本发明公开了一种降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,包括基础日粮和添加剂,所述添加剂为胍基乙酸,所述胍基乙酸占基础日粮中全部组份的重量比为600~900mg/kg。本发明能有效降低肉鸡的腹脂率,使肉鸡的出肉率高,肉质鲜美,口感好,适用于所有用于降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮。

技术领域
本发明属于动物营养与饲料技术领域,涉及一种肉鸡日粮,具体地说是一种降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮。
背景技术
现代肉鸡的选育倾向于更快的生长速度和更高饲料的转化效率,与此同时也给肉鸡的生产带来一些负面效果,最为典型的就是体脂率的增加,肉鸡的体脂分为三种:腹部脂肪,皮下脂肪和肌内脂肪,其中腹部脂肪的占比直接影响肉鸡的体脂率,过量腹部脂肪的累积不仅会造成肉鸡产业利润的下降,还会影响肉鸡的口感,使其不受消费者的欢迎。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是要提供一种降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,以达到降低肉鸡腹脂率的目的。
本发明为实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案如下:一种降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,包括基础日粮和添加剂,所述添加剂为胍基乙酸。
作为对本发明的限定:所述胍基乙酸占基础日粮中全部组份的重量比为600~900mg/kg。
作为对本发明的进一步限定:所述胍基乙酸占基础日粮中全部组份的重量比为800mg/kg。
作为对本发明的再进一步限定:所述基础日粮包括以下组份:玉米、豆粕、棉籽粕、玉米蛋白粉、鸭油、石粉、磷酸氢钙、盐、赖氨酸硫酸盐、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、氯化胆碱、预混料。
作为对本发明的更进一步限定:所述基础日粮中各组份的重量百分比为:玉米63~65%、豆粕 21~23%、棉籽粕3~5%、玉米蛋白粉 1.5~2.5%、鸭油3.1~4.3%、石粉1.0~2.0%、磷酸氢钙0.5~1.0%、盐 0.2~0.3%、氯化胆碱 0.1~0.2%、赖氨酸硫酸盐0.50~0.60%、蛋氨酸0.20~0.30%、苏氨酸0.14~0.20%、预混料050%,上述基础日粮中各组份的重量百分比之和为100%。
作为对本发明的一种限定:所述鸡的基础日粮中各组份的重量百分比为:玉米64.27%、豆粕 22.3%、棉籽粕4.0%、玉米蛋白粉2.0%、鸭油 3.74%、石粉1.11%、磷酸氢钙 0.68%、盐 0.25%、氯化胆碱 0.20%、赖氨酸硫酸盐0.56%、蛋氨酸0.24%、苏氨酸0.15%、预混料 0.50%。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,所取得的有益效果在于:
胍基乙酸是动物体内合成肌酸的唯一前体物,日粮中补充胍基乙酸可提高肉鸡体内的肌酸含量,肌酸可增加肌肉细胞的水合作用,水合作用的增加可诱导肌肉蛋白质的合成,降低蛋白质分解,同时,日粮中补充胍基乙酸可节约机体内源合成胍基乙酸所需的精氨酸,精氨酸可通过抑制动物肝脏中脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)mRNA的表达和提高肉毒碱棕榈酰转移酶I(CPT1)与L-3羟酰基-CoA脱氢酶(3-HADH)mRNA的表达来降低腹部脂肪的积累,进而达到降低腹脂的目的;本发明能有效降低肉鸡腹脂率,使肉鸡的出肉率高,肉质鲜美,口感好,适用于所有用于降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮。
具体实施方式
本发明下面将结合实施例作进一步详细说明:在鸡的基础日粮中添加胍基乙酸能降低肉鸡的腹脂率。
实施例1 降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮
本实施例为一种降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,包括基础日粮和添加剂,所述基础日粮选取100kg,100kg基础日粮中包括玉米64.27kg、豆粕 22.3kg、棉籽粕4.0kg、玉米蛋白粉kg、鸭油3.74kg、石粉1.11kg、磷酸氢钙 0.68kg、盐 0.25kg、氯化胆碱 0.20kg、赖氨酸硫酸盐0.56kg、蛋氨酸0.24kg、苏氨酸0.15kg、预混料 0.50kg,所述添加剂为胍基乙酸,100kg基础日粮中添加胍基乙酸0.80kg,上述各组份配比形成基础日粮Ⅰ。
实施例2-6 降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮
实施例2-6分别为降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,其中基础日粮中所含的各组份均相同,不同之处在于基础日粮中各组份的含量,具体见表1:

