Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a user positioning method according to some embodiments of the present application. In the process, from the perspective of the device, the execution main body is mainly a network device, for example, a server providing a WiFi hotspot information service, there may be a plurality of servers, and different servers may respectively execute part of the steps, and in addition, a corresponding terminal may also be allowed to execute part of the steps, and the terminal is, for example, a device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an intelligent watch, or an intelligent bracelet of the user. The application client of the WiFi hotspot information providing service is installed on the terminal, and the user can use the WiFi hotspot information providing service through the application client, and if the terminal is required to execute some steps, the steps may be specifically executed by the application client, or executed by a third party client in cooperation with the application client, and the like.
The process in fig. 1 may include the following steps:
s102: and acquiring the characteristics of the user to be positioned, which are provided by the third party.
In some embodiments of the present application, the features include, for example, at least one of: gender, age, occupation, hobbies, region, name, account number, device used, biometric information, etc. The used device is specifically represented by a mobile phone device code, a mobile phone physical address, a mobile phone number and the like, and the biometric information includes blood type, fingerprint, palm print, iris, voiceprint, human face and the like.
S104: and acquiring information of a user receiving the WiFi hotspot information to provide service, and identifying the user according to the characteristics of the user to be positioned so as to determine the user to be positioned.
In some embodiments of the present application, the user who receives the WiFi hotspot information providing service refers to: at least some registered users of the WiFi hotspot information providing service. These users may be indexed according to their information (such as user names, etc.), and may also contain other characteristics of these users for further attempting to identify and determine the user to be located among these users.
In some embodiments of the present application, the terminal and/or the server can acquire, through a specific means, characteristics exhibited by the user on the terminal, such as actively-entered personal information (e.g., account registration information, photos, voice recordings, chat records, etc.), behavior tracks (e.g., location information, application operation records, etc.). Specific means include, for example, self-recording of the application, authorized sharing of third-party applications, assistance of communication carriers, and the like.
S106: and monitoring the service condition of the WiFi hotspot information providing service.
The execution sequence of steps S104 and S106 is not limited in the present application, and may be that after the user to be positioned is determined, the target is definitely monitored directionally according to the determined user to be positioned; or, the monitoring may be performed generally, and identification is performed in the monitoring process to try to determine the user to be positioned; and so on. Generally, the former scheme is relatively suitable for the situation that the user to be positioned is the user who receives the service of the WiFi hotspot information originally, and the latter scheme is relatively suitable for the situation that the user to be positioned is not the user who receives the service of the WiFi hotspot information, but may become the user.
S108: and when the determined user to be positioned uses the WiFi hotspot information to provide service, generating corresponding prompt information so that the third party can determine the position information of the user to be positioned.
In some embodiments of the present application, when a user to be located uses a WiFi hotspot information providing service, a terminal used by the user may attempt to connect to or already connect to a certain WiFi hotspot shared by the WiFi hotspot information providing service. For the service providing of the WiFi hotspot information, based on the previous acquisition work, the position of the WiFi hotspot is generally known, and the current position information of the user to be positioned can be estimated accordingly, and because the coverage range of a single WiFi hotspot is relatively small (generally, within a range of several meters to several tens of meters in radius), the estimated position information is relatively accurate, which is beneficial to accurately positioning the user to be positioned.
The application client on the terminal can actively report the current position information of the user to be positioned and other information which is helpful for assisting the positioning, such as corresponding time information, the current use condition of other programs on the terminal (for example, during a call, during a short message sending, during an instant message sending by using a chat application, during a payment application, or during a video watching application, and the like), the nearby traffic condition, and the like.
In some embodiments of the present application, the prompt message may include the above-mentioned information that helps to assist positioning, and the prompt message may be sent to a third party for use in time. More intelligently, if the condition exists, the server can be matched with other devices nearby the user to be positioned for further positioning. For example, a video picture of the user to be positioned is locked by matching with a monitoring camera near the position of the user to be positioned, so that more accurate visual positioning is realized; for example, the communication equipment which is dispatched near the position of the user to be positioned is matched to perform automatic alarm and the like; and so on.
Through the method of fig. 1, a service can be provided based on WiFi hotspot information to assist a third party, such as a network security department, a public inspection organization, etc., in locating a user to be located, such as a criminal suspect, a criminal, etc., thereby expanding the application scenarios of the WiFi hotspot information providing service and showing the advantage that the WiFi hotspot information providing service has a relatively strong user real-time information acquisition capability.
Based on the method of fig. 1, some embodiments of the present application also provide some specific embodiments of the method, and further embodiments, which are explained below.
In practical applications, the third party may know the general area where the user to be located is located, for example, know that the user to be located is active in a certain province or city, or is active in a certain area of a certain city, etc. In this case, monitoring may be performed mainly for the approximate area in order to reduce monitoring cost and improve monitoring efficiency. Based on this, for step S102, in addition to the characteristics of the user to be positioned provided by the third party, information of the region to be monitored (for example, the above-mentioned approximate region) provided by the third party may be obtained; correspondingly, for step S106, monitoring the usage of the WiFi hotspot information providing service may include: and monitoring the service condition of the WiFi hotspot information providing service in the region to be monitored according to the information of the region to be monitored.
