技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜技术领域,特别是涉及一种高性能型大棚覆膜。
背景技术
随着我国农业现代化进程的逐步加快,农膜消费结构也在发生快速变化,低端农膜消费比例不断下降,高技术含量的农膜备受种植户青睐。
目前的大棚薄膜通常是单层设计,保温性能也不好,昼夜温差大,导致大棚内的温度差也大,不能有效模拟恒温控制。当进入夏天后,太阳暴晒也会使大棚内部的温度过高,不适宜植物的生长或者工人的作业。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高性能型大棚覆膜,保温性能优良,防紫外线、防雾、防晒效果好,韧性强,透光度好,成本低。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种高性能型大棚覆膜,包括本体,所述本体包括防磨层、气泡层和加筋层,所述加筋层的上下两侧均通过连接层与所述气泡层连接,所述防磨层位于所述气泡层的外侧。
优选的,所述防磨层的成分以LDPE或者EVA为基础树脂,无滴防雾剂3-5%,保温剂2-4%,抗氧剂0.4%。
优选的,所述气泡层的成分以LDPE或者EVA为基础树脂,抗氧剂0.7-1.1%、光稳定剂0.3-0.6%;LDPE或EVA的熔体流动速率为0.5-1.0g/10min,抗氧剂为0.3-0.5%IRGANOX1010与0.4-0.6%IRGANOX 168的混合物,光稳定剂为CHIMASSORB 944。
优选的,所述加筋层的成分以茂金属LLDPE缠绕膜回收料为基础树脂,复合抗氧剂0.4-0.6%,所述复合抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1010和4.4’-双(α.α-二甲基苄基)二苯胺抗氧剂的混合物。
优选的,所述气泡层上设有单层气泡,所述气泡层上设有紧密连接均匀分布的气泡,所述气泡的尺寸为20-30mm。
优选的,所述防磨层与所述气泡层一体成型,所述气泡层与所述连接层之间热熔连接,所述连接层与所述加筋层之间通过粘结剂粘接。
优选的,所述连接层的材质为聚乙烯。
优选的,所述加筋层的材质为尼龙。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式做进一步的说明。
图1是本发明一种高性能型大棚覆膜实施例的示意图,如图所示,一种高性能型大棚覆膜,包括本体,本体包括防磨层1、气泡层2和加筋层3。
防磨层的成分以LDPE或者EVA为基础树脂,无滴防雾剂3-5%,保温剂2-4%,抗氧剂0.4%,防磨效果好,提高支撑强度,并且防雾效果、保温性能优良。
气泡层的成分以LDPE或者EVA为基础树脂,抗氧剂0.7-1.1%、光稳定剂0.3-0.6%;LDPE或EVA的熔体流动速率为0.5-1.0g/10min,抗氧剂为0.3-0.5%IRGANOX 1010与0.4-0.6%IRGANOX 168的混合物,光稳定剂为CHIMASSORB 944,其成分的设置提高了延展性能和抗压强度。
加筋层的成分以茂金属LLDPE缠绕膜回收料为基础树脂,复合抗氧剂0.4-0.6%,复合抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1010和4.4’-双(α.α-二甲基苄基)二苯胺抗氧剂的混合物,其成分设置进一步提高了承载强度。
加筋层3的材质为尼龙,提高了整体的强度和韧性。加筋层3的上下两侧均通过连接层4与气泡层2连接,连接层4的材质为聚乙烯,气泡层2与连接层4之间热熔连接,连接层4与加筋层3之间通过粘结剂粘接,通过连接层4的设置实现加筋层3与气泡层2的连接。气泡层2上设有单层气泡,气泡层2上设有紧密连接均匀分布的气泡,气泡的尺寸为20-30mm,气泡层2可以提高整体的保温效果,并且具有缓冲冲击的作用,如冰雹的伤害等。双层气泡层的结构设置可以对外界和内部温度进行隔离,实现了高效保温的效果。
防磨层1位于气泡层2的外侧,防磨层1与气泡层2一体成型,防磨层1可以提高整体的强度,同时对气泡层2进行保护。
因此,本发明采用上述结构的一种高性能型大棚覆膜,保温性能优良,防紫外线、防雾、防晒效果好,韧性强,透光度好,成本低。

1.一种高性能型大棚覆膜,其特征在于:包括本体,所述本体包括防磨层、气泡层和加筋层,所述加筋层的上下两侧均通过连接层与所述气泡层连接,所述防磨层位于所述气泡层的外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能型大棚覆膜,其特征在于:所述防磨层的成分以LDPE或者EVA为基础树脂,无滴防雾剂3-5%,保温剂2-4%,抗氧剂0.4%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能型大棚覆膜,其特征在于:所述气泡层的成分以LDPE或者EVA为基础树脂,抗氧剂0.7-1.1%、光稳定剂0.3-0.6%;LDPE或EVA的熔体流动速率为0.5-1.0g/10min,抗氧剂为0.3-0.5%IRGANOX 1010与0.4-0.6%IRGANOX 168的混合物,光稳定剂为CHIMASSORB 944。