实施例7 验证基础日粮中添加胍基乙酸对降低肉鸡腹脂率的效果
实施例7为验证实施例1-6中各基础日粮中添加胍基乙酸对降低肉鸡腹脂率的效果,即通过控制喂养肉鸡的条件,使肉鸡食用上述基础日粮,一段时间后验证肉鸡腹脂率的变化,通过设置不同的试验组,来证明肉鸡腹脂率的降低是因为添加了胍基乙酸,而非其他原因,实验过程按以下顺序进行:
一、 试验动物的选取与饲养
试验在山东邹城养鸡场进行,选用21日龄白羽肉鸡仔360只,全部为公雏,随机分为两组,一组为对照组,饲喂不添加胍基乙酸的基础日粮,一组为试验组,饲喂添加胍基乙酸的基础日粮;其中对照组又分为六组,每组30只;试验组也分为六组,每组30只,试验组的六组分别饲喂实施例1-6所提供的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ的基础日粮;
试验从21日龄开始至42日龄结束,各组鸡采用笼养方式,鸡群全程自由采食和饮水,舍内温度、湿度和光照控制均相同,且符合白羽肉鸡对环境的要求。42日龄早上,十二个组中随机抽取12只空腹鸡称重后进行屠宰,无菌条件下取胸大肌、胸小肌、腿肌、腹脂(包括腹部脂肪及肌胃外脂肪)。
二、分析方法
全净膛率=(全净膛/活重)×100%
胸大肌率=(胸大肌重/全净膛重)×100%
胸小肌率=(胸小肌重/全净膛重)×100%
腹脂率=(腹脂重/全净膛重)×100%。
取试验组中饲喂实施例1-6所提供的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ的基础日粮的各组空腹鸡与对照组的六组空腹鸡分别进行比较,并统计数据。
三、数据统计方法
试验数据用Excel软件进行初步处理后,采用SAS 8.2 的GLM模型统计分析(SAS,2001),组间差异利用Duncan氏进行多重比较,P<0.05作为差异显著并标注。
四、统计实验结果
试验结果见表2:

注:表2中的数值,以平均数±标准差表示,同行数据肩标不同字母表示差异显著(P<0.05)。
综上所述,由表2可以看出,基础日粮添加胍基乙酸能够极显著提高肉鸡全净膛率(P<0.01),显著降低腹脂率(P<0.05);试验结果表明:基础日粮中添加600~900 mg/kg胍基乙酸可降低肉鸡腹脂率。

1.一种降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,包括基础日粮和添加剂,其特征在于:所述添加剂为胍基乙酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,其特征在于:所述胍基乙酸占基础日粮中全部组份的重量比为600~900mg/kg。
3.根据权利要求2所述的降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,其特征在于:所述胍基乙酸占基础日粮中全部组份的重量比为800mg/kg。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,其特征在于:所述基础日粮包括以下组份:玉米、豆粕、棉籽粕、玉米蛋白粉、鸭油、石粉、磷酸氢钙、盐、赖氨酸硫酸盐、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、氯化胆碱、预混料。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,其特征在于:所述基础日粮中各组份的重量百分比为:玉米63~65%、豆粕 21~23%、棉籽粕3~5%、玉米蛋白粉 1.5~2.5%、鸭油3.1~4.3%、石粉1.0~2.0%、磷酸氢钙0.5~1.0%、盐 0.2~0.3%、氯化胆碱0.1~0.2%、赖氨酸硫酸盐0.50~0.60%、蛋氨酸0.20~0.30%、苏氨酸0.14~0.20%、预混料0.50%,上述基础日粮中各组份的重量百分比之和为100%。
6. 根据权利要求4所述的降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,其特征在于:所述鸡的基础日粮中各组份的重量百分比为:玉米64.27%、豆粕 22.3%、棉籽粕4.0%、玉米蛋白粉2.0%、鸭油3.74%、石粉1.11%、磷酸氢钙 0.68%、盐 0.25%、氯化胆碱 0.20%、赖氨酸硫酸盐0.56%、蛋氨酸0.24%、苏氨酸0.15%、预混料0.50%。
7. 根据权利要求5所述的降低肉鸡腹脂率的日粮,其特征在于:所述鸡的基础日粮中各组份的重量百分比为:玉米64.27%、豆粕 22.3%、棉籽粕4.0%、玉米蛋白粉2.0%、鸭油3.74%、石粉1.11%、磷酸氢钙 0.68%、盐 0.25%、氯化胆碱 0.20%、赖氨酸硫酸盐0.56%、蛋氨酸0.24%、苏氨酸0.15%、预混料0.50%。
