技术领域
本发明涉及通信设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子设备。
背景技术
随着用户需求的提升,电子设备的性能越来越优化。目前,电子设备向着屏幕占比越来越大的方向发展,如何增大电子设备的屏幕占比是当前终端生产厂商研发的重点。
但是,电子设备的前置摄像头通常布置在显示屏的一侧,会占据电子设备较大的板面空间,最终会影响电子设备的屏幕占比。基于此,挖孔屏成为当前电子设备较为常用的一种有效解决方案。在不影响设置在显示屏下方的摄像头正常拍摄的前提下,显示屏的开孔尺寸会尽量小。
目前较多的电子设备采用液晶显示屏等需要背光源的屏幕,此种情况下,开孔需贯通液晶显示屏和背光源。我们知道,背光源的发光体设置在背光源的一端,而开孔位置则在背光源的另一端。发光体投射的光线会沿着背光源的导光板传输,并在导光板用于形成开孔的边缘发生反射,由于导光板形成开孔的边缘距液晶显示屏的显示区域的距离较小,因此在显示区域能够看到更多的反射光,从而造成显示区域视觉上的漏光现象,最终会影响电子设备的显示性能。
发明内容
本发明公开一种电子设备,以解决目前的电子设备的背光源开孔存在漏光的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种电子设备,包括显示屏和摄像头,所述显示屏包括背光源和显示组件,所述背光源设置在所述显示组件的内侧,所述背光源开设有拍摄孔,所述摄像头设置在所述显示屏的内侧,且所述摄像头的镜头朝向所述拍摄孔,所述显示组件包括阻光边框,所述显示组件上被所述阻光边框围成的区域为透光区域,所述透光区域与所述拍摄孔相对设置,所述显示组件包括阻光带,所述阻光带设置在所述阻光边框的外侧,所述背光源包括发光体和导光板,所述发光体朝向所述导光板的侧面、且通过所述侧面射入光线,所述导光板具有朝向所述拍摄孔的表面。
本发明采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本发明公开的电子设备对现有技术中电子设备的结构实施改进,使得显示组件包括阻光带,使得阻光带位于用于围成透光区域的外侧,导光板朝向拍摄孔的表面能够将进入到导光板内的部分光线全反射出,阻光带设置在这部分光线的反射路径上,最终能够避免光线通过下显示组件射出电子设备的显示屏之外,最终能够避免这部分光线射出导致的漏光现象。

请参考图1-图4,本发明实施例公开一种电子设备,所公开的电子设备包括显示屏和摄像头300。显示屏包括背光源100和显示组件200,背光源100设置在显示组件200的内侧。背光源100为显示屏的光源部分,背光源100为显示组件200的画面显示提供光线,从而实现显示组件200显示内容。
由于背光源100为不透光结构组件,在本发明实施例中,背光源100开设有拍摄孔B。摄像头300设置在显示屏的内侧,从而形成屏下式摄像头。摄像头300的镜头310朝向拍摄孔B。
在本发明实施例中,显示组件200包括阻光边框210和阻光带220,显示组件200上被阻光边框210围成的区域为透光区域C,透光区域C与拍摄孔B相对设置。在此种情况下,镜头310与拍摄孔B和透光区域C相对设置,从而使得摄像头300能够通过拍摄孔B和透光区域C实现拍摄。
阻光带220设置在阻光边框210的外侧。在本发明实施例中,背光源100包括发光体140和导光板121。
发光体140为背光源100的发光部件,发光体140设置在光学组件120的一侧。发光体140通常为LED发光体,LED发光体具有发热量较低、能耗较低及寿命较长能优点。发光体140设置在导光板121的侧面,发光体140发出的光线可以通过导光板121的侧面射入导光板121,从而在导光板121的作用下形成面光源。导光板121具有朝向拍摄孔B的表面,阻光带220吸收经导光板121朝向拍摄孔B的表面反射的光线。阻光带220能够起到阻光的作用。
在电子设备的工作过程中,发光体140投射的光线可导光板121朝向拍摄孔B的表面全反射出,如图3中箭头所示。这部分被反射出的光线经过显示组件200后最终射出电子设备之外,最终导致电子设备的显示屏产生漏光现象。本发明实施例公开电子设备中,阻光带220设置在阻光边框210的外侧,最终处于被全反射的光线的反射路径上,起到阻挡的作用。
本发明实施例公开的电子设备对现有技术中电子设备的结构实施改进,使得显示组件200包括阻光带220,使得阻光带220位于用于围成透光区域C的外侧,导光板121朝向拍摄孔B的表面能够将进入到导光板121内的部分光线全反射出,阻光带220设置在这部分光线的反射路径上,最终能够避免光线通过下显示组件200射出电子设备的显示屏之外,最终能够避免这部分光线射出导致的漏光现象。
