The inventor of this application studies the discovery, current display product can adopt the tectorial membrane structure of flexible material, for the tectorial membrane structure of conventional rigidity material (for example glass), flexible tectorial membrane structure is in curved surface department (for example with panel bearing structure) laminating back, can produce the resilience force that resumes its deformation, this resilience force very easily causes the display structure that is located curved surface department of curved surface screen to take place to drop, in case take place to drop, will bring great negative effects to the quality that shows the product, seriously reduce user's visual experience. Therefore, the process of curved surface conforming and its design (especially for foldable display products) face significant technical challenges.
The application provides a tectorial membrane structure, display structure and display device aims at solving prior art as above technical problem.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments.
The embodiment of the present application provides a film structure 100, and a schematic structural diagram of the film structure 100 is shown in fig. 1, including: a first region 101, and at least one second region 102 located at an edge of the first region 101.
Each of the first region 101 and the second region 102 includes an insulating film layer 110 and a first adhesive layer 120 which are stacked. The side of the insulating film layer 110 away from the first adhesive layer 120 is used for attaching to a planar area of the panel support structure 300. The first adhesive layer 120 is disposed on a side of the insulating film layer 110 for adhering to a side of the display panel 200.
The second region 102 further includes a first adhesive structure 130, the first adhesive structure 130 is embedded in a side of the insulating film layer 110 away from the first adhesive layer 120, and a side of the first adhesive structure 130 away from the first adhesive layer 120 is flush with a side of the insulating film layer 110 away from the first adhesive layer 120. The first adhesive structure 130 is adapted to engage the curved region of the panel support structure 300.
In this embodiment, the first adhesive layer 120 of the film structure 100 may cover the first region 101 and at least one second region 102 located at an edge of the first region 101, and may be used to attach to one side of the display panel 200. The insulating film layer 110 of the film covering structure 100 may be adapted to fit at least the planar area of the panel support structure 300, and the first adhesive structure 130 may be adapted to fit the curved area of the panel support structure 300. Therefore, the laminating structure 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application can achieve the attachment between the display panel 200 and the panel support structure 300.
In the film structure 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application, the first adhesive structure 130 of the at least one second area 102 is embedded in one side of the insulating film layer 110, which is far away from the first adhesive layer 120, and one side of the first adhesive structure 130, which is far away from the first adhesive layer 120, is flush with one side of the insulating film layer 110, which is far away from the first adhesive layer 120, that is, the insulating film layer 110 located in the second area 102 is thinned, so that the resilience of the insulating film layer 110 located in the second area 102, which is bent due to the curved surface area attachment with the panel supporting structure 300, is effectively reduced, and the risk that the film layer may fall off due to the curved surface attachment is reduced.
The inventors of the present application consider that the back surface of the panel support structure 300 (i.e., the side away from the display panel 200) may be suitable for disposing components such as a circuit board, and therefore, it is necessary to fold a portion of the display panel 200 over the back surface of the panel support structure 300 in order to electrically connect the display panel 200 with the components such as the circuit board. To this end, the present application provides one possible implementation of the film structure 100 as follows:
as shown in fig. 2, the film structure 100 of the embodiment of the present application further includes a third zone 103, and the third zone 103 is located at an edge of the at least one second zone 102, which is far from the first zone 101.
The third region 103 includes an insulating film layer 110 and a first adhesive layer 120, which are stacked.
In this embodiment, the third region 103 of the film-covered structure 100 may be used to be folded to the back of the panel support structure 300, i.e. the side of the panel support structure 300 away from the display panel 200. The insulating film layer 110 of the third area 103 may be used to attach to the back of the panel support structure 300, and the first adhesive layer 120 of the third area 103 may be used to attach to the portion of the display panel 200 that is turned over to the back of the panel support structure 300, so as to attach the turned portion of the display panel 200 to the back of the panel support structure 300, so that the turned portion of the display panel 200 is fixed, which is beneficial to electrically connecting the turned portion of the display panel 200 to components such as a circuit board located on the back of the panel support structure 300.
