The spring 23 is provided to ensure that the pin plate 21 is not easily slipped off the pin nose 17, and the pin plate 21 cannot be slipped off the pin nose 17 without external force due to the elastic force of the spring 23. When the wheelchair is used, the passing wheelchair is moved to one side of a sickbed, and the advancing direction of the passing wheelchair is perpendicular to the length direction of the sickbed; then, the two lifting handrails are lowered to the lowest position; then, slightly loosening the first hand-screwed screw 9 to enable the seat plate 7 to rotate relative to the lifting rod 4; then, the second hand-screwed screw 13 is unlocked, and the back plate 11 is turned towards the seat plate 7; then, the seat plate 7 is driven to rotate by 90 degrees, and the back plate 11 and the leg plate 15 are flattened; then, the two bolt assemblies are respectively connected with the two bolt noses 17, the seat plate 7, the back plate 11 and the leg plate 15 to form a through bed plate; then, the height of the bed plate is adjusted through the lifting function of the lifting rod 4, so that the bottom surface of the bed plate is flush with the top surface of the sickbed; then, the trolley body is pushed, and the bed plate is moved to a sickbed, so that medical staff can conveniently pass the patient to the bed plate; and finally, after the patient passes through the bed to the bed board, driving the vehicle body to be away from the sickbed, and restoring the seat board 7, the back board 11 and the leg board 15 of the bed passing mechanism to the original state and fixing to finish the bed passing operation. In the process of passing through the bed, the medical staff does not need to lift the patient and transfer the patient to the wheelchair, so that the probability of secondary injury to the patient is effectively reduced, and discomfort of the patient in the transfer process is reduced; in addition, the physical consumption of medical personnel can be reduced, and great convenience is brought to the medical personnel.
