Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sewage filtration treatment, in particular to an environment-friendly treatment method for recycling polluted ineffective filter materials. The waste filter materials which are polluted and invalid in the sewage filtering process are regenerated and reused, solid wastes are eliminated (part of the filter materials are listed as dangerous wastes), a large amount of filter material purchasing cost is saved, and meanwhile, solid waste treatment cost is saved.
Background
In the prior art, during the operation of a sewage (including municipal sewage, industrial sewage and the like) filtering treatment device, the filtering material in the filtering tank is polluted by pollutants in the sewage, and after the filtering device is operated for a period of time, the pollutants adsorbed by the filtering material are usually removed out of the filtering tank through a sewage filtering tank backwashing process. However, as the operation period of the filter tank is prolonged, the surface of the filter material is covered by scale substances such as calcium and magnesium ions in the sewage and other stubborn stains, and the part of the pollution substances cannot be stripped from the filter material and discharged out of the filter tank by using a conventional backwashing mode, so that the surface of the filter material is wrapped by attachments to lose the filtering characteristic of the filter material, and the adsorption capacity of the filter material is reduced or lost, so that the filter tank cannot meet or cannot meet the requirements of the production process. Particularly, in the oil field sewage treatment process, the hydrophilic and oleophobic properties of the filter material are changed due to pollution, so that the oil filtering capability of the filter material is seriously reduced. In the past, the problem is solved by replacing a new filter material, but the replaced waste filter material is polluted by pollutants, particularly toxic and harmful substances, bacteria and other substances in industrial production, such as crude oil and medicament pollution in the oil field sewage treatment process, so that the part of the cleaned waste filter material is finally divided into dangerous solid waste. The cost for treating the part of solid waste is high, and the part of solid waste becomes burden and production difficulty of a production enterprise.
At present, a large amount of filtering modes are adopted in domestic industrial and mining industry and domestic sewage treatment processes, the amount of waste filtering materials which lose effectiveness in pollution generated every year is huge, and most of the waste filtering materials are treated as wastes. Some of the waste filter materials in industrial production are listed as dangerous solid wastes by the environmental protection department, and the treatment cost is huge.
The environment-friendly cleaning method for the filter material is researched and developed under the condition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly treatment method for recycling polluted ineffective filter materials aiming at the defects. Realizes the recycling of waste and old ineffective filter materials and solves the problem of hazardous waste treatment.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: an environment-friendly treatment method for recycling polluted ineffective filter materials is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the chemical agent treatment of the filter material, namely, the chemical agent is screened in a laboratory for chemical treatment by analyzing the adsorbed substances on the surface of the filter material, and the chemical agent is mainly a surfactant substance. For example, the waste filter material produced in the oil field sewage treatment system is put into water with the temperature of 70-80 ℃, added with a displacement detergent for oil extraction, namely oleate XY-06 complex reagent, to prepare a reagent solution (commercial product) with the concentration of 2%, stirred, and sent into a vibration washing treatment unit to remove oil stains, soft scales and surface adsorption substances on the surface of the filter material.
(2) And (3) carrying out vibration washing treatment on the filter material, namely feeding the filter material obtained in the step (1) into a vibration washing treatment unit, and removing stubborn dirt substances on the surface of the filter material through mechanical vibration and high-pressure water flow scouring and impact collision. Then conveyed to a particle size screening and rinsing treatment unit
(3) And (3) screening and rinsing the particle size of the filter material, namely screening the particle size of the filter material obtained in the step (2) through a particle size screening and rinsing treatment unit, and simultaneously rinsing with clear water to remove residual medicament and pollutant debris on the surface of the filter material to obtain the clean filter material, wherein the particle size screening standard is determined according to the sewage treatment process requirements and is generally the particle size (0.8 ~ 1.2.2 mm, 1 ~ 2mm, 2 ~ 4mm and 4 ~ 8 mm).
In the above-mentioned scheme, the first step of the method,
including drug dissolution treatment.
Comprises the heating treatment of the liquid medicine.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: aiming at different pollutant characteristics, a section of treatment is carried out by using a medicament; separating the solid attachments by a mechanical device for secondary treatment; the filter material after two-stage treatment is screened by a matching device, so that the requirement of the process on the particle size of the filter material is met.