The inventor of the present application considers that when the third region 103 of the film covering structure 100 is folded toward the back of the panel supporting structure 300, a large bending deformation occurs, which generates a large resilience force, and will increase the difficulty of attaching the folded portion of the display panel 200 to the back of the panel supporting structure 300. To this end, the present application provides one possible implementation for the film structure 100 as follows:
as shown in fig. 3, the third region 103 of the present embodiment has a notch 103a, and the notch 103a is used to correspond to the end of the curved region of the panel support structure 300.
In this embodiment, the notch 103a of the third area 103 of the film covering structure 100 is used to correspond to the end of the curved area of the panel supporting structure 300, so that when the third area 103 of the film covering structure 100 is folded toward the back of the panel supporting structure 300, the bent portion is removed, so that there is no bending deformation caused by folding, and no corresponding resilience is generated, thereby reducing the difficulty of attaching the folded portion of the display panel 200 to the back of the panel supporting structure 300, and improving the stability of attaching the folded portion of the display panel 200 to the back of the panel supporting structure 300.
The inventors of the present application consider that the film structure 100 provided in the above embodiments may be protected to some extent before use, so as to maintain the performance of the film structure 100. To this end, the present application provides one possible implementation for the film structure 100 as follows:
as shown in fig. 4, the film covering structure 100 of the embodiment of the present application further includes a release film 140 and a protection film 150.
One of the release film 140 and the protective film 150 is located on a side of the insulating film layer 110 and the first adhesive structure 130 away from the first adhesive layer 120, and is used for being peeled off from the insulating film layer 110 when the insulating film layer 110 and the first adhesive structure 130 are attached to the panel support structure 300.
The other of the release film 140 and the protection film 150 is located on a side of the first adhesive layer 120 away from the insulating film layer 110, and is used for being peeled off from the first adhesive layer 120 when the first adhesive layer 120 is attached to a side of the display panel 200.
In the present embodiment, a Release film (Release film) 140 and a protection film (Protect film) 150 are respectively used to Protect both sides of the film covering structure 100, which are respectively: the insulating film layer 110 and the first adhesive structure 130 are used for attaching one side of the panel support structure 300, and the first adhesive layer 120 is used for attaching one side of the display panel 200. The working surface of the film-covered structure 100 can be prevented from being polluted, and the independent production, transportation, storage or sale of the film-covered structure 100 is facilitated.
When the film structure 100 is used, the release film 140 and the protective film 150 may be peeled off.
The inventor of the present application considers that the thickness of the insulation film layer 110 in the curved region will affect the resilience of the portion of the insulation film layer 110, i.e. the firmness of the fit of the curved region. To this end, the present application provides one possible implementation of the film structure 100 as follows:
the ratio of the thickness of the portion of the insulating film layer 110 located in the second region 102 to the thickness of the portion located in the first region 101 is not less than 2/5 and not more than 3/5.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the portion of the insulating film 110 located in the second region 102 is half of the thickness of the portion located in the first region 101, so that the resilience of the insulating film 110 located in the second region 102 after being bent due to the curved surface region of the panel supporting structure 300 can be effectively reduced, and the risk that the film is likely to fall off due to the curved surface bonding can be reduced.
Correspondingly, the thickness of the first adhesive structure 130 is also half of the thickness of the insulating film 110 in the first region 101, so as to provide a strong adhesion force while compensating for the dangling of the insulating film 110 due to the thinning of the portion in the second region 102.
Alternatively, the thickness of the insulating film layer 110 in the first region 101 is 50 micrometers, the thickness of the insulating film layer 110 in the second region 102 is 20 micrometers, and the thickness of the first adhesive structure 130 is 30 micrometers.
Alternatively, the thickness of the insulating film layer 110 in the first region 101 is 50 micrometers, the thickness of the insulating film layer 110 in the second region 102 is 25 micrometers, and the thickness of the first adhesive structure 130 is 25 micrometers.
