The image collector 12 is fixedly arranged on the embroidery component 5, when a new section of cloth enters the embroidery frame 3, the embroidery component 5 moves along the direction parallel to the crossbeam 4 to drive the image collector 39 to move to scan the cloth or take pictures of the cloth for several times, and the position of the collected image is not distorted.
The rotary motor drives the driven wheel 22 to drive the first screw rod 21 and the second screw rod 22 to rotate, and the screw rod and the nut are driven by the screw rod and nut pair to move along the axis of the first screw rod 20 or the second screw rod 21, so that the embroidery component 5 is driven to move along the length direction of the girder 2. Preferably, at least one guide rod parallel to the first screw 20 or the second screw 21 is provided on the head assembly 18 and the shuttle box assembly 19, and the guide rod is fixedly connected to the frame 1 to prevent the head assembly 18 and the shuttle box assembly 19 from rotating.
EXAMPLE III
The basic principle of the third embodiment is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, and the difference is that the image collector 12 is fixedly arranged on the girder 4, and the image collector 12 is connected to the girder 4 or the embroidery assembly 5 through the bracket base 40. The bracket base 40 comprises a base body 41 and a bracket 42 protruding from the base body 41, the image collector 12 is arranged at one end of the bracket 42 far away from the base body, and the base body 41 is slidably connected to the girder 4. The base body 41 is provided with a first guide mechanism, the embroidery component 5 or the crossbeam 4 is provided with a second guide mechanism, the first guide mechanism is matched with the second guide mechanism, and the base body 41 is connected with a linear driver which drives the base body 41 to move linearly along the second guide mechanism.
The linear driver pushes the seat body 41 to move along the horizontal direction of the girder 4, and the image collector 12 is driven to scan the cloth in the tabouret or take pictures of the cloth for several times, so that the position of the collected image is not distorted.

Although the frame 1, the table panel 2, the tabouret 3, the girder 4, the embroidery assembly 5, the cloth clamping assembly 6, the first cloth rolling mechanism 7, the second cloth rolling mechanism 8, the cloth clamping driving assembly 9, the machine head driving assembly 11, the image collector 12, the cloth rolling frame 13, the rotating shaft 14, the cloth rolling motor 15, the limit detection device 16, the cloth supporting step 17, the machine head assembly 18, the shuttle box assembly 19, the first screw rod 20, the second screw rod 21 and the driven wheel 22 are more used, the terms of the driving plate 23, the driving ring 24, the driving pulley 25, the driven pulley 26, the pulley driver 27, the first cloth pressing strip 28, the bottom edge strip 29, the second cloth pressing strip 30, the overturning driving piece 31, the connecting part 32, the overturning driving cylinder 33, the cloth pressing frame 34, the cloth passing space 35, the second cylinder 36, the third cylinder 37, the cloth fixing strip 38, the driving mechanism 39, the bracket seat 40, the seat body 41, the bracket 42 and the like do not exclude the possibility of using other terms. These terms are used merely to more conveniently describe and explain the nature of the present invention; they are to be construed as being without limitation to any additional limitations that may be imposed by the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (13)

1. An automatic auxiliary cloth visual positioning embroidery device comprises a rack (1), wherein an embroidery frame (3) is arranged on a table board (2) of the rack (1), and an embroidery assembly (5) is arranged on a crossbeam (4) of the rack (1), and is characterized in that a cloth clamping assembly (6) is arranged on the embroidery frame (3), a first cloth rolling mechanism (7) and a second cloth rolling mechanism (8) are respectively arranged on two sides of the rack (1) perpendicular to the crossbeam (4), and at least one image collector (12) is arranged on the crossbeam (4) or the embroidery assembly (5).

The embroidery device with automatic auxiliary cloth vision positioning function according to claim 1, characterized in that the image collector (12) is fixedly arranged on the crossbeam (4), and the image collector (12) is connected to the crossbeam (4) or the embroidery component (5) through a bracket seat (40).

