Claims (8)
1. A square building block and a construction method are characterized by comprising the following steps:
the panel structure (1) is a main body structure forming the building block, and is divided into an upper layer steel plate structure and a lower layer steel plate structure or a plurality of layers of steel plate structures;
the rib plate structure (2) is arranged between the upper layer steel plate structure and the lower layer steel plate structure of the panel structure (1), or the rib plate structures (2) are respectively arranged between more layers of panels;
the side sealing structures (3) are arranged around the building blocks;
and the connecting structure (4) is arranged at the joint between the building blocks.
2. The square building block and the construction method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the main body of the panel structure (1) is made of double-layer or multi-layer steel plates, the upper layer steel plate structure and the lower layer steel plate structure can be corrugated steel panels (11) or flat steel plates according to the use requirements, the peripheral plate edges are connected with flat plates (12), and a plurality of connecting circular holes (13) are arranged on the flat plates (12); the corrugated steel panel (11) and the connecting flat plate (12) can adopt integral rolling, and when the corrugated plate surfaces of the connecting flat plate (12) and the corrugated steel panel (11) are welded, the wave crests and the wave troughs are sealed and welded by steel plates.
3. The square building block and the construction method according to claim 1, wherein the rib plate structure (2) is arranged between plates of the panel structure (1) and comprises a longitudinal rib plate (21) and a transverse rib plate (22), and the longitudinal rib plate and the transverse rib plate are arranged in a crossed manner and connected by welding; the rib plate structure (2) can be a channel steel structure, an I-shaped steel structure, an angle steel structure, a steel pipe structure, a corrugated steel plate structure or other section steel structures, and is welded or screwed with the main steel plate (11); the positions and the number of the rib plate structures (2) are designed according to the wave crest and wave trough positions of the main structure (1) and the overall size of the building block, the height of the rib plates is determined by the thickness of the building block, and the length of the rib plates is slightly smaller than that of the main structure (1).
4. A square building block and method of construction as claimed in claim 1 wherein said edge seal structure (3) is provided around the building block and comprises edge seal U-shaped connector plates (31) and a plurality of oblong connector holes (32) distributed over the sides; the side-sealed U-shaped connecting plate (31) can be manufactured by rolling, welding and bending U-shaped steel or channel steel or steel plates.

The square building block and the construction method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the connecting structure (4) is disposed at the joint between two adjacent building blocks, and is divided into long-side connecting plates and short-side connecting plates according to the long-side connecting size and the short-side connecting size of the square building block, and respectively comprises a connecting plate (41), a long oval connecting hole (42), a sealing rubber pad (43), a connecting bolt (44), a connecting gasket (45), a connecting nut (46), sealant and the like, wherein the connecting plate (41) can be made of flat steel or steel plate, the sealing rubber pad (43) is a sealant material, the lengths of the connecting plate (41) and the sealing rubber pad (43) are matched and consistent with the length of the panel structure (1), the width of the connecting plate is determined by the distance between the connecting round holes (13) of the adjacent panel structures (1), and the long oval connecting hole (42) is disposed on the connecting plate (41), the position of the connecting circular hole (13) is consistent with that of the connecting circular hole on the adjacent panel structure (1).
6. A square building block and method of construction as claimed in claim 1 wherein the square building block is of rectangular parallelepiped or other square configuration with a length greater than 0.5 m, a width greater than 0.3 m and a thickness greater than 0.05 m.
7. The square building block and the construction method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the material of each metal component of the square building block can be selected from common carbon structural steel, alloy steel or stainless steel; the surface protection form can be hot galvanizing, painting or coating, the thickness of the steel plate is larger than 1mm, the wave height of the corrugated steel plate is larger than 10mm, and the wave distance is larger than 20 mm; the dimensions of the bolt and associated screw hole, as well as other unnoticed and non-primary dimensions, are determined by the particular design.
8. The square building block and the construction method thereof according to claim 1, further comprising the following construction method of the square building block:
(1) the first block of the square building block provided by the invention is installed in place, and can be connected and fixed with the peripheral frame steel structure through the connecting round hole (13) or can be welded and fixed;
(2) and placing a second square building block next to the first square building block, and carrying out sealing connection by adopting a connecting structure (4). Placing a sealing rubber mat (43) dipped and coated with sealant at the joint of the first square building block and the second square building block, then placing a connecting plate (41), and connecting through a long oval connecting hole (42) and a connecting round hole (13) on the adjacent panel structure (1) by using a connecting bolt (44), a connecting gasket (45) and a connecting nut (46);
(3) placing other square building blocks and adopting a connecting structure (4) for sealing connection;
(4) and continuing splicing the subsequent building blocks until the whole construction is completed.
