Abstract
本发明提供一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥及其制备方法,涉及水产养殖技术领域,该生物鱼肥包括以下重量份的原料:有机肥40‑60份、无机肥20‑30份、微量元素添加剂5‑12份、维生素添加剂0.4‑0.7份,氨基酸10‑20份、有益菌1‑3份、中草药添加剂4‑9份、过碳酸钠2‑5份、腐殖酸钠1‑4份。按比例称取上述原料,将有机肥、无机肥与中草药添加剂粉碎过280‑300目筛后与其他原料混合,搅拌均匀,包装即得生物鱼肥。该生物鱼肥将有机肥的长效作用、无机肥的速效作用和生物肥的增效作用有机的结合起来,避免了传统肥料耗氧高、污染多等缺点。各原料配比科学合理,营养更全面,水溶性更好,可增强养殖品种抗病能力,提高养殖品种的产量和品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥及其制备方法。
背景技术
当前在我国水产养殖业中,水环境恶化的问题已成为水产业可持续发展的瓶颈。为了在一定的水体中获得更高的产量,人们不得不向水体中投入大量的饵料、肥料、渔药等,以满足鱼类生长的物质与控制疾病的要求。这种以强饲重肥为特征的养殖方式加大了水体氮、磷、有机物分解转化负荷。又因疏于水质调控与管理、微生物分解环节不畅,水体中物质循环与能量流动受阻,残饵、有机残留物和鱼类代谢物不断积累,以致氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化氢等含量远远超出了国家规定的渔业用水水质标准。病害蔓延,突发性鱼病频繁发生。许多研究结果表明,暴发性鱼病的发生与水体中氨氮和亚硝酸盐含量升高显著相关。湖泊、水库富营养化严重,蓝绿藻水华肆虐,不仅对当地居民生产生活产生极大影响,而且还带来一系列的生态环境问题。
传统农用有机肥料,化学肥料对水产养殖业的发展做出了不了磨灭的贡献,但是其引发的鱼类病害和水环境污染也是显而易见的。现代生物鱼肥作为一种新的生物技术产品,具有无毒、无副作用、改良水环境,促进动物生长,提高饲料转化率,预防和减少了水产动物疾病的发生,替代抗生素和传统农用有机肥料、化学肥料的优点,日益显示出强大的生命力。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥及其制备方法,该生物鱼肥将有机肥的长效作用、无机肥的速效作用和生物肥的增效作用有机的结合起来,避免了传统肥料耗氧高、污染多等缺点。尤其是配方中,氮磷钾及微量元素配比科学合理,还加入了有益菌、维生素添加剂、氨基酸、腐殖酸钠等,营养更全面,水溶性更好,可增强养殖品种抗病能力,提高养殖品种的产量和品质。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥,包括以下重量份的原料:有机肥40-60份、无机肥20-30份、微量元素添加剂5-12份、维生素添加剂0.4-0.7份,氨基酸10-20份、有益菌1-3份、中草药添加剂4-9份、过碳酸钠2-5份、腐殖酸钠1-4份。
进一步的,包括以下重量份的原料:有机肥50份、无机肥25份、微量元素添加剂10份、维生素添加剂0.5份,氨基酸15份、有益菌2份、中草药添加剂7份、过碳酸钠3份、腐殖酸钠2份。
进一步的,有机肥为经过初处理的畜禽粪便、秸秆、麸皮、城市垃圾中的一种或多种经发酵处理制成的有机肥。
进一步的,发酵处理的具体过程为:将上述原料与EM发酵菌按照重量比1:60-80的比例混合,在温度为40-50℃条件下发酵40-48h,制得有机肥。
进一步的,无机肥由碳酸氢铵、磷酸钙、氮化钾、磷酸铵、草木灰按照重量比1:1:1:1:1的比例混合组成。
进一步的,微量元素添加剂包括硼、钴、锌、锰、铁、镁、铜元素,且每种微量元素用量相同,维生素添加剂由维生素A、C、E以1:2:4的重量比混合组成。
进一步的,中草药添加剂由黄芩、黄柏、鱼腥草、党参、茯苓、甘草按照重量比4:3:2:2:1:1的比例组成。
进一步的,有益菌包括酵素菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、双岐杆菌种的一种或多种。
本发明水产养殖用生物鱼肥的制备方法如下:按比例称取上述原料,将有机肥、无机肥与中草药添加剂粉碎过280-300目筛后与其他原料混合,搅拌均匀,包装即得生物鱼肥。
