Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of municipal emergency equipment, in particular to a municipal emergency excavation engineering truck.
Background
In the emergency rescue process of urban water supply and drainage, gas, heat supply, power supply buried pipelines and the like, particularly in the emergency rescue process of natural disasters, the operations of cement pavement crushing, trench excavation, sundry moving, field cleaning and the like are required.
Because the rescue site is time-tight and heavy in task, a large amount of cleaning work is needed; most of the existing excavators are crawler-type, so that the existing excavators are slow in walking speed and cannot quickly reach emergency sites; sometimes, in order to enable the excavator to quickly arrive at an emergency site, the semitrailer is used for consignment of the excavator, and a lot of inconvenience exists in the process. Continuous excavation is usually performed manually before the excavator reaches the site.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a municipal emergency excavation engineering truck.
A digging engineering vehicle comprises a chassis, a cab arranged on the front side of the chassis and a digging mechanism arranged on the rear side of the chassis, wherein the digging mechanism is fixed on a crossbeam; the girder is transversely provided with a channel steel door frame, a fixing seat is arranged in the channel steel door frame, the excavating mechanism is fixed on the fixing seat through a rotary support, and the fixing seat can move in the channel steel door frame.
Furthermore, the channel steel door frame is arranged right above the rear wheels of the vehicle, and the length of the channel steel door frame does not exceed the length of the rear wheels at two sides; and a translation oil cylinder is fixed on one side of the steel groove portal frame, and the end part of a telescopic rod of the translation oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the fixed seat.
Furthermore, the excavator structure is provided with a rotary oil valve, and the rotary oil valve is connected with a hydraulic oil pump through a hydraulic oil pipe; the hydraulic oil pump provides hydraulic power for the translation oil cylinder and the rotary support.
Further, the hydraulic oil pump is integrated with a vehicle engine; or an independent hydraulic oil pump is adopted and is connected with a vehicle gearbox through a power takeoff.
Furthermore, the excavating mechanism comprises a base fixed on the rotary support, a hydraulic multi-shaft movable arm fixed on the base, an excavating bucket rotationally connected to the end part of the hydraulic multi-shaft movable arm, and a driver seat fixed on the base.
The excavation engineering truck provided by the invention can quickly reach an emergency repair site, can timely and efficiently solve the difficulty of the emergency repair site, and has the advantages of large excavation angle range at a fixed position, large excavation area, strong stability, high working efficiency and capability of saving a large amount of labor force.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The embodiments of the present invention have been presented for purposes of illustration and description, and are not intended to be exhaustive or limited to the invention in the form disclosed. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. The embodiment was chosen and described in order to best explain the principles of the invention and the practical application, and to enable others of ordinary skill in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated.
Example 1
A digging engineering vehicle comprises a chassis, a cab 2 arranged on the front side of the chassis and a digging mechanism 3 arranged on the rear side of the chassis, wherein the digging mechanism 3 is fixed on a girder 4, as shown in figure 1. The girder 4 is transversely provided with a channel steel portal 5, a fixing seat 6 is arranged in the channel steel portal 5, and the excavating mechanism 3 is fixed on the fixing seat 6 through a rotary support 7.
The excavating mechanism 2 is similar to the existing excavating machine in structure, and only does not need a crawler-type traveling mechanism at the bottom, and specifically comprises a base 301 fixed on the revolving support, a hydraulic multi-axis movable arm 302 fixed on the base, an excavating bucket 303 rotatably connected to the end of the hydraulic multi-axis movable arm, and a driver seat 304 fixed on the base. The rear compartment 11 of the existing rescue vehicle is arranged in front of the digging mechanism, and other rescue equipment is placed in the rear compartment.
When the excavator is in a working state, an excavator operator sits on the driving position to operate the excavating mechanism, and the excavating direction of the excavator is adjusted by rotating the rotary support. Since the rescue work is different from the excavation work such as a construction site, the condition of the excavation work vehicle is basically sufficient to cope with the condition of the rescue road surface. In the non-operating state, the hydraulic multi-axis movable arm 202 is bent to be placed on the rear side of the cab.
A translation oil cylinder 8 is fixed on one side of the steel channel door frame 5, the end part of a telescopic rod of the translation oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the fixed seat 6, and the fixed seat 6 can move in the steel channel door frame 5, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. When the vehicle stops at a fixed position, the working range can be expanded by moving the excavating mechanism sideways. If the excavating mechanism is fixed in the middle of the channel steel portal, areas on two sides of the cab are difficult to excavate due to the blocking of the cab; the problem can be well solved by moving the excavating mechanism to the side for excavating.
Considering the stability of excavation mechanism during operation, channel-section steel portal 5 sets up directly over the vehicle rear wheel and length does not exceed both sides rear wheel to keep excavation mechanism and vehicle stability.
The excavating mechanism 3 is equipped with a rotary oil valve 9, as shown in fig. 4, the rotary oil valve 9 is connected with a hydraulic oil pump 10 through a hydraulic oil pipe; the hydraulic oil pump 10 provides hydraulic power for the translation oil cylinder 8 and the rotary support 7.
The hydraulic oil pump 10 may be a hydraulic oil pump integrated with a vehicle engine 11, refer to fig. 1 and 2; it is also possible to use a separate hydraulic oil pump and connect the vehicle gearbox 13 via the power take-off 12, the output gear of which drives the input gear of the power take-off, as shown in fig. 5.
It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art and related arts based on the embodiments of the present invention without any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
