According to the invention, the first suction cup 1201 and the second suction cup 1203 are arranged at the bottom of the sliding seat 1, the distance between the first suction cup 1201 and the second suction cup 1203 is adjusted through the bidirectional threaded rod 104 in the sliding seat 1, so that the distance between the first suction cup 1201 and the second suction cup 1203 on the left side and the right side of the slitting mill 10 is equal, the plastic film below is sucked through the two suction cups, the plastic film is tensioned, and the cutting accuracy of the slitting mill 10 when cutting the plastic film is improved.
According to the invention, the conveying belt 4 is arranged below the slitting mill 10, after the plastic films are cut, the two separated plastic films are put down by the sucking discs and fall onto the conveying belt, and the plastic films are conveyed out by the conveying belt 4, so that the processing efficiency is improved.
The surface of the plastic film is sucked and fixed through the sucking disc, so that the surface of the plastic film is convenient to retract and release, and the action sensitivity of the clamping device is improved.

A slide hole 1303 standing on the ground is formed in the middle of the movable support 1301, the slide hole 1303 is a square hole, a slide block 1302 is embedded in the hole of the slide hole 1303 in a sliding fit mode, the slide block 1302 is hinged and fixed to the side wall of a chain 1305, the slide block 1302 is hinged and fixed to one pin shaft of the chain 1305, the chain 1305 is a closed annular chain, chain wheels 1304 are installed at two ends of the inner ring of the chain 1305, and the chain wheel 1304 at one end is a main driving wheel; the sprockets 1304 at both ends are fixed to the base 14, and the base 14 is fixed to the outer side wall of the frame 8, wherein the main driving wheel is driven by the third motor and the second motor is fixed to the top end of the base 14.

According to the invention, the sliding block is embedded in the sliding hole 1303 of the movable support 1301, so that the movable support 1301 is driven to horizontally move by the chain wheel, and the moving stability of the movable support 1301 is improved.
According to the invention, the chain drives the movable support 1301 to horizontally reciprocate, so that slipping on a transmission device of the movable support 1301 is avoided, and the moving firmness of the movable support 1301 is improved

The working principle is as follows: when the plastic film slitting mill is used, firstly, a plastic film is placed on a conveyor belt 4 and conveyed to a position below a first suction cup 1201 and a second suction cup 1203 by the conveyor belt 4, secondly, a pneumatic cylinder 15 pushes the first suction cup 1201 and the second suction cup 1203 to move downwards, the surface of the plastic film is sucked and lifted to a position below the slitting mill 10 by the first suction cup 1201 and the second suction cup 1203, a slitting knife 1002 is brought into contact with the surface of the plastic film, then, the slitting knife 1002 is driven to rotate by a second motor 1005, the slitting knife 1002 is driven to directly move on the surface of the plastic film by a transmission mechanism 13, the surface of the plastic film is slit, finally, after the slit is finished, the first suction cup 1201 and the second suction cup 1203 are pushed to move downwards by the pneumatic cylinder 15, the first suction cup 1201 and the second suction cup 1203 release pressure, and the plastic film falls into the conveyor belt 4, flows out downwards through the conveyor belt 4.
The movement of the conveyer belt 4, the lifting of the first suction cup 1201 and the second suction cup 1203, and the rotation of each motor are all controlled manually, which is beneficial to improving the cutting accuracy.
