Specifically, the server acquires the positioning information of the target wearable device in real time during the working period of the staff, starts timing when the positioning information of the target wearable device does not change within the target working time, acquires the acceleration value of the target wearable device when the timing duration exceeds a first preset threshold value, and then judges whether the acceleration value is abnormal or not according to the change trend of the acceleration value. For example, when the value of the acceleration value is always zero within the first preset time period, the acceleration value is considered to be abnormal, the employee may be suspected not to wear the target wearable device at this time, in order to prevent the employee from unauthorized going out, the target wearable device is placed in the target work area to avoid attendance management, and the server may send a request for obtaining the biometric information of the employee to the target wearable device unauthorized when the employee is suspected not to wear the target wearable device and leave the work area.
The target wearable device can send prompt information after receiving a request sent by the server to acquire the biological feature information of the employee, for example, the server can prompt the employee to perform fingerprint verification or face image verification in a vibration mode, if the server does not receive the biological feature information (fingerprint information, face image and the like) returned by the target wearable device within a second preset time period, the employee is considered to leave the work area without authorization, at the moment, the employee leaving information can be recorded, and the leaving information is sent to the mobile terminal associated with the target wearable device. The mobile terminal associated with the target wearable device may be a mobile terminal of a superior manager corresponding to the employee, which is then manually verified by the superior manager.
When receiving the biological characteristic information returned by the target wearable device within a second preset time period, judging whether the biological characteristic information is matched with the target wearable device, if so, indicating that the employee does not leave the working area without authorization, and monitoring the change of the positioning information of the target wearable device again; if the information is not matched with the information, the information is that other people replace the real biological characteristic information input by the staff, at the moment, the staff is still considered to leave the work area without permission, and the off-duty information of the staff is recorded.
The server can generate an attendance table of the employee according to the attendance information, the positioning information, the off-duty information, the target working time and the target working area of the employee so as to manage the work of the employee. The attendance sheet of the employee may include attendance date, target work time, actual work time (obtained from the check-in information), target work area, actual work area (obtained from the positioning information), off-duty information, and the like.
In the embodiment, the positioning information and the acceleration value of the target wearable device are obtained, so that the situation that the target wearable device is placed in a target working area by a worker and then the worker leaves the work area without authorization can be prevented, the management safety is improved, and management flaws are avoided; meanwhile, when the employee is suspected to leave the post without permission, whether the employee has the behavior of leaving the post without permission after the target wearable device is placed in the target working area or not is further confirmed by requesting to acquire the biological characteristic information of the employee, the situation that the employee takes the target wearable device due to special reasons is prevented from being mistakenly considered as the behavior of leaving the post without permission, and the management accuracy is further improved.
It should be understood that, in the foregoing embodiments, the sequence numbers of the steps do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of the steps should be determined by functions and internal logic, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram schematically illustrating the structure of an embodiment of an employee management apparatus according to the present invention, the employee management apparatus including:
the system comprises a transceiving module 10, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the transceiving module is used for acquiring ID information and positioning information of a target wearable device and sign-in information input by an employee on the target wearable device, and the sign-in information comprises sign-in category, sign-in time and biological characteristic information of the employee;
the judging module 20 is configured to judge whether the ID information of the target wearable device matches the ID information of the employee according to the biometric information and a preset employee information base;
the information acquisition module 30 is configured to acquire a target working time and a target working area of the employee according to the ID information of the target wearable device when the ID information of the target wearable device matches the ID information of the employee;
and the management module 40 is used for managing the staff according to the positioning information, the check-in information, the target working time and the target working area.