Alternatively, the thickness of the insulating film layer 110 in the first region 101 is 50 micrometers, the thickness of the insulating film layer 110 in the second region 102 is 30 micrometers, and the thickness of the first adhesive structure 130 is 20 micrometers.
In each of the above embodiments, optionally, at least one of the first adhesive layer 120 and the first adhesive structure 130 is PSA (Pressure Sensitive adhesive).
In the above embodiments, optionally, the insulating film layer 110 is a PI (Polyimide) film.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application provides a display structure, and a schematic structural diagram of the display structure is shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, and the display structure includes: a display panel 200, a panel support structure 300, and any of the film structures 100 provided in the above embodiments.
The side of the insulating film layer 110 of the film covering structure 100 away from the first adhesive layer 120 is attached to the planar area of the panel supporting structure 300.
The first adhesive structure 130 in the film covering structure 100 is attached to the curved region of the panel support structure 300.
The first adhesive layer 120 of the film structure 100 is attached to the side of the display panel 200, which is away from the insulating film layer 110.
In the present embodiment, the display structure employs any one of the film covering structures 100 provided in the foregoing embodiments, so as to achieve the attachment between the display panel 200 and the panel support structure 300.
The first adhesive structure 130 of the at least one second area 102 of the film covering structure 100 is embedded in one side of the insulating film layer 110, which is far away from the first adhesive layer 120, and one side of the first adhesive structure 130, which is far away from the first adhesive layer 120, is flush with one side of the insulating film layer 110, which is far away from the first adhesive layer 120, that is, the insulating film layer 110 located in the second area 102 is thinned, so that the resilience of the insulating film layer 110 located in the second area 102 after being bent due to the adhesion with the curved surface area of the panel supporting structure 300 can be effectively reduced, and the risk that the film layer is likely to fall off due to the adhesion with the curved surface is reduced.
Therefore, the obtained display structure has the characteristics of firm bonding and difficult falling of film layer structures such as the display panel 200 with a curved surface region, and the like, and can greatly improve the display quality and improve the visual experience of users.
In some possible embodiments, the notch 103a of the third area 103 of the film covering structure 100 corresponds to an end of the curved area of the panel support structure 300, and at least a portion of the third area 103 of the film covering structure 100 is located on a side of the panel support structure 300 away from the display panel 200.
In this embodiment, the notch 103a of the third area 103 of the film covering structure 100 corresponds to the end of the curved area of the panel supporting structure 300, so that when the third area 103 of the film covering structure 100 is folded toward the back of the panel supporting structure 300, the bent portion is removed, so that there is no bending deformation caused by folding, and no corresponding resilience is generated, thereby reducing and improving the difficulty of attaching the folded portion of the display panel 200 to the back of the panel supporting structure 300, and the stability of attaching the folded portion of the display panel 200 to the back of the panel supporting structure 300.
In some possible embodiments, at least a portion of the display panel 200 is folded to a side of the panel support structure 300 away from the display panel 200 along an end of the curved region of the panel support structure 300, and is attached to at least a portion of the first adhesive layer 120 of the film covering structure 100, where the portion of the first adhesive layer 120 is located in the third region 103 of the film covering structure 100.
In the present embodiment, the third region 103 of the film lamination structure 100 may be folded to the back of the panel support structure 300, i.e. the side of the panel support structure 300 away from the display panel 200. The insulating film layer 110 of the third area 103 may be attached to the back of the panel supporting structure 300, and the first adhesive layer 120 of the third area 103 may be attached to the portion of the display panel 200 that is turned over to the back of the panel supporting structure 300, so as to attach the turned portion of the display panel 200 to the back of the panel supporting structure 300, so that the turned portion of the display panel 200 is fixed, which is beneficial for the turned portion of the display panel 200 to be electrically connected to components such as a circuit board located at the back of the panel supporting structure 300.
The present inventors consider that if the active bonding capability is provided to the panel supporting structure 300, the bonding firmness between the panel supporting structure 300 and the film covering structure 100 can be enhanced.
