Abstract

As shown in fig. 1, the vibrating disc screening mechanism of the double-output multi-machine cooperation conveyor comprises a vibrating disc main body (1), wherein a large trough rail (2) and a small trough rail (3) are arranged on the inner side of the vibrating disc main body (1), screening notches (4), a baffle plate (6), a screening baffle plate (8) and a discharge pipeline (10) are arranged on the surface of the large trough rail (2); the surface of the small trough rail (3) is provided with a screening opening (5), a baffle plate (7) is provided with a screening baffle plate (9), and a discharge pipeline (11).

The working principle is as follows: two kinds of nuts in the vibration disc main body (1) make spiral ascending motion along the large trough rail (2) and the small trough rail (3) under the inertia effect generated by vibration, and when the nuts move to the screening separation blade (8) and the screening separation blade (9), a plurality of nuts and nuts in a vertical posture which are stacked together are screened out;
