技术领域
本发明属于汽油技术领域,具体涉及一种低醇汽油及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着全球人口的增加和人民生活水平的不断提高,对能源的需求日趋强劲。尤其随着20世纪中期石油化工的迅速发展,更是加快了能源工业发展的步伐。石油消费量的逐年增加,并且燃烧石油成品油所造成的环境污染问题也越来越严重,以石油成品油作燃料,汽车排放尾气中含有的碳、氮,硫氧化合物、碳氢化物对环境造成了极大的危害。同时,这也使传统的石油、天然气资源日渐匮乏,据调查,全球探明可采储量的石油仅可使用40年左右,寻求替代能源将成为未来世界经济发展的关键。醇类被认为具有应用广阔前景的内燃机燃油替代燃料,目前应用主要是乙醇和部分甲醇。将乙醇添加到汽油中,可以制成乙醇汽油,但是燃料乙醇的生产成本5000元/吨左右,生产费用较高。而甲醇生产成本只有1200元/吨,相比有更好的经济效益。为了克服能源消费的制约因素,促进经济协调发展,以新的能源代替资源能源,含醇清洁汽油是一种新工艺汽油,它既能为汽车提供有效的动力,又能减少有害气体的排放,减少环境污染,并能与目前市场销售汽油混合使用。国外甲醇汽油开发及应用开始于上世纪70年代的第二次石油危机。从替代能源的角度考虑,德、美、日等国先后投入了人力、物力进行甲醇燃料及甲醇汽车配套技术的研究开发。
甲醇汽油中的甲醇既是一种能源,又是汽油品质的改良剂和绿色增氧剂。由于甲醇含氧原子,使汽油充分燃烧,能有效降低汽车尾气排放有害气体总量的50%以上,有利于保护大气环境。所以甲醇汽油环保、成本低,节省资源节省外汇造福人类,市场竞争力强,具有极好的发展前景。甲醇含量低于30,则示为低比例甲醇汽油,将甲醇溶于汽油,按照欧州规定,甲醇可以不标.直接与汽油通用;当甲醇含量超过30%时,应标明甲醇的含量。
通过长期地开发研究,发现现有工艺生产的甲醇汽油在实际使用中存在着很多问题,市场推广应用很难。甲醇汽油存在的主要缺点为:甲醇与汽油的互溶性差,易分层;甲醇易氧化,生产酸性物质对油箱等供油系统造成腐蚀;甲醇渗透力强,摩擦大,易烧坏油泵,油嘴,造成耗油量大;另外,甲醇的汽化潜热是汽油的3倍左右,高的汽化潜热及低的蒸汽压将导致混合气形成和起动困难等问题。一些专利技术在甲醇汽油中添加的原料有健康与安全隐患,例如,中国专利CN100580064C选用的亚硝酸二环己胺具有高毒性;中国专利CN102634383B选用的苯、二甲苯原料都是致癌嫌疑物,选用的过氧化二叔丁基,若操作不当还易产生爆燃;CN101544825A公开的对醇基汽油具有缓蚀、防溶胀及防腐蚀作用的添加剂为大分子化合物,因其溶解性和渗透性均不如小分子化合物,所以它在金属表面易出现覆盖空位,引发空穴腐蚀,使之缓蚀能力下降。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明提出一种低醇汽油及其制备方法。甲醇在汽油中的溶解性与环境温度、含水量及基础汽油组成有关,为了保证甲醇与汽油能够完全互溶,可以添加适量助溶剂。具体技术方案如下。
一种低醇汽油,包括:
10-30重量份甲醇;
70-90重量份汽油;
0.5-2重量份助溶剂;
所述助溶剂包括以下wt%的组分:
脂肪醇30~50,碳酸二甲酯10-30,环烷酸锌3-7,二茂铁5-10,石脑油20-30。
所述脂肪醇为异丙醇、正丙醇、正戊醇、异戊醇和正丁醇中的一种,优选异丙醇。
所述碳酸二甲酯具有高氧含量、优良的提高辛烷值作用、无相分离、低毒和快速生物降解性等性质,可以降低汽车尾气中碳氢化合物、一氧化碳和甲醛的排放总量,此外还可克服常用汽油添加剂易溶于水、污染地下水源的缺点,可以完全替代普遍使用的甲基叔丁基醚。所述碳酸二甲酯的占比优选20wt%。
所述环烷酸锌有良好的油溶性,具有良好的防锈效果。所述环烷酸锌的占比优选5wt%。
所述二茂铁是一种金属有机化合物,易溶于汽油,可用作节能消烟助燃添加剂、汽油的抗爆剂。车用柴油中加入二茂铁,可节约燃料油10-14%,尾气中烟度下降30-80‰。所述二茂铁的占比优选8wt%。
所述石脑油,其市场价格远低于车用无铅汽油,使用石脑油和石化助剂调配车用无铅汽油是增加成品油利润的重要方式。所述石脑油的占比优选25wt%。
所述低醇汽油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比分别称取各原料,备用;
2)将称取的甲醇、脂肪醇和碳酸二甲酯在容器中混合,得到初始液a;
3)将称取的环烷酸锌、二茂铁和石脑油在另一容器中混合,得到初始液b;
4)将步骤2)所得初始液a与步骤3)所得初始液b进行混合;
5)将步骤4)所得物加入汽油进行混合,即得所述低醇汽油。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的低醇汽油抗爆性能好,燃烧排出物的毒性比普通含铅汽油小,排气中一氧化碳含量较少。燃烧清洁性能良好,可用作车用汽油代用品,可以产业化应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明低醇汽油的制备进一步详细说明。
甲醇汽油助溶剂是一种新型环保燃料助剂产品,是在甲醇(符合GB338-2004优等品甲醇指标)中加入一种复合添加剂后对甲醇进行变性处理,再按照规定比例和普通汽油混合后作为车用燃料,使其改性,使其燃烧速度、气化热值、互溶性、爆发力加速性能等方面接近传统汽油的甲醇燃料,成品无须对发动机和装置进行改造,可直接使用。
甲醇汽油由基础汽油、甲醇和甲醇汽油助溶剂组成。甲醇汽油的技术关键核心是助溶剂的技术水平和质量控制。甲醇汽油助溶剂的技术含量,是决定调配甲醇汽油品质优良的灵魂。
甲醇汽油助溶剂特点
1、独特的助溶技术,增强稳定性,能使醇与油有机相溶,不分层不乳化,与国标汽油、乙醇汽油无限互溶;
2、超强的抗水性能:能抵御因运输、储存、加注时被吸入空气中的水分;
3、良好的抗腐蚀性能:通过腐蚀抑制剂分子中碱性基团能与金属表面强烈作用,产生化学和物理吸附作用,形成良好的保护膜,从一定程度上隔离了甲醇与金属件的接触,达到减小或抑制腐蚀的目的。
4、超强的温度环境适应性:可在(-40℃~40℃)的环境下正常生产和使用,抗低温相分离,且低温易启动,高温不气阻;
5、特殊的热值提高技术:通过甲醇变性提高热值,同时根据甲醇本身汽化潜热高的特点促进燃烧速率及热效率的整体提升,使该燃料在燃烧过程中同样产生国标汽油的燃烧效果,提高动力,降低油耗。
本发明低醇汽油优点
1.甲醇作为汽油组份油,辛烷值(RON及MON)的调合效应好,为生产高标号汽油开辟了新路。
2.用甲醇调合成的车用无铅复合汽油作为一种清洁燃料,可改善汽车尾气,降低汽车尾气中CH、NOX、SOX及CO含量,有利于环保。
3.充分、合理地利用了天然气及煤气资源生产甲醇。
4.由于甲醇作为汽油组份油,提高了汽油产量。
5.含有甲醇的车用无铅复合汽油与传统工艺生产的车用无铅汽油相比,生产成本要低一些。
6.可以在现有的汽车上使用,满足各项行驶要求而不必要对汽车供油系统及发动机作改动。

