Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a system block diagram of the touch screen device of the present invention located in an elevator system for use not only in call registration but also as an input device for elevator management settings and special operating mode settings.
In fig. 1, a group control cabinet 1 is connected to a plurality of control cabinets 2, and manages and controls a plurality of elevators as a group. The in-car touch screen device 5 is disposed in the car and connected to the elevator control cabinet 2 via the ceiling station 3 having a local CPU. The landing-side touch panel device 6 is provided in a landing of each floor, and is connected via a landing station 4 having a local CPU.
Of course, the in-car touch panel device 5 and the landing-side touch panel device 6 may be directly connected to the elevator control cabinet 2 by a dedicated line without passing through the car top station 3 or the landing station 4. The input and output information of the touch screen device 5 in the car and the touch screen device 6 on the landing side are processed by the elevator control cabinet 2 and the elevator group control cabinet 1.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a typical interface of the touch screen device of the present invention located in an elevator car for use by a typical user during normal elevator operation, the typical interface 7 comprising: a destination floor button 8, a door opening button 9, a door closing button 10. The registration selection of a floor is performed by operating the destination floor button 8, and the opening and closing operation of the elevator door is performed by operating the door opening button 9 and the door closing button 10.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a typical interface of a touch screen device of the invention on the landing side of an elevator for use by a typical user during normal operation of the elevator, the typical interface 11 comprising: up and down buttons 12, direction of travel 13, travel floor 14. The call operation of the elevator is performed by operating the up-down button 12, and the actual operation direction and floor of the elevator are known from the operation direction 13 and the operation floor 14.
A first embodiment of the invention is illustrated in figure 5 and for ease of presentation is illustrated by the usual interface 7 of a touch screen device within the car. This embodiment requires that the area of the normal interface for normal user operation does not cover the whole touch area, as shown in fig. 5, the normal user operation areas are only the door opening button 9, the door closing button 10 and the floor button 8, and the interface 7 still has a blank touch area 30. In the blank touch area 30, an area which is not operated by a general user, such as 4 top corners of the touch screen, can be selected, and a plurality of hidden buttons, such as the hidden button 18 in the upper left corner and the hidden button 19 in the upper right corner, are arranged. The top left hidden button 18 and the top right hidden button 19 are not visible on a normal interface, and the dashed boxes of fig. 5 are only specially labeled for express meaning. In this embodiment, the hidden interface can be opened by performing a preset operation on a plurality of hidden buttons on a common interface, for example: clicking the hidden button 18 at the upper left corner twice and clicking the hidden button at the upper right corner twice can open the hidden interface, for example, entering the hidden interface 15 for elevator component setting management in fig. 4, lighting setting of the elevator can be performed by operating the lighting setting button 16a, and related setting can be performed on the IC card of the elevator by operating the IC card setting button 16b, and so on. After the setting is completed, the hidden interface is exited by the return button 17, and the normal interface 7 of fig. 5 is returned.
Furthermore, different operations of the hidden button can be selected to open and enter different hidden interfaces. Such as: clicking the hidden button 18 at the upper left corner five times and clicking the hidden button at the upper right corner three times can start entering the elevator special operation mode setting hidden interface 20 shown in fig. 6, and can select and operate an independent operation mode, a driver operation mode and the like.
Preferably, in order to further consider security, an authentication unit may be added to perform security authentication before opening the access hidden interface. As shown in fig. 10, a digital password authentication 24, a gesture password authentication 25, a two-dimensional code authentication 26, and other security authentication methods may be used. And according to the difference of the authentication content, the types and the number of the function buttons displayed on the touch screen are different, such as: when the digital password is input 111111, the corresponding opened interface is the elevator component management setting interface 15 in fig. 4; when the number password is input 999999, the super management user interface is opened, the elevator management function setting interface 27 shown in fig. 11 is correspondingly opened, and any hidden interface among the elevator component management setting interface 15, the elevator special operation mode setting interface 20, the elevator basic information interface 21 and the elevator operation condition interface 22 can be selected and entered through corresponding buttons on the interface.
In addition, the operation setting of the hidden interface can be stored in the common interface, so that the elevator manager can conveniently and temporarily open the related authority and functions to give specific users, for example, as shown in fig. 9, the wheelchair mode button can be opened to the common interface through the hidden interface, and when the wheelchair user operates the button, the elevator can enter the wheelchair coping mode.
It should be noted that, the setting position and number of the hidden buttons and the way of operating the hidden buttons may also have other forms besides examples: for example, the number of the hidden buttons can be 1 to any number; the setting position can be a vertex angle, a periphery and the like; the operation mode can be as follows: and continuously clicking the appointed button for a plurality of times, or continuously pressing the appointed button for a certain time, or clicking another appointed button for a plurality of times after pressing the appointed button, or sliding and operating a plurality of hidden buttons through gestures, and the like.
The second embodiment of the present invention is to realize entering the hidden interface by combining and operating existing buttons on the normal interface of the touch screen device. In the same way as in the first embodiment, a general interface 7 of the in-car touch screen device of fig. 2 is illustrated. If the door opening button 9 ' + ' door closing button 10 ' + ' floor button 1 ' is operated at the same time, the hidden interface can be opened, for example, the elevator component setting management hidden interface 15 in fig. 4 is accessed, and the related operation is the same as that of the first embodiment.
It should be noted that, in addition to the above examples, the form of the combination key may also have other various forms with reference to the first embodiment, and the description is not repeated here.
A third embodiment of the invention is to operate the same preset gestures or settings on the normal interface when the elevator is on different floors, and to enter different preset hidden interfaces. Such as: when the elevator stops at floor 1, the elevator component setting management hidden interface 15 shown in fig. 4 can be opened by clicking the hidden button 18 at the upper left corner twice and clicking the hidden button at the upper right corner twice according to the first embodiment; when the elevator stops at the 2 nd floor and still operates as described above, the hidden interface 20 can be opened to enter the elevator special operation mode setting as shown in fig. 6, and so on. By the method, different hidden interfaces can be accessed only through one preset gesture.
The invention is not limited to the embodiments discussed above. The foregoing description of the specific embodiments is intended to describe and explain the principles of the invention. Obvious modifications or alterations based on the teachings of the present invention should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention. The foregoing detailed description is provided to disclose the best mode of practicing the invention, and also to enable a person skilled in the art to utilize the invention in various embodiments and with various alternatives for carrying out the invention.
