When the adding proportion of the heat conduction materials in the thin sheet is 4.2%, 8.5% and 10.8%, the heat conduction coefficients of the thin sheet are respectively improved by 32.7%, 55.0% and 75.2% compared with the thin sheet prepared by the conventional thick slurry method, and the heat diffusion coefficients are respectively improved by 9.2%, 13.8% and 16.9%. Compared with the conventional paper-making sheet, the heat-conducting performance of the heat-conducting tobacco sheets in the embodiments 4 to 6 is also obviously improved, when the adding proportion of the heat-conducting materials in the sheets is 5.6%, 9.9% and 11.5%, the heat-conducting coefficients are respectively improved by 24.5%, 62.0% and 96.3%, and the heat diffusion coefficients are respectively improved by 9.5%, 19.0% and 22.2%.
Using the same low-temperature cigarette paper, filter tips and other auxiliary materials, preparing disordered tobacco shred low-temperature cigarettes by using conventional thick paste method sheets, papermaking method sheets and the heat-conducting tobacco sheets of the examples 1-6, placing the cigarettes in a 350 ℃ heating non-combustion cigarette heater for heating, smoking by using a smoking machine, smoking 7 mouths each cigarette at intervals of 30s, wherein the single-mouth smoking capacity is 35ml, and detecting the total particulate matter of the mainstream smoke of each cigarette. Table 2 shows the detection results of the total particulate matters in the mainstream smoke of each cigarette sample, and the analysis results show that the total particulate matters in the mainstream smoke of the low-temperature non-burning cigarettes prepared by the heat-conducting thick slurry method sheet added with the heat-conducting material are obviously increased by 7-16% compared with the conventional thick slurry method sheet; compared with the conventional paper-making method sheet, the total particulate matter of the mainstream smoke of the low-temperature non-burning cigarette prepared by the heat-conducting paper-making method sheet added with the heat-conducting material is also obviously increased by 10-18%. The analysis results of the different examples show that the total particulate matter release amount increases with the addition amount of the heat conductive material. The heat-conducting tobacco sheet disclosed by the invention is applied to low-temperature cigarettes, so that the heat-conducting property of the sheet can be effectively improved, the smoke release amount is improved, and the requirements of consumers are better met.