Further, the system also comprises an extraction module 50, a screening module 60 and a relationship establishing module 70;
the transceiver module 10 is further configured to obtain a service request form generated and sent by the mobile terminal;
an extracting module 50, configured to extract a target working time and a target working area in the service request sheet;
the screening module 60 is used for screening all the employees to obtain candidate employees according to the target working time;
the transceiver module 10 is further configured to send the target working time and the target working area to candidate wearable devices, where the candidate wearable devices are wearable devices corresponding to the candidate employees respectively;
the transceiver module 10 is further configured to receive response information returned by the candidate wearable devices, and determine a target wearable device according to a time sequence of receiving the response information;
the transceiver module 10 is further configured to send acknowledgement information to the target wearable device;
a relationship establishing module 70, configured to establish a corresponding relationship between the ID information of the target wearable device and the target working time and the target working area.
Further, a timing module 80 and a recording module 90 are included:
a timing module 80, configured to start timing when the positioning information is not changed within the target working time;
the transceiver module 10 is further configured to acquire an acceleration value of the target wearable device when the timed duration exceeds a first preset threshold;
the transceiver module 10 is further configured to send a request to acquire biometric information to the target wearable device when the acceleration value is determined to be abnormal according to the variation trend of the acceleration value within a first preset time period;
the recording module 90 is used for recording the off-duty information of the employee when the biological characteristic information returned by the target wearable device is not received within a second preset time period;
the judging module 20 is further configured to, when receiving the biometric information returned by the target wearable device within a second preset time period, judge whether the biometric information is matched with the target wearable device according to a preset employee information base;
the judging module 20 is further configured to, when the biometric information matches the target wearable device, judge whether the positioning information changes again;
and the recording module 90 is further configured to record the off-duty information of the employee when the biometric information does not match the target wearable device.
Further, the transceiver module 10 is further configured to acquire leave asking information input by the employee on the target wearable device;
the transceiver module 10 is further configured to send the leave asking information to a mobile terminal associated with the target wearable device;
the recording module 90 is further configured to record the leave asking information when the mobile terminal returns the confirmation information;
the transceiver module 10 is further configured to send the confirmation information to the target wearable device.
Further, the transceiver module 10 is further configured to receive, within the target working time, the heart rate of the employee monitored and uploaded by the target wearable device;
the transceiver module 10 is further configured to send, when the heart rate is abnormal, a reminder and the positioning information of the target wearable device to a mobile terminal associated with the target wearable device, and send a trigger message to the target wearable device, so that the target wearable device triggers alarm information according to the trigger message.
The specific manner in which each module in this embodiment performs operations has been described in detail in relation to the embodiment of the method, and will not be elaborated upon here.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the employee management method described above.
All or part of the flow in the control method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by instructing related hardware through a computer program, where the computer program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the above method embodiments may be implemented. Claims (10)

1. An employee management method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining ID information and positioning information of target wearable equipment and sign-in information input by staff on the target wearable equipment, wherein the sign-in information comprises sign-in categories, sign-in time and biological characteristic information of the staff;
judging whether the ID information of the target wearable device is matched with the ID information of the staff or not according to the biological characteristic information and a preset staff information base;
if yes, acquiring the target working time and the target working area of the employee according to the ID information of the target wearable device;
and managing the staff according to the positioning information, the check-in information, the target working time and the target working area.
2. The employee management method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining ID information, location information, and check-in information entered by the employee on the wearable device further comprises:
acquiring a service request sheet generated and sent by a mobile terminal;
extracting target working time and target working area in the service request list;
screening all employees to obtain candidate employees according to the target working time;
sending the target working time and the target working area to candidate wearable devices, wherein the candidate wearable devices are wearable devices corresponding to the candidate employees respectively;
receiving response information returned by the candidate wearable devices, and determining a target wearable device according to the time sequence of the received response information;
and sending confirmation information to the target wearable device, and establishing the corresponding relation between the ID information of the target wearable device and the target working time and the target working area.
3. The employee management method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the target work time and the target work area of the employee according to the ID information of the target wearable device further includes:
in the target working time, when the positioning information is not changed, timing is started;
when the timing duration exceeds a first preset threshold value, acquiring an acceleration value of the target wearable device;
according to the variation trend of the acceleration value within a first preset time period, when the acceleration value is judged to be abnormal, a request for acquiring biological characteristic information is sent to the target wearable device;
when the biological characteristic information returned by the target wearable device is not received within a second preset time period, recording off-duty information of the employee;
when receiving the biological characteristic information returned by the target wearable device within a second preset time period, judging whether the biological characteristic information is matched with the target wearable device or not according to a preset staff information base, and if so, monitoring the change of the positioning information again; and if not, recording the off-duty information of the employee.