The embroidery device with automatic auxiliary cloth visual positioning function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bracket holder (40) comprises a holder body (41) and a bracket (42) protruding from the holder body (41), the image collector (12) is arranged at one end of the bracket (42) far away from the holder body, and the holder body (41) is fixedly connected to the embroidery component (5) or the crossbeam (4);
the seat body (41) can be connected to the embroidery component (5) or the crossbeam (4) in a sliding way.

The embroidery apparatus with automatic auxiliary cloth vision positioning as claimed in claim 3, wherein the base body (41) is provided with a first guiding mechanism, the embroidery assembly (5) or the crossbeam (4) is provided with a second guiding mechanism, the first guiding mechanism and the second guiding mechanism are matched, and the base body (41) is connected with a linear actuator for driving the base body (41) to move linearly along the second guiding mechanism.

The embroidery device with the automatic auxiliary cloth vision positioning function according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that the embroidery frame (3) is in transmission connection with at least one group of embroidery frame driving components for driving the embroidery frame (3) to move along the direction vertical to the crossbeam (4), the embroidery component (5) is in transmission connection with a machine head driving component (11) for driving the embroidery component (5) to move along the crossbeam (4), and the cloth clamping component (6) is connected with a cloth clamp driving component (9) for driving the cloth clamping component (6) to open and close.

The embroidery device with the automatic auxiliary cloth vision positioning function as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the first cloth rolling mechanism (7) and the second cloth rolling mechanism (8) respectively comprise cloth rolling frames (13), rotating shafts (14) for mounting cloth cylinders are respectively arranged on the two cloth rolling frames (13), and cloth rolling motors (15) are respectively connected to the two rotating shafts (14) in a transmission manner.

The embroidery device with automatic auxiliary cloth vision positioning as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the two cloth rolling frames (13) are respectively provided with a limit detection device (16), and the two cloth rolling frames (13) are respectively provided with a cloth supporting step (17).

The embroidery device with the automatic auxiliary cloth visual positioning function as claimed in claim 5, wherein the embroidery assembly (5) comprises a head assembly (18) and a shuttle box assembly (19), the head driving assembly (11) comprises a first screw (20) penetrating the head assembly (18) and a second screw (21) penetrating the shuttle box assembly (19), the first screw (20) and the second screw (21) are respectively parallel to the girder (4), the head assembly (18) and the shuttle box assembly (19) are respectively in driving connection with the first screw (20) and the second screw (21) through nuts, and the first screw (20) and the second screw (21) are respectively connected with a rotary driver or are in transmission connection with a driving assembly (39) at the same side.

The apparatus for embroidery with automatic auxiliary visual positioning of cloth according to claim 8, wherein the driving assembly (39) comprises 40 driven wheels (22) respectively connected to the first screw (20) and the second screw (21), and the driven wheels are in transmission connection with the driving wheel of the same rotary driver through a synchronous pulley.

The embroidery device with the automatic auxiliary cloth vision positioning function as claimed in claim 5, wherein the two sets of the embroidery frame driving assemblies are provided, each embroidery frame driving assembly comprises at least one driving plate fixedly connected with the embroidery frame, each driving plate is fixedly connected with a driving ring, the driving rings are arranged along a direction perpendicular to the crossbeam (4), two ends of each driving ring are respectively provided with a driving pulley and a driven pulley which are respectively rotatably connected with the table panel (2), and the driving pulleys are in transmission connection with pulley drivers.

The embroidery device with the automatic auxiliary cloth visual positioning function according to claim 5, wherein the cloth clamping assembly (6) comprises two first cloth clamping plates (26) which are parallel and slidably connected to the embroidery frame (3), two ends of each first cloth clamping plate (26) are connected with first air cylinders (27) which drive the first cloth clamping plates (26) to be close to or far away from the side edges of the embroidery frame (3), the first air cylinders (27) are fixedly connected to the embroidery frame (3), the first cloth clamping plates (26) are respectively hinged with first cloth pressing strips (28), upward convex bottom edge strips (29) are fixedly arranged on the front and rear edge edges of the embroidery frame (3), and second cloth pressing strips (30) which are slidably connected with the embroidery frame are arranged above the bottom edge strips (29).
