Abstract
The invention discloses a full-automatic system for batch measurement of pH values, which comprises a sample tray, a calibration cup, a cleaning tank, an electrode protection tank, a sample tank, a mechanical arm, an automatic liquid adding and stirring device and an electrode probe. The invention has the advantages that the full-automatic completion of liquid adding, stirring, measuring and data output is realized by placing the weighed sample on the sample tray, and meanwhile, the time of workers is effectively saved, the cost is reduced and the working efficiency is improved by adopting the low-price disposable sample cup.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of PH measurement, and relates to a full-automatic system for measuring pH values in batches.
Background
At present, the step of measuring the pH in an analytical chemistry laboratory is to weigh a sample, place the sample in a sample cup, manually add the leaching liquor, manually stir or vibrate for 1-5min at 180r/min by an oscillator, stand for 5-120min, and then measure by a pH meter, but all the steps are manual single measurement, and after the measurement is completed, a sample box needs to be cleaned, which wastes time and labor, and particularly when the samples are measured in batches, the time of workers cannot be effectively saved, and the work efficiency is reduced. And the process of manually sampling and then carrying out chemical analysis and measurement of the pH value in a laboratory is complicated, the measurement period is long, the change of the pH value in the water body cannot be accurately and timely found, and errors can also occur when the number of measurement points is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a full-automatic system for batch measurement of pH value, which has the advantages that the full-automatic completion of liquid adding, stirring, measurement and data output is realized by placing a weighed sample on a sample tray, and meanwhile, the time of workers is effectively saved, the cost is reduced and the working efficiency is improved by adopting a low-price disposable sample cup.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is carried out according to the following steps:
1) the device comprises a sample tray, a calibration cup, a cleaning tank, an electrode protection tank and a sample tank, wherein the cleaning tank is provided with a washing inlet and a diversion outlet and is provided with a waste liquid cylinder; the size of the sample disk is 40 × 60cm, and each position is provided with a fixed number; the sample cup is 50ml in size and is a disposable polypropylene plastic cup;
2. the arrangement of the mechanical arm: the sample tray is connected with the sample tray, and a transmission line is arranged in the sample tray, so that the moving distance, the descending distance and the moving position of the mechanical arm can be controlled; the hole site and the clamping groove are arranged, and the electrode, the liquid adding device and the stirring device can be placed and fixed;
3. automatic liquid feeding, agitating unit and electrode probe's setting: the liquid adding and stirring device is a hollow metal tube with the length of 10cm, the external diameter of 0.2cm, the hollow diameter of 0.15cm, the bottom end is connected with a stirring sheet, the stirring sheet is in a compass shape, the length of 1cm and the width of 0.2cm, the liquid adding amount can be controlled to be 1-50ml, the stirring time can be controlled to be 1-60min, the rotating speed of a rotor can be controlled to be 1-300r/min, the descending height can be controlled, and the device is externally connected with a data line and a liquid adding tube; the descending height of the test electrode, the test time can be controlled, and the data wire is arranged to transmit the data to the output terminal; the liquid adding stirring device and the electrode device can respectively descend, and act in a row at the same time.
4. The control system comprises a control unit, a plurality of PH measuring circuits and an analog-to-digital conversion unit, wherein the control unit is respectively connected with the PH measuring circuits through the analog-to-digital conversion unit, and each PH measuring circuit is respectively connected with a PH measuring terminal and a temperature measuring terminal. The control unit sends out signals, and the PH measuring terminal and the temperature measuring terminal upload measured analog values to the terminal after being converted by the analog-to-digital conversion unit, so that the measuring results can be observed in real time.

4. The control system comprises a control unit, a plurality of PH measuring circuits and an analog-to-digital conversion unit, wherein the control unit is respectively connected with the PH measuring circuits through the analog-to-digital conversion unit, and each PH measuring circuit is respectively connected with a PH measuring terminal and a temperature measuring terminal.