一种低醇汽油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:称取30重量份甲醇,以及2重量份助溶剂中40wt%的异丙醇,28wt%的碳酸二甲酯,在容器中混合搅拌得到初始液a,备用;称取2重量份助溶剂中7wt%环烷酸锌,5wt%二茂铁,20wt%石脑油在容器中混合搅拌得到初始液b,备用;将初始液a与初始液b进行混合搅拌,然后将所得物加入70重量份汽油进行混合,即得所述低醇汽油。

Claims (8)

1.一种低醇汽油,其特征在于,包括:
10-30重量份甲醇;
70-90重量份汽油;
0.5-2重量份助溶剂;
所述助溶剂包括以下wt%的组分:
脂肪醇30~50,碳酸二甲酯10-30,环烷酸锌3-7,二茂铁5-10,石脑油20-30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低醇汽油,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇为异丙醇、正丙醇、正戊醇、异戊醇和正丁醇中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低醇汽油,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇为异丙醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低醇汽油,其特征在于,所述碳酸二甲酯的占比为20wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低醇汽油,其特征在于,所述环烷酸锌的占比为5wt%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的低醇汽油,其特征在于,所述二茂铁的占比为8wt%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低醇汽油,其特征在于,所述石脑油的占比为25wt%。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述低醇汽油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按配比分别称取各原料,备用;
2)将称取的甲醇、脂肪醇和碳酸二甲酯在容器中混合,得到初始液a;
3)将称取的环烷酸锌、二茂铁和石脑油在另一容器中混合,得到初始液b;
4)将步骤2)所得初始液a与步骤3)所得初始液b进行混合;
5)将步骤4)所得物加入汽油进行混合,即得所述低醇汽油。