本发明水产养殖用生物鱼肥的施用方法如下:该生物鱼肥施用前用水浸泡30-60min,每1000m2水域施用4-5kg,每7-14天施用一次。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥及其制备方法,本发明生物鱼肥将有机肥的长效作用、无机肥的速效作用和生物肥的增效作用有机的结合起来,避免了传统肥料耗氧高、污染多等缺点。配方中,氮磷钾及微量元素配比科学合理,还加入了有益菌、维生素添加剂、氨基酸、腐殖酸钠等,营养更全面,水溶性好,能充分被水生生物吸收利用,无有害残留,可改善养殖生态环境,部分物质还可被鱼类直接利用,同时增加养殖水体中的溶氧,减少鱼类浮头的发生。该生物鱼肥在施用后可降低水体氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硫化氢等浓度,净化水质,并可促进绿藻、硅藻等有益藻类的繁殖及生物絮团的形成,有效降解池塘水体有害成分,加速水体养分的物质转化,尤其是配方中加入中药添加剂,可明显增强养殖品种抗病能力,提高养殖品种的产量和品质。

实施例1:
一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥,包括以下重量份的原料:有机肥50份、无机肥25份、微量元素添加剂10份、维生素添加剂0.5份,氨基酸15份、酵素菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的混合物2份、中草药添加剂7份、过碳酸钠3份、腐殖酸钠2份,其中有机肥为经过初处理的畜禽粪便与EM发酵菌按照重量比1:60的比例混合,在温度为50℃条件下发酵48h制得。
本实施例中水产养殖用生物鱼肥的制备方法如下:按比例称取上述原料,将有机肥、无机肥与中草药添加剂粉碎过280目筛后与其他原料混合,搅拌均匀,包装即得生物鱼肥。
实施例2:
一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥,包括以下重量份的原料:有机肥40份、无机肥28份、微量元素添加剂8份、维生素添加剂0.6份,氨基酸15份、酵素菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌的混合物2份、中草药添加剂5份、过碳酸钠4份、腐殖酸钠2份,其中有机肥为经过初处理的秸秆与EM发酵菌按照重量比1:80的比例混合,在温度为40℃条件下发酵40h制得。
本实施例中水产养殖用生物鱼肥的制备方法如下:按比例称取上述原料,将有机肥、无机肥与中草药添加剂粉碎过300目筛后与其他原料混合,搅拌均匀,包装即得生物鱼肥。
实施例3:
一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥,包括以下重量份的原料:有机肥55份、无机肥20份、微量元素添加剂5份、维生素添加剂0.7份,氨基酸10份、酵素菌、乳酸菌的混合物3份、中草药添加剂9份、过碳酸钠5份、腐殖酸钠4份,其中有机肥为经过初处理的麸皮与EM发酵菌按照重量比1:75的比例混合,在温度为50℃条件下发酵48h制得。该生物鱼肥的制备方法同实施例2。
实施例4:
一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥,包括以下重量份的原料:有机肥60份、无机肥22份、微量元素添加剂6份、维生素添加剂0.5份,氨基酸12份、酵素菌、双岐杆菌的混合物1份、中草药添加剂6份、过碳酸钠3份、腐殖酸钠3份,其中有机肥为经过初处理的城市垃圾与EM发酵菌按照重量比1:70的比例混合,在温度为45℃条件下发酵45h制得。该生物鱼肥的制备方法同实施例2。
实施例5:
一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥,包括以下重量份的原料:有机肥45份、无机肥30份、微量元素添加剂12份、维生素添加剂0.4份,氨基酸20份、酵素菌2份、中草药添加剂4份、过碳酸钠2份、腐殖酸钠1份,其中有机肥为经过初处理的秸秆、麸皮与EM发酵菌按照重量比1:65的比例混合,在温度为40℃条件下发酵48h制得。该生物鱼肥的制备方法同实施例2。
