In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a display screen fixing gasket, which sequentially includes, from top to bottom, a protective film 1, a first back adhesive layer 2, a top silica gel treatment liquid layer 3, an arc-shaped silica gel layer 4, a bottom silica gel treatment liquid layer 5, a second back adhesive layer 6, and a carrier film 7.

In some embodiments, the protective film 1 and the carrier film 7 are both made of PET. the second back glue layer 6 is planar; and the second gum layer 6 is attached to and fixed on the second surface of the arc-shaped silica gel layer 4 through the bottom silica gel treatment liquid layer 5.
The production process of the display screen fixing gasket is characterized in that a plurality of gasket main bodies are arranged on a whole bearing film 7, and the same protective film 1 is used for covering all the gasket main bodies, so that the production process of the gasket can be simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.

Claims (8)
1. A display screen mounting gasket, comprising:
the cross section of the arc-shaped silica gel layer is arc-shaped, wherein one surface close to the center of the arc-shaped circle is a first surface, and the other surface far away from the center of the arc-shaped circle is a second surface;
the first back glue layer is planar; the first back glue layer is fixedly attached to the first surface of the arc-shaped silica gel layer through the top silica gel treatment liquid layer;
the second back glue layer is planar; the second gum layer is fixed on the second surface of the arc-shaped silica gel layer through the bottom silica gel treatment liquid layer in a laminating manner.
2. The display screen fixing gasket as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a protective film, wherein the protective film is attached and fixed on the first adhesive backing layer.
3. The display screen fixing gasket as claimed in claim 2, wherein a tearing protrusion is provided on one side of the protective film.
4. The display screen fixing gasket as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a carrier film, wherein the carrier film is attached and fixed to the second adhesive backing layer.
5. The display screen fixing gasket as claimed in claim 4, wherein a row of positioning holes are respectively formed on both sides of the carrier film, and the hole pitch of each row of positioning holes is the same.

The production process of the display screen fixing gasket is characterized in that a plurality of gasket main bodies are uniformly arranged on a bearing film, a protective film is utilized to cover all the gasket main bodies, a row of positioning holes are respectively arranged on two sides of the bearing film, and cutting is carried out according to the positions of the positioning holes to obtain a plurality of gaskets.
7. The process for producing a display screen fixing gasket as claimed in claim 6, wherein the gasket main body comprises:
the cross section of the arc-shaped silica gel layer is arc-shaped, wherein one surface close to the center of the arc-shaped circle is a first surface, and the other surface far away from the center of the arc-shaped circle is a second surface;
the first back glue layer is planar; the first back glue layer is fixedly attached to the first surface of the arc-shaped silica gel layer through the top silica gel treatment liquid layer;
the second back glue layer is planar; the second gum layer is fixed on the second surface of the arc-shaped silica gel layer through the bottom silica gel treatment liquid layer in a laminating manner.
8. The production process of the display screen fixing gasket as claimed in claim 6, wherein one side of the protective film is provided with tearing protrusions corresponding to the gasket main bodies one to one.