4. The employee management method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the target work time and the target work area of the employee according to the ID information of the target wearable device further comprises:
receiving the heart rate of the employee monitored and uploaded by the target wearable device within the target working time;
when the heart rate is abnormal, sending reminding information and positioning information of the target wearable device to a mobile terminal associated with the target wearable device, and sending triggering information to the target wearable device, so that the target wearable device triggers alarm information according to the triggering information.
5. An employee management device, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving and sending module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the receiving and sending module is used for acquiring ID information and positioning information of target wearable equipment and sign-in information input by staff on the target wearable equipment, and the sign-in information comprises sign-in categories, sign-in time and biological characteristic information of the staff;
the judging module is used for judging whether the ID information of the target wearable device is matched with the ID information of the staff or not according to the biological characteristic information and a preset staff information base;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the target working time and the target working area of the employee according to the ID information of the target wearable device when the ID information of the target wearable device is matched with the ID information of the employee;
and the management module is used for managing the staff according to the positioning information, the check-in information, the target working time and the target working area.
6. The employee management device according to claim 5, further comprising an extraction module, a screening module, and a relationship establishing module;
the receiving and sending module is also used for acquiring a service request list generated and sent by the mobile terminal;
the extraction module is used for extracting the target working time and the target working area in the service request list;
the screening module is used for screening all the employees to obtain candidate employees according to the target working time;
the transceiver module is further configured to send the target working time and the target working area to candidate wearable devices, where the candidate wearable devices are wearable devices corresponding to the candidate employees respectively;
the transceiver module is further configured to receive response information returned by the candidate wearable devices, and determine a target wearable device according to the time sequence of receiving the response information;
the transceiver module is further configured to send acknowledgement information to the target wearable device;
the relation establishing module is used for establishing the corresponding relation between the ID information of the target wearable device and the target working time and the target working area.
7. An employee management device according to claim 5 or 6, further comprising a timing module and a logging module:
the timing module is used for starting timing when the positioning information is not changed within the target working time;
the transceiver module is further used for acquiring an acceleration value of the target wearable device when the timing duration exceeds a first preset threshold;
the transceiver module is further configured to send a request for obtaining biometric information to the target wearable device when the acceleration value is judged to be abnormal according to the variation trend of the acceleration value within a first preset time period;
the recording module is used for recording off-duty information of the employee when the biological characteristic information returned by the target wearable device is not received within a second preset time period;
the judgment module is further used for judging whether the biological characteristic information is matched with the target wearable device or not according to a preset staff information base when the biological characteristic information returned by the target wearable device is received within a second preset time period;
the judging module is further used for judging whether the positioning information changes again when the biological characteristic information is matched with the target wearable device;
the recording module is further used for recording the off-duty information of the employee when the biological characteristic information is not matched with the target wearable device.
8. The employee management device according to claim 5, further comprising a recording module;
the receiving and sending module is further used for acquiring leave asking information input by the employee on the target wearable device;
the transceiver module is further configured to send the leave asking information to a mobile terminal associated with the target wearable device;
the recording module is further configured to record the leave asking information when the mobile terminal returns the confirmation information;
the transceiver module is further configured to send the confirmation information to the target wearable device.
9. An employee management device according to claim 5,
the transceiver module is further used for receiving the heart rate of the employee, which is monitored and uploaded by the target wearable device, within the target working time;
the transceiver module is further configured to send, when the heart rate is abnormal, a reminder and the positioning information of the target wearable device to a mobile terminal associated with the target wearable device, and send a trigger to the target wearable device, so that the target wearable device triggers alarm information according to the trigger.
