In the reserved meeting time period, the number of people and the distribution condition of the people in the current meeting room are detected in real time through the people sensing device, the load output capacity of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the number of the people, the load output capacity of the air conditioner can be matched with the number of the people, the air conditioner is prevented from continuously outputting high load, and energy conservation and emission reduction are facilitated. The wind sweeping angle of the air conditioner is adjusted according to the personnel distribution condition, so that the comfort of the personnel participating in the meeting at each position is favorably considered.
In any of the above embodiments, optionally, the information of the air conditioning system includes any one or more of the number of air conditioners in the corresponding area, the operating parameter range and the operable state of the air conditioners in each conference room in the corresponding area.
The information of the air conditioning system includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the number of air conditioners corresponding to the area, the operating parameter range and the operable state of the air conditioners of each conference room corresponding to the area. The conference management system can also receive recommendation information which is sent by the air conditioning system and used for recommending other conference rooms, and after the recommendation information is received, the conference management system can prompt a user whether to change the recommended conference room or not, so that the user can select a more appropriate conference room as required. When the user selects to replace the recommended other conference room after knowing the fourth prompt message, the conference management system receives the fourth instruction, and then regenerates a new conference reservation request, and the air conditioning system and the conference management system can continue to perform the communication, feedback and control based on the regenerated conference reservation request.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the control method further includes:
receiving fifth prompt information which is sent by the air conditioning system and used for prompting the meeting to be ended;
and sending sixth prompt information whether to close the air conditioner of the current conference room and/or open a subsequent bookable time period of the current conference room according to the fifth prompt information.
The conference management system can also receive fifth prompt information which is sent by the air conditioning system and used for prompting the conference to be ended, and then prompts a user whether to turn off the air conditioner of the current conference room according to the fifth prompt information so as to prevent the air conditioner from being continuously turned on and wasting energy consumption. And the follow-up bookable time interval of the current conference room can be opened according to the information, so that the reasonable distribution of each conference room is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5, a control device 600 of a conference management system according to an embodiment of a sixth aspect of the present invention includes: a memory and a processor.