The invention has the advantages that: 1. the pollutants attached to the surface of the filter material are thoroughly cleaned, and the surface and the pores of the filter material are recovered, so that the filtering performance of the filter material is brought into play again, and the filter material recycling standard is achieved, thereby achieving the purpose of recycling the treated filter material. 2. Waste is regenerated and reused, so that the purposes of changing waste into valuable, saving a large amount of filter material purchasing cost, saving solid waste treatment cost and improving the economic benefit of enterprises are achieved. 3. The method eliminates dangerous solid waste and hidden danger of environmental pollution, and has obvious social benefit.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, an environmental protection treatment method for recycling polluted and ineffective filter materials comprises the following steps:
(1) and feeding, namely conveying the filter material to be treated by feeding equipment, such as a belt conveyor.
(2) A chemical agent processing unit (a liquid medicine solution stirring reaction device which adds the medicine into water according to the proportion to form a chemical agent solution), and puts the filter material into the chemical agent solution with the temperature of 70-80 ℃. For example, taking a pollution failure filter material generated in an oilfield sewage treatment system as an example, the pollution failure filter material is put into a displacement washing blocking remover oleate XY-06 compound medicament for oil extraction, the mixture concentration is 2%, the medicament solution is at 70-80 ℃, the soaking and stirring are carried out, oil stains and soft dirt surface adsorption substances on the surface of the filter material are removed, and finally the filter material is sent into a vibration washing treatment unit. The selection of the agent is not limited to the above, and the agent can remove oil stains and soft dirt on the surface of the filter material.
(3) And (2) a filter material vibration washing processing unit (vibration washing for removing scale and the like), feeding the filter material obtained in the step (1) into the vibration washing processing unit, and causing severe collision among filter material particles by mechanical vibration of a vibration dewatering screen and matching with high-pressure water flow for washing, thereby achieving the purpose of removing stubborn scale and the like substances on the surface of the filter material. And conveying the treated filter material to a particle size screening and rinsing treatment unit.
(4) And (3) a filter material particle size screening and processing unit (particle size screening and rinsing process), conveying the filter material obtained in the step (3) to the particle size screening and rinsing processing unit, determining the mesh number of a screen according to the particle size specification required by the sewage treatment process (the particle size in the general process requirements is 0.8 ~ 1.2.2 mm, 1 ~ 2mm, 2 ~ 4mm and 4 ~ 8 mm), completing the screening process and the clear water spraying and rinsing process simultaneously, and finally obtaining the regenerated filter material with reasonable particle size and meeting the requirement on cleanliness.
The filter material treated by the method is verified by two steps of laboratory detection and field filling test of northeast petroleum university, and all indexes completely meet the requirements of the process on the filtering characteristics and filtering capacity of the filter material.
The method also comprises a medicament dissolving and adding unit (such as a liquid tank and a pump), a medicament dissolving and proportioning liquid storage tank (used for providing medicament solution for the chemical treatment unit), a rinsing liquid storage tank (used for providing rinsing water source), heating equipment (used for providing heat for the chemical treatment unit to maintain reaction temperature), and a waste liquid sterilizing and settling tank (used for sterilizing the cleaning tail liquid and reducing the content of suspended impurities so as to ensure that the normal treatment of the system is not influenced when the treatment tail liquid enters the sewage treatment system).
The substances which are adsorbed on the surfaces of the particles of the filter material and in the pores and influence the filtering performance are removed step by step through two-stage treatment, the original filtering capacity of the filter material is recovered, and the reuse is realized.
The invention can meet the treatment requirements of various pollution-ineffective waste solid granular filter materials (quartz sand, walnut shells, carborundum, anthracite and the like) commonly used in the sewage filtration treatment process, can thoroughly remove the bacteria, impurities, dirt and other pollutants adsorbed on the surface of the filter material, and enables the filter material to recover the filtration characteristics of the material. The repeated utilization rate of the mineral filter materials generally reaches 99 percent, and the fruit shell filter materials account for 85 to 95 percent. The invention can complete regeneration treatment in situ in a production area without causing any secondary pollution to the environment and discharging any substance to the outside in the treatment process. Therefore, the treatment device has obvious economic benefit and environmental protection social benefit for treatment enterprises.
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the invention and is not intended to limit the spirit of the invention.
