Preparing a clean repairing sheet material which is the same as the insulating layer material and has a flat and smooth surface; the thickness of the repairing sheet is about 110% of the nominal thickness of the insulating layer, the width of the repairing sheet is at least one circle of cladding of the bare copper conductor to be repaired, and the length of the repairing sheet is about 10% longer than that of the completely cladded bare copper conductor.
Thirdly, connecting a power line, setting the temperature according to the melting technological parameters of the repairing sheet, heating the cable mould 2 until the temperature is stable, and setting the crimping time.
And fourthly, coating the bare copper conductor to be repaired with the repairing sheet, and flatly and longitudinally coating a layer of high-temperature polyester tape outside, wherein the length of the polyester tape is greater than the width of the compression mould, and two ends of the polyester tape are exposed. First-time crimping repair, smoothly placing the processed crimping repair piece in a cable repair hole 4 of a cable mold 2 (the aperture of the cable repair hole 4 is 10% larger than the diameter of a wire), carrying out melt crimping and sufficient cooling, taking out the crimping repair piece for deburring treatment, observing that the seam at the repaired position is complete, and observing whether obvious defects and copper leakage phenomena exist; and (3) second crimping and repairing, namely wrapping the flawless cable repaired for the first time with a high-temperature polyester film, smoothly placing a repairing piece on the selected cable repairing hole 4 with the diameter as large as the diameter of the cable, performing second crimping and repairing, taking out the repaired cable to remove burrs overflowing from crimping, and observing the seaming condition again. And (4) carrying out spark machine test and immersion voltage-withstanding test inspection on the repaired part subjected to secondary compression joint trimming according to the voltage-withstanding voltage of the insulated wire core, wherein the repaired part is qualified if no breakdown phenomenon exists.