实施例1-5中所用无机肥由碳酸氢铵、磷酸钙、氮化钾、磷酸铵、草木灰按照重量比1:1:1:1:1的比例混合组成;微量元素添加剂包括硼、钴、锌、锰、铁、镁、铜元素,且每种微量元素用量相同,维生素添加剂由维生素A、C、E以1:2:4的重量比混合组成;中草药添加剂由黄芩、黄柏、鱼腥草、党参、茯苓、甘草按照重量比4:3:2:2:1:1的比例组成。
试验例
试验方法:选择规格统一的5个水泥塘,体积均为30m3,先清洗消毒后引入同一水源接种藻种,使各池水保持等量水体,每池放入规格为100g/尾的鲢鱼200尾、鳙鱼100尾。试验设一个空白组,一个对照组,三个试验组,其中对照组选用市售氨基酸肥,试验组1选用本发明实施例1制备的生物鱼肥,试验组2选用本发明实施例2制备的生物鱼肥,试验组3选用本发明实施例3制备的生物鱼肥,试验组4选用本发明实施例4制备的生物鱼肥,试验组5选用本发明实施例5制备的生物鱼肥。施肥7天后,对不同水泥塘中的养殖水进行观察和检测,养殖60天后收鲢鱼、鳙鱼,并计算鲢鱼、鳙鱼成活率,结果如表1所示。

综上,本发明实施例具有如下有益效果:本发明实施例1-5制备的生物鱼肥营养全面,水溶性好,可显著增加养殖水体中的溶氧,减少鱼类浮头的发生,显著降低了水体中氨氮、亚硝酸盐的浓度,净化水质,增强养殖品种抗病能力,显著提高养殖品种的产量和品质。

1.一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:有机肥40-60份、无机肥20-30份、微量元素添加剂5-12份、维生素添加剂0.4-0.7份,氨基酸10-20份、有益菌1-3份、中草药添加剂4-9份、过碳酸钠2-5份、腐殖酸钠1-4份。
2.一种水产养殖用生物鱼肥,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:有机肥50份、无机肥25份、微量元素添加剂10份、维生素添加剂0.5份,氨基酸15份、有益菌2份、中草药添加剂7份、过碳酸钠3份、腐殖酸钠2份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的水产养殖用生物鱼肥,其特征在于,所述有机肥为经过初处理的畜禽粪便、秸秆、麸皮、城市垃圾中的一种或多种经发酵处理制成的有机肥。
4.如权利要求3所述的水产养殖用生物鱼肥,其特征在于,所述发酵处理的具体过程为:将上述原料与EM发酵菌按照重量比1:60-80的比例混合,在温度为40-50℃条件下发酵40-48h,制得有机肥。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的水产养殖用生物鱼肥,其特征在于,所述无机肥由碳酸氢铵、磷酸钙、氮化钾、磷酸铵、草木灰按照重量比1:1:1:1:1的比例混合组成。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的水产养殖用生物鱼肥,其特征在于,所述微量元素添加剂包括硼、钴、锌、锰、铁、镁、铜元素,且每种微量元素用量相同,所述维生素添加剂由维生素A、C、E以1:2:4的重量比混合组成。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的水产养殖用生物鱼肥,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂由黄芩、黄柏、鱼腥草、党参、茯苓、甘草按照重量比4:3:2:2:1:1的比例组成。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的水产养殖用生物鱼肥,其特征在于,所述有益菌包括酵素菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌、双岐杆菌种的一种或多种。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的水产养殖用生物鱼肥,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:按比例称取上述原料,将有机肥、无机肥与中草药添加剂粉碎过280-300目筛后与其他原料混合,搅拌均匀,包装即得生物鱼肥。