在本发明实施例中,背光源100还可以包括支撑框110和光学组件120。光学组件120为背光源100的主体部分,光学组件120能够实现对发光体140发出的光线进行调节,从而实现为显示组件200提供光线。在本发明实施例中,光学组件120包括依次叠置在支撑框110内的导光板121、扩散片122和增亮膜,支撑框110能够为光学组件120提供外围防护。支撑框110可以为胶框,也可以为铁框。具体的,导光板121、扩散片122和增亮膜一起堆叠形成的整体被固定在支撑框110内。
光线进入到导光板121中之后,在导光板121的传导作用下进行传导,并最终通过导光板121而射入到扩散片122中。扩散片122能够对光线起到扩散的作用,从而使得光学组件120最终发出的光线更加均匀。
增亮膜能够对经过扩散片122光线进行光学处理,从而达到增亮的目的,其增量过程为现有技术,在此不再赘述。增亮膜通常包括依次堆叠的下增亮膜123和上增亮膜124。在此种情况下,导光板121、扩散片122、下增亮膜123和上增亮膜124依次堆叠在支撑框110围成的空间内。
在本发明实施例中,光学组件120开设有贯穿其厚度方向的避让孔A,支撑框110的部分位于避让孔A中,支撑框110位于避让孔A内的部位围成拍摄孔B。上述通过支撑框110位于避让孔A中部分围成拍摄孔B,无疑能够避免支撑框110内安装的光学组件120对拍摄的影响。
在本发明实施例中,阻光带220的种类可以有多种,具体的,阻光带220可以为遮光油墨层(例如黑色油墨层)或反射层。反射层能够将投射到其上的光线反射,最终能够避免光线的通过,反射层的反射面朝向背光源100。具体的,反射层可以是金属镀层,例如镀银层、镀铝层等。
由于导光板121用于形成避让孔A的表面中背离发光体140的区域对光线产生全反射,进而导致漏光。因此在更为优选的方案中,阻光带220可以沿避让孔A的边缘延伸,阻光带220的宽度可以在远离发光体140的方向上逐渐减小,从而形成如图4所示的结构。此种结构无需大面积的阻光带220,无疑更方便设置。
在本发明实施例中,光学组件120还可以包括反射膜125,反射膜125叠置在导光板121背离扩散片122的一侧。反射膜125用于将导光板121漏出的光线重新反射到导光板121中再次利用,从而提高光线的利用率。具体的,反射膜125粘接在导光板121上。
在本发明实施例中,避让孔A可以开设在光学组件120背离发光体140的一端,在此种情况下,避让孔A距发光体140的距离较大,从而能够减小发光体140对避让孔A的不良影响。
本发明实施例公开的背光源100还可以包括遮光带130,避让孔A的孔壁与支撑框110位于避让孔A中的部分之间形成间隙,遮光带130分别与增亮膜的边缘和支撑框110的顶端端面粘接,且遮光带130覆盖在间隙上。遮光带130能够起到遮挡间隙的目的,避免间隙外露。支撑框110的顶端端面指的是支撑框110朝向背光源100的补光方向的端面。
在本发明实施例中,显示组件200还可以包括叠置的下玻璃板230和上玻璃板240,阻光带220设置在下玻璃板230和所述上玻璃板240之间;或者,阻光带220设置在下玻璃板230背离上玻璃板240的一侧;或者,阻光带220设置在上玻璃板240背离下玻璃板230的一侧。阻光边框210可以设置在下玻璃板230或上玻璃板240上,用于形成透光区域C。阻光边框210在显示组件200中的设置方式为现有技术,在此不再赘述。下玻璃板230与上玻璃板240之间还设置有液晶层。
本发明实施例公开的显示组件200还包括依次叠置的下偏光片250和上偏光片260,所述电子设备还包括通过光学胶层270贴附在上偏光片260上的透光盖板400,下偏光片250设置在下玻璃板230背离上玻璃板240的一侧,上偏光片260设置在上玻璃板240背离下玻璃板230的一侧。
本发明实施例公开的电子设备包括壳体500,透光盖板400与显示屏固定相连,具体的,透光盖板400通过光学胶层粘贴在显示屏上,并覆盖显示屏。透光盖板400的边缘通过与壳体500之间的粘接,从而实现透光盖板400和显示屏形成的整体在壳体500上的安装。
为了进一步提高拍摄效果,在较为优选的方案中,镜头310至少部分位于拍摄孔B中。在此种情况下,镜头310至少部分伸至拍摄孔B中,能够减小摄像头300与显示屏的堆叠厚度,从而有利于电子设备向着更薄的方向设计。
