For convenience of description, the moving direction of the materials during operation is defined as back, front and back are opposite, and the left and right are vertical to the front and back on a horizontal plane.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the utility model provides a single-needle quilter, which comprises a frame 1, a unreeling frame 2 arranged at the front part of the frame, a traction roller set 3 arranged at the rear part of the frame, a movable portal frame 4 and a material clamping mechanism 5 arranged between the unreeling frame and the traction roller set; the portal frame 4 can move back and forth, and a machine head 6 capable of moving left and right is arranged on the portal frame; the material clamping mechanism 5 comprises two material clamping components 5a arranged in front and back, and the two material clamping components 5a are respectively used for clamping the front end and the back end of the material.
When the quilting machine is used, materials which are rolled into rolls are placed on the unreeling frame 2, the materials are drawn between the two material clamping assemblies 5a by the drawing roller set 3, the front ends and the rear ends of the materials are clamped by the material clamping assemblies 5a (so as to ensure the materials to be tensioned during quilting and ensure the correct quilting path), finally, the materials are quilted according to the set path through the movement of the portal frame 4 and the movement of the machine head 6 (the front and the rear movement of the portal frame 4 and the left and the right movement of the machine head 6 on the portal frame can enable the machine head 6 to move on the horizontal plane in any path), after the quilting is completed, the material clamping mechanisms 5 loosen the materials, the materials are drawn again by the drawing roller set 3 (the drawing length of each time is a preset value. Compared with the existing quilting machine, the quilting machine has better working continuity, higher production efficiency and labor saving.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, each material clamping assembly 5a comprises two upright posts 5.1, a fixed clamping rod 5.2 connected between the two upright posts, a movable clamping rod 5.3 arranged above the fixed clamping rod in a vertically movable manner, and two cylinders 5.4 for driving the movable clamping rod to vertically move; the two cylinders are respectively connected with the two ends of the movable clamping rod in a driving way. When the materials are pulled in place, the air cylinder 5.4 acts to drive the movable clamping rod 5.3 to move downwards, so that the materials are clamped between the movable clamping rod 5.3 and the fixed clamping rod 5.2, and the materials cannot move in the quilting process.
Furthermore, each material clamping assembly 5a also comprises two L-shaped frames 5.5 which are respectively fixed at the tops of the two upright posts 5.1, and two cylinders 5.4 are respectively arranged on the two L-shaped frames;
the L-shaped frame comprises a vertical plate part fixedly connected with the upright post 5.1 and a horizontal transverse plate part, and the cylinder 5.4 is fixed on the upper surface of the transverse plate part downwards as shown in figure 2;

In some embodiments, see fig. 2, the material clamping mechanism 5 further comprises two lateral clamping bar assemblies 5b for respectively clamping the left and right sides of the material. When the material to be quilted is pulled between the two material clamping components 5a, the left side and the right side of the material are pressed by the two lateral clamping rod combinations 5b, at the moment, four sides of the material are clamped and fixed, the material cannot move left and right in the front and back directions during quilting, and the accuracy of a quilting path is further ensured.
Furthermore, each lateral clamping rod combination 5b comprises a lower side pressure rod 5.6 connected between the two fixed clamping rods 5.2 and an upper side pressure rod 5.7 connected between the two movable clamping rods 5.3; the upper side compression bar and the lower side compression bar are aligned up and down. During operation, the lower side pressure rod 5.6 is fixed, the upper side pressure rod 5.7 moves up and down along with the movable clamping rod 5.3, so four sides of materials are clamped simultaneously, the lateral clamping rod combination 5b is not required to be additionally provided with a driving device for driving, the structure is simple, and the reliability is high.
Here, the top of the lower side pressure bar 5.6 is flush with the top of the fixed clamping bar 5.2, and the bottom of the upper side pressure bar 5.7 is flush with the bottom of the movable clamping bar 5.3, so as to ensure that four sides of the material can be reliably clamped.
In order to meet the processing requirements of materials with different widths, the left and right positions of the lateral clamping rod assembly 5b are preferably adjustable, and the specific structure for realizing the position adjustment is not limited to one, for example, sliding rails or sliding rods can be arranged on the fixed clamping rod 5.2 and the movable clamping rod 5.3, and the lower side pressure rod 5.6 and the upper side pressure rod 5.7 are respectively arranged on the corresponding sliding rails or sliding rods in a sliding manner and are locked by locking screws or other locking mechanisms, so that the position of the lateral clamping rod assembly 5b is continuously adjustable; or, a plurality of threaded connection holes may be formed in the fixed clamping bar 5.2 and the movable clamping bar 5.3 along the length direction, the lower side pressure bar 5.6 is connected with one of the threaded connection holes of the fixed clamping bar 5.2 through a screw, and the upper side pressure bar 5.7 is connected with the corresponding threaded connection hole of the movable clamping bar 5.3 through a screw, so that the position of the lateral clamping bar combination 5b is adjusted in a stepwise manner.
In some embodiments, see fig. 3, the rack 1 is provided with a guide rail 7 and a rack 8 on each of the left and right sides, the gantry 4 is slidably connected to the two guide rails 7 on each of the two sides, the lower portion of each of the two sides of the gantry is provided with a gear 4.1 engaged with the corresponding rack 8, and the two gears are connected by a connecting shaft 4.2 driven to rotate by a first driving motor 4.3. When the connecting shaft 4.2 rotates, the two sides of the portal frame 4 can be driven to synchronously move back and forth, so that the portal frame 4 is ensured to extend along the left and right directions. The first drive motor 4.3 is preferably a geared motor with a reduction gear in order to increase the output torque.
Further, the traction roller group 3 comprises a driving roller 3.1 and a driven roller 3.2, and the driving roller is driven by a second driving motor 3.3 to rotate.
In summary, although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, the above-mentioned preferred embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and the embodiments are substantially the same as the present invention.