In some embodiments of the present application, the number of users served by WiFi hotspot information is typically large, and the user to be located may also be one of them. The identification screening can be tried in the users to try to determine the user to be positioned, and if the user to be positioned is successfully determined, the targeted and definite directional monitoring is performed, so that the resource waste caused by large-scale blind monitoring is avoided. In this case, for example, step S104 may be executed first, and then step S106 is executed after the user to be located is successfully determined, and for step S106, the monitoring the use condition of the WiFi hotspot information providing service may include: and monitoring the service condition of the WiFi hotspot information providing service according to the identified user to be positioned.
In some embodiments of the present application, considering that the user to be located is not necessarily the user who receives the service provided by the WiFi hotspot information currently, but may become such a user later, the monitoring according to the characteristics of the user to be located may also be started before the attempt to determine the user to be located has not been started or the user to be located has not been successfully determined. In this case, for example, step S106 may be executed first, and then step S104 is executed, and the acquiring information of the user of the WiFi hotspot information providing service may include: and in the process of monitoring the use condition of the WiFi hotspot information providing service, acquiring the information of the user using the WiFi hotspot information providing service.
In some embodiments of the present application, for step S108, the generating the corresponding prompt information may include: obtaining the position information of the user to be positioned through a client providing service through the WiFi hotspot information used by the user to be positioned; and generating corresponding prompt information according to the position information and informing the third party. For example, the terminal may report the current location information, and reporting may be performed before or after the monitoring is hit, which is not limited in this respect. In addition, the terminal may also report other information that assists in positioning, in addition to the position information.
In practical applications, the solution of fig. 1 often relates more to the server, and based on the same idea, each corresponding terminal may also have its own complete set of logic to assist positioning, which is described with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another user positioning method according to some embodiments of the present application, which is described from a terminal perspective, where the process may be performed on multiple terminals respectively, and in addition, if it is known that a user to be positioned uses a fixed terminal, the process may be performed only on the fixed terminal as much as possible, so as to avoid disturbing other terminals.
The flow in fig. 2 may include the following steps:
s202: and providing a WiFi hotspot information providing service, and collecting the characteristics of a user using the WiFi hotspot information providing service.
S204: and according to the collected characteristics and the characteristics of the users to be positioned provided by the server, determining the users to be positioned from the users which have been used locally by the client and/or are currently using the WiFi hotspot information to provide services.
In some embodiments of the present application, an attempt may be made to determine a user to be located among the users by feature comparison. In addition, in order to reduce the burden on the terminal, the feature comparison may be performed by the server, and the result may be returned to the terminal.
S206: if the determined user to be positioned locally uses the WiFi hotspot information to provide services at the client, reporting the position information of the user to be positioned to a server so that a third party can determine the position information of the user to be positioned.
By the method of fig. 2, the service can be provided based on the WiFi hotspot information, and the third party, such as a network security department, a public inspection organization, and the like, can be assisted to locate the user to be located, such as a criminal suspect, a criminal, and the like, so that the application scenario of the WiFi hotspot information providing service is expanded, and the advantage that the WiFi hotspot information providing service has a relatively strong user real-time information acquisition capability is shown.
In light of the foregoing description, for convenience of understanding, some embodiments of the present application further provide a schematic diagram of a specific implementation of the user location method in a practical application scenario, as shown in fig. 3. In this scenario, it is assumed that a terminal of a user to be located and at least one server (including a monitoring system and a user image recognition system) of a WiFi hotspot information providing service party assist a third party in locating.
The process in fig. 3 mainly includes the following steps:
the third party provides the WiFi hotspot information providing service party with the characteristics of the user to be positioned;
the user image identification system identifies the user receiving the WiFi hot spot information providing service according to the characteristics provided by the third party so as to try to determine the user to be positioned;
whether the user to be positioned is successfully determined or not, the user image recognition system can give a relatively clear indication to the monitoring system (for example, the monitoring system is configured to store monitoring data), and the monitoring system monitors each terminal with a corresponding client directionally or generally according to the indication (the monitoring action can be actually executed by the terminal in an agent manner in response to the indication of the monitoring system, so that the burden of the monitoring system can be reduced);
supposing that a user to be positioned uses WiFi hot spot information to provide services through a client on a certain terminal, namely the user can be monitored by a monitoring system;
the client may report the location information (e.g., the location information of the terminal) of the user to be located to the monitoring system;
the monitoring system can automatically inform a third party according to the information reported by the client and provide corresponding prompt information;
and the third party can perform actions aiming at the user to be positioned in time according to the notification, for example, quickly go to a corresponding position to capture the user to be positioned and the like.
Based on the same idea, some embodiments of the present application further provide a device and a non-volatile computer storage medium and apparatus corresponding to the above method.
