的力学环境影响,可能会导致柄身断裂,从而导致假体失效。而分叉体6的长度过短时,柄身3变形的难度会增大,从而导致安装尾箍7会非常困难,即使能够安装成功,也可能因为内含的弹性势能过大,导致尾箍7被崩开的现象发生。
另外,尾箍7的形状特征也很重要,尾箍7在本申请中起着重要的过渡作用,早期箍紧柄身末端,中期被逐渐吸收,后期随着厚度的减薄无法抵抗弹性势能而被撑开,让柄身3的分叉体6回复原始形状,产生二次加固的效果。
为了达到如上目的,尾箍7的厚度和高度设计尤为重要。本实施例中尾箍7的厚度宜在0.5mm~2mm之间。若尾箍7厚度太厚,分叉体6的尾端就会变的很细小,在尾箍7被吸收后,分叉体6末端可能会出现断裂风险;若尾箍7厚度太薄,在初期安装时就可能被撑破或被撑变形,从而不能使分叉体6变形。
该尾箍7的高度应为柄身3长度的5%~10%。如果尾箍7的长度过长,那么分叉体6尾端被削去的材料就会过多,尾箍7被吸收后,分叉体6回复的变形量后无法弥补尾箍7的厚度,就会完全失去了二次加固的效果。但尾箍7长度过短,仍然会产生箍不住或被撑变形的结果。当然,尾箍7的厚度和长度设计要与分叉体6的间隙宽度和长度设计相匹配。
较优实施例为,该分叉通道4的分叉根部连接有圆弧形结构5。该圆弧形结构5能防止应力集中,避免对柄身结构产生损坏。同时,由于该结构的存在,使得各分叉体6更容易发生变形,尾箍7也易于安装,从而更易于积蓄弹性势能。
还有,该柄身3整体横截面为矩形,且该矩形的四个边角为倒圆角。该圆角半径应小于R1,使柄身边缘保证足够的尖锐,可以起到牢固的固定效果。并且根据wolf定律,柄身3边缘的尖点能产生集中应力,促进骨组织生长。该柄身3的整体结构还能很好的防止假体旋转,抗旋转力强。
该柄身3的近端部内侧面呈内凹弧形设置,其外侧面呈平面设置,该柄身3的远端部内侧面和外侧面均呈锥度设置,该柄身内侧面和外侧面之间的前后两侧面均呈锥度设置。则该柄身3整体呈近端部大,远端部小的双锥度设计,利于植入。
本发明股骨柄假体在刚刚植入到体内时,有尾箍7固定,形状保持不变,随着镁金属逐渐被降解吸收,尾箍7将逐渐消失,从而失去固定作用。柄身的分叉体6在弹性势能的作用下逐渐恢复成未变形时的形状,则在股骨柄假体植入的中后期出现二次强固定效果,效果良好,使用寿命延长。
本发明股骨柄假体和由其组成的髋关节假体能用于人体髋关节疾病的治疗,更能用于宠物髋关节疾病的治疗,能尽快帮助宠物下地活动,并且使用寿命长。

1.一种股骨柄假体,包括柄锥、柄颈和柄身,其特征在于,所述柄身从其中部开始直至柄身末端被分叉通道设置成分叉结构,所述柄身末端还设置有尾箍,所述尾箍将所述分叉结构箍紧,且所述尾箍采用可生物降解材质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的股骨柄假体,其特征在于,所述尾箍采用金属镁材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的股骨柄假体,其特征在于,所述分叉通道的分叉根部均连接有圆弧形结构。