As shown in fig. 7, the conference air-conditioning linkage system 3 provided in the ninth aspect of the present invention includes the air-conditioning system 1 in any one of the embodiments and the conference management system 2 in any one of the embodiments, so that all the advantages of any one of the embodiments are achieved, and details are not repeated herein.
The following is described in detail in connection with some specific examples.
In an existing air conditioning system, especially in an office scene where a commercial air conditioning unit is applied, the use of an air conditioner often needs manual on-off operation, so that the situations that the air conditioner is not turned on when people come and the air conditioner is not turned off when people go are often caused, and the use comfort and the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection are greatly influenced.
The invention provides a control method of an air conditioning system, and aims to link the air conditioner and a conference system in an Internet of things manner, so that the effects of saving energy and improving comfort are achieved, and the problem that the existing conference management system is single and is not tightly connected with the air conditioner is solved.
The conference management system can be communicated with the air conditioning system, and linkage control of the conference management system and the air conditioning system is realized.
Specifically, in the reservation process, the air conditioning systems in the corresponding areas are automatically associated according to the selected meeting room and meeting time, information of the air conditioning systems (including but not limited to the number of the air conditioners, parameter ranges such as temperature which can be adjusted by the air conditioners, information of the operable state of the air conditioners and the like) is fed back to the meeting system through the internet of things, and optionally, the meeting reservation personnel are prompted to select to start the reserved air conditioners.
The prompting reservation system will be different according to the air conditioner information fed back.
1. After a user presets a meeting room and meeting time, if the meeting management system receives that the current air conditioner of the meeting room is in a fault state or a state to be maintained, the user is prompted that the current air conditioner state is in a fault state or a state to be maintained, and the user is prompted whether to replace the meeting room.
2. After a user presets a meeting room and meeting time, if the meeting management system receives that an air conditioner fed back by the current meeting room can normally run, the user is prompted whether the air conditioner system needs to be reserved to be started, and the user is given with the permission (the permission can be selected from one or more parameters of a plurality of parameters) of parameter adjustment such as temperature, wind speed, swing angle, running mode, starting time and closing time, human start-up (for example, the air conditioner is provided with a human sensing device, and the permission can be re-started when the user arrives or the user is detected to be close to the air conditioner for a certain distance and then started) and the like, and the user can set the permission according. And then the conference management system transmits the setting information back to the air conditioning system.
3. 1. A control method of an air conditioning system, comprising:
acquiring meeting information corresponding to the meeting reservation request;
feeding back information of air conditioners in corresponding areas to a conference management system according to the conference information;
receiving operation parameter information sent by the conference management system;
detecting and comparing the working condition information of the current conference room, the working condition information of other idle conference rooms and the operation parameter information of the air conditioners of other conference rooms in a set time period before the reserved conference time period corresponding to the conference information;
and judging that the working condition information of other idle meeting rooms or the operation parameter information of the air conditioners of other meeting rooms is closer to the operation parameter information sent by the meeting management system, and sending recommendation information for recommending other meeting rooms to the meeting management system.
2. The control method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
receiving a reservation control request sent by the conference management system;
and controlling the air conditioner of the current meeting room corresponding to the meeting information according to the reservation control request.
3. The control method according to claim 2,
the reservation control request comprises operation parameter information of the air conditioner, and the operation parameter information of the air conditioner comprises any one or any more of temperature, wind speed, swing angle, operation mode, starting time, closing time and whether human function is started or not.
4. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the operation parameter information comprises set temperature, and the working condition information comprises room temperature of a conference room.
5. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by further comprising:
detecting the personnel condition of the current meeting room in real time in a reserved meeting time period corresponding to the meeting information;
and when the number of the people in the current meeting room is detected to be reduced to a first set value, sending a prompt message for prompting the meeting to be ended and/or closing an air conditioner in the current meeting room to the meeting management system.
6. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by further comprising:
detecting the personnel condition of the current meeting room in real time in a reserved meeting time period corresponding to the meeting information;
and starting the air conditioner of the current meeting room when the number of the people in the current meeting room is detected to be increased to a second set value and/or the number of the people reaches a preset range.
7. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the information of the air conditioners comprises any one or more of the number of the air conditioners in the corresponding area, the operation parameter range and the operable state of the air conditioners in each meeting room in the corresponding area.
8. A control device of an air conditioning system, characterized by comprising:
a memory for storing program code;
a processor for invoking said program code to perform the steps of the control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. An air conditioning system, characterized by comprising a control device according to claim 8.
10. A computer storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. A method for controlling a conference management system, comprising:
receiving a conference reservation request, and acquiring conference information corresponding to the conference reservation request, wherein the conference information comprises a conference room name and a reserved conference time period;
receiving information of air conditioners in corresponding areas fed back by an air conditioning system, and sending first prompt information whether to reserve a current conference room corresponding to the conference room name or not according to the feedback information;
receiving recommendation information which is sent by the air conditioning system and recommends other meeting rooms; sending out fourth prompt information whether to change to other recommended meeting rooms or not according to the recommendation information; receiving a fourth instruction of replacing the conference room with the recommended other conference room, and regenerating a conference reservation request;
the air conditioning system is controlled by the control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
12. The control method according to claim 11, characterized by further comprising:
receiving a first instruction for reserving a current conference room corresponding to the conference room name;
and sending second prompt information whether to send a reservation control request to the air conditioner of the current meeting room after receiving the first instruction.

receiving a second instruction for sending a reservation control request to an air conditioner of the current meeting room;
sending input information prompting to input the operation parameter information of the air conditioner after receiving the second instruction;

sending a third prompt message whether to replace the conference room or not under the condition that the feedback message prompts that the air conditioner of the current conference room is in a fault state or a state to be maintained; receiving a third instruction for replacing the conference room, and regenerating a conference reservation request; and/or
Receiving fifth prompt information which is sent by the air conditioning system and used for prompting the meeting to be ended; and sending sixth prompt information whether to close the air conditioner of the current conference room and/or open a subsequent bookable time period of the current conference room according to the fifth prompt information.

a memory for storing program code;