本发明实施例公开的电子设备可以是手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、游戏机、车载导航仪、智能手表等设备,本发明实施例不限制电子设备的具体种类。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。

Claims (10)

1.一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括显示屏和摄像头(300),所述显示屏包括背光源(100)和显示组件(200),所述背光源(100)设置在所述显示组件(200)的内侧,所述背光源(100)开设有拍摄孔(B),所述摄像头(300)设置在所述显示屏的内侧,且所述摄像头(300)的镜头(310)朝向所述拍摄孔(B),所述显示组件(200)包括阻光边框(210),所述显示组件(200)上被所述阻光边框(210)围成的区域为透光区域(C),所述透光区域(C)与所述拍摄孔(B)相对设置,所述显示组件(200)包括阻光带(220),所述阻光带(220)设置在所述阻光边框(210)的外侧,所述背光源(100)包括发光体(140)和导光板(121),所述发光体(140)朝向所述导光板(121)的侧面、且通过所述侧面射入光线,所述导光板(121)具有朝向所述拍摄孔(B)的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述背光源(100)还包括支撑框(110)、光学组件(120)和遮光带(130),所述发光体(140)设置在所述光学组件(120)的一侧,所述光学组件(120)包括依次叠置在所述支撑框(110)内的所述导光板(121)、扩散片(122)、下增亮膜(123)和上增亮膜(124),所述光学组件(120)开设有贯穿其厚度方向的避让孔(A),所述支撑框(110)位于所述避让孔(A)内的部位围成拍摄孔(B),所述避让孔(A)的孔壁与所述支撑框(110)之间形成间隙,所述遮光带(130)分别与所述上增亮膜(124)的边缘和所述支撑框(110)的顶端端面粘接,且所述遮光带(130)覆盖在所述间隙上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述光学组件(120)还包括反射膜(125),所述反射膜(125)叠置在所述导光板(121)背离所述扩散片(122)的一侧。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述避让孔(A)开设于所述光学组件(120)背离所述发光体(140)的一端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述阻光带(220)为遮光油墨层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述阻光带(220)为反射层,所述反射层的反射面朝向所述背光源(100)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述阻光带(220)沿所述阻光边框(210)的外侧边缘延伸,所述阻光带(220)的宽度在远离所述发光体(140)的方向上逐渐减小。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示组件(200)还包括叠置的下玻璃板(230)和上玻璃板(240),所述阻光带(220)设置在所述下玻璃板(230)和所述上玻璃板(240)之间;或者,所述阻光带(220)设置在所述下玻璃板(230)背离所述上玻璃板(240)的一侧;或者,所述阻光带(220)设置在所述上玻璃板(240)背离所述下玻璃板(230)的一侧。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示组件(200)还包括下偏光片(250)和上偏光片(260),所述电子设备还包括通过光学胶层(270)贴附在所述上偏光片(260)上的透光盖板(400),所述下偏光片(250)设置在所述下玻璃板(230)背离所述上玻璃板(240)的一侧,所述上偏光片(260)设置在所述上玻璃板(240)背离所述下玻璃板(230)的一侧。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述镜头(310)至少部分位于所述拍摄孔(B)中。
